We see how Pilates equipment sessions can improve every aspect of movement, starting from your core! We do this through creative workouts, intentional breathing, small class size, excellent knowledge of the Pilates equipment and safe modifications. We strive to educate and inspire our clients to live their best lives and do activities they love at ANY age! Many had chronic pain or injuries when they came to us. Through kindness and motivation, we help our clients achieve their personal best. We are passionate about Pilates and believe anyone benefit from it!

I am new to pilates and I really love it. Christine is knowledgeable and very attentive to make sure I am learning the correct movement and hold positions which ensure the best results. So far I have had 4 private lessons to get comfortable on all the equipment and look forward to joining a group class next week. Stay tuned π

I have been working with Christine one on one and absolutely love it! She is so knowledgeable and has a great understanding of how the body works. Her background as an occupational therapist compliments our workouts and allows modifications on the spot if needed. I look forward to each session and always feel great afterward!

I was visiting family in Mason, OH for a few weeks and wanted to continue with Pilates Reformer training. I found Reform Your Core Pilates through a web search and connected with Christine Kent. After one private session with Christine, I was hooked and booked a series of 5 privates and 4 intro/new client classes. I was so impressed with Christine. She really was able to coach and work with me on the level of my current conditioning. Over the 3 weeks, Christine really helped me with nuance of positioning, core strength, and my unique body alignment issues. Her background as an Occ therapist and knowledge of multiple pilates disciplines was invaluable. She has a very positive attitude and is incredibly encouraging. I was able to only take one class with Chris and he was also very amazing in this small group setting. He also was encouraging and very supportive - and watchful! Meeting clients at the level they are - not what the class description says - was really key to my successful experience. This is a very clean, well equipped studio and met all my needs.When I return to Mason, I will be sure to book additional sessions with Christine and Chris as my time allows.

I loved the class. Jessica, the instructor, was fabulous. She made sure I was doing the movements correctly, and she was thoroughly knowledgeable. She was most patient and professional as well. I first learned of Reform Your Core nearly 7 years ago while at the chiropractor office I was going to for my back. Let me first back up. Once I turned 40 I noticed that I had a constant lower back pain that just wouldn't go away. I had also begun a new job that had me traveling nearly 100 nights a year, so my exercise only consisted of maybe 1-2 days of cardio a week. For nearly 3 years I tried all kinds of things to "fix" it, including physical therapy, holistic medicine and shots, and the chiropractor.
One day in the office of the chiropractor I heard a sound of people breathing extremely loud. (Proper breathing in pilates is important) While I didn't know it at first, Reform Your Core, shared the space with the chiropractor. The chiropractor told me about Reform Your Core and she said it was something I should look into for my back.
I first began with Jessica in private lessons the next week, as I was too embarrassed to hop into their foundation classes and I didn't think men did pilates.
Within 6 months my back pain was gone! The issue wasn't the back, but a lack of any core strength, which caused my back to be weak. Jessica and her team of instructors, well at that time, one other instructor, Dove Wong, showed me through many stretches, movements, and the correct form, I could strengthen my core which would then bring more of my body into proper alignment and eliminate many, if not all of my problems.
Fast forward to today, I've turned 50, I still go about 70 times per year to their studio and I have incorporated strength training as well into my exercise routines. I feel better today than I did 10 years ago. Jessica's studio has now grown to include 6 instructors and I can't say enough how great pilates is for men and how important a strong core is to anyone's overall health. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

I've been seeing Dove for pilates for 10 years, and she is the best. All the instructors at Reform Your Core Pilates are well-trained and extremely professional. There are more convenient places I could go for pilates but I'm willing to drive the distance for Reform Your Core. It's worth every penny.

Coming to Reform Your Core was my first experience with Pilates and I can't imagine a better experience. The instructors are patient, supportive and focused on helping you be in correct form/alignment , and the atmosphere is so pleasant. I have been active in other forms of exercise in the past, but Pilates at Reform Your Core has worked my muscles in ways that I've never worked them before. I leave class feeling like I have truly just done something so very good for my body and spirit.

Due to recent lower back issues, I needed to change from lifting weights with a personal trainer to a workout that would continue to challenge and shape my muscles while strengthening my back. I have definitely found this at Reform Your Core with Dove as my instructor. She encouragingly challenges every individual and ensures they have correct form. She keeps the workouts interesting by not having two sessions be the same and because there is only room for 4 people per class, you feel as if you have a personal trainer. I can honestly say I have never felt an hour of intense exercise be so much fun and go by so quickly. I have also learned to bring βPilatesβ home with me as I am more aware of my posture, breathing and core during normal day activities. Thank you Dove and Reform Your Coreβ¦..definitely a gem in West Chester!

I've been going to Reform Your Core weekly for more than 3 years and love it. They incorporate a wide range of equipment and no two classes are ever alike. It all centers around the same basic pilates principles so it easy to follow along even when new moves are introduced. It's clean, the instructors are friendly and very knowledgeable. While classes are small group, the instructors are excellent at adapting routines for each person's individual needs including injury or general limitations.

I've only been going to Reform Your Core Pilates for a few months, but it's the most enjoyable form of exercise to me. Both Jess and Dove are excellent instructors who make the hour pass quickly with plenty of variety, encouragement, and direction to ensure we're getting the maximum benefit from the session. My sister, friend, and I leave a little sore at times but energized and looking forward to next time! Reform Your Core Pilates is fun! Definitely worth a try!

I am new to Pilates, and appreciate the foundation classes that you can take to learn the basic moves and then take group or private classes to expand your knowledge. They have several instructors and many different class times to fit every schedule. It is certainly a great way to build strength and improve your balance while toning your body and meeting some great people!

I LOVE this place. They are firmly rooted in the foundation of Pilates and Wellness. Jessica (owner) sets the tone for the instructors and the clientele. All of the instructors are awesome, friendly, welcoming, clear and extremely helpful. The classes are small; so they really feel like semi-private sessions. Instructors are careful to monitor and (gently) correct each student; so everyone gets the most out of his/her experience. It's the fastest hour of the week.
The studio is clean and bright and has a very zen feel. You work hard, and you will leave sore (in the right kind of way), but you will feel energized and refreshed (not worn down and exhausted) after your session.
The class prices are as good, if not better, than other studios in the area.
