At the time I joined the gym I was told if I was not happy, I could get a refund. I signed up for three months after one month. I was not happy and they refused to give me a refund back. I asked to have help with the machines to make sure I was using them properly. no one would help me. Some of the equipment was broken. It felt like there was no air-conditioning in the gym and there was hardly anybody at the front desk to help.
Personally, I would not recommend this place. Now I understood why there was never a lot of members in the gym.

The owner and his wife are not nice at all. They ripped me off for $250.00 and could have cared less. I received a gift card from my place of business when I retired. They were very rude and would not work with me on spending it. I wanted to puchase active wear but they said they do not order them very often. So, I asked it I could use it for tanning and never received an answer. I did say I would take them to small claims court which is my mistake. Which I never did and I am sure he seen it as an opportuniity to blow me off. Reform Fittness should thank me contributing $250.00 to their business.

Me and my dad had a membership for 2 years and I’m 15 and he’s 49 he has been having a ruff day so we went to spend a lil bit of time in the hot tub together to feel better because of his bad back and knees this place sucks definitely don’t waste your money

Called and got our membership going again only to find out that you can’t take kids under 17 years of age. How do I know. Got the family in the car drove out to reform fitness only to be told no kids in the pool . CANCELED MEMBERSHIP WAY TO GO REFORM FITNESS. Maybe you should put it on your website that you have new policy’s

I love to go to the pool after work and do my wellness routine that was made for me after rehab. It really makes a difference for me. I am so very grateful for this time. The pool is usually warm, and I enjoy sitting in the hot tub for a few minutes afterwards. Shaun the owner is friendly and the price is very reasonable. I see all different ages upstairs using the equipment. But the pool will always be my favorite.

Love it but also think some things could improve. It's a flip of the coin on whether or not the pool is freezing or nice and warm, or if the hot tub is even working correctly. The pool can either be super crowded or no one there at all. Other than that it is a clean, affordable, friendly staffed.

The pool is decent. Had a water babies class once a week for 6 weeks. Pool and hot tub were open all 6 sessions. Under previous ownership, pool or hot tub was down quite often. Not a strong smell of chlorine, so either they don't use a lot or there is better ventilation. Though one week, it felt like something was biting us constantly.

Started going to Q-Club at the start of the new year. Great aqua classes. Wish they had aqua classes and Friday and Saturday but they only have them Monday- Thursday. Most are really full and they would open a few more that would be wonderful.

Q-Club's previous owner had signed up with Groupon for 10 classes to be available to anyone who purchased a Groupon coupon. However, the new owner refused to accept the Groupon although I had already purchased it and although the Groupon had specifically listed Q-Club. I was highly unsatisfied with the customer service that I had received. It was the company's fault for not taking care of the issue to begin with when new management switched over, and clearly this shows a lack of management organization in this company as well as the company not caring about their reputation. I would never recommend this place to anyone, simply because I do not do business with a company who I feel cannot satisfy their customers. Q-Club could have simply honored the Groupon and then contacted Groupon to have any future issues resolved.
