We are a group fitness and personal training studio that focuses on teaching people how to lift with proper technique and programming. Most of our classes follow a 4 week strength training program where clients track their weights to make sure they are progressively overloading their muscles each week and getting stronger.
In personal training, we focus on a client's individual needs working with their fitness level, goals, and injuries or limitations.
Lastly, we also offer massage therapy where our therapist specializes in relaxation, pre and postnatal as well as deep and firm tissue massages.

If you are a busy mom, this is the place for you! Dani is seriously the best. I trained with her during my pregnancy and now post partum and she is amazing! I need gentle nudges to work out and stay accountable, and Dani is so encouraging and cares so much. She will text after every workout to see how I’m feeling. I brought my 3 month daughter to class and she held her the entire time so I could focus on my workout! I almost don’t want to share how wonderful the experience is, so her schedule doesn’t book up! Hands down the BEST!! Can’t recommend it enough!!!

I’m certified as a personal trainer, I’ve trained under a many incredible coaches, and I know the fundamentals to work out. But the first time I worked out with Dani, I was so sore in all the right places! I haven’t been able to push myself that dynamically in years! She systematically steps you through each move in a way that is doable, at your own pace, and yet pushes you and teaches you just right. I found myself beginning to get injured doing fitness classes like Boot Camps at other places. Dani gives you a personalized workout in a group setting where the energy pushes you, but it’s not too fast paced, so I’m not at risk of getting injured. She’s so incredibly good to be around too with her positive spirit. You leave there knowing that you did something really good for your body!

I started training with Dani at Redemptive Fitness starting in January 2025. At that time I was looking for a dedicated personal trainer who offered a comforting environment to work out but also had the skills to help me achieve my goals. I've been going to her since and have already seen progress, which has been wonderful to see. Dani and the other trainers at Redemptive are all fabulous and I appreciate having a safe space to exercise.

Dani takes such good care of her clients! As do all her trainers. I have been coming to her for several years as have many of her clients, it's a testament to her hard work and commitment. She is a wonderful human and approaches her coaching with grace and sensitivity, she knows how to push and encourage. I love her in person training, both personal and group class, as well as her online/virtual classes, so convenient for anyone her works full time and feels like they can't get into the gym. As someone who is a complete beginner when it comes to strength-training, Dani and the team at Redemptive Fitness have made my experience transformational. The smaller class sizes allow the instructors to focus on the individual needs of each of their clients, modifying moves to challenge or make it easier, as needed. I Highly Reccommend Redemptive Fitness!! My first class at Redemptive was through Class Pass with zero expectation or knowledge of the core and stability class! I was utterly humbled by the class but Dani the owner/instructor of the class was so accommodating offering adjustments for things I couldn't do and encouraging to push myself that I left feeling so much stronger. She texted the next day asking how I was feeling which felt so thoughtful. I immediately signed up for the upper body class to try it out and immediately signed up for the lower body after finishing the class and have been consistently going every week to both ever since! Even in just the couple months I've been going, I have gotten so much stronger and the classes have stayed challenging. Dani continues to push and accommodate wherever is needed. For anyone looking to try out strength training in a small class, non-intimidating environment with an encouraging instructor who knows what she's talking about, look no further!

I participate in their virtual and in person classes as well as personal training. The exercises are always well thought out and modified with each individual in mind. I have trained with both Dani and Ashley and both are excellent. Many of us have been cluents of Dani’s for five years or more and have followed her to different gyms and are so pleased that she owns her own gym now.

All the trainers here are amazing! They listen to you while trying to push you to do more than you think you are capable of!
I have constantly gone to Dani's Saturday morning classes and these classes are the prefect amount of challenge while being fun. The people who attend these classes are from every workout background, beginner to advanced! Everyone there is very supportive and wants to see everyone be successful!
I also like that Dani is very hands on for everyone she trains :)
