The gym is overall clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern, high-quality machines. It also has a great aesthetic and an enjoyable atmosphere.

The equipment is in excellent condition; however, the weight racks are positioned quite high and can be difficult to reach or lift for many women. I often need assistance re-racking weights during my visits, which can be inconvenient.

The locker rooms are nice especially for a gym. The provided towels, however, tend to have a slight musk, so I generally recommend bringing your own.

Lastly, membership pricing starts at $80 per month, which covers only basic gym access. Amenities such as the sauna, cold plunge, and larger turf area are not included in the base rate. This is more expensive than some place in the surrounding area.

This gym is great. It’s definitely a hidden gym. Love the machines for sure and if the owner is reading this a standing lateral raise pin loaded machine would just elevate the experience even more haha but overall 10/10 gym 💪

The gym is consistently clean and the addition of the posing room is fantastic. Occasionally though, the towels they provide have a faint mildew smell causing the gym to also smell like this too.

In addition, the equipment layout could be better. It seems like the gym is geared more towards bodybuilders and not powerlifters.

- The free weights rack is too tall, making it extremely difficult and dangerous to re-rack heavy dumbbells. I crushed my fingers several times trying to put weights back.
- The gym is lacking essential gear for progressive training, specifically fractional/micro-plates (plates smaller than 2.5 lbs) and a full bar jack for deadlifts. Some cables machines have weight increments of 15lbs and the small cable weight add ons would be nice for these.

These small additions would significantly improve the lifting experience.

The best gym in Columbus!

Equipment is incredible, great energy and as a business owner myself it’s great to see a start up owner in there every morning before 6am.

Optimization room is next level, custom sauna, cold plunge and red light therapy.

Highly recommend!

This gym is clean and has solid, well-maintained equipment, which makes for a good workout environment. The facility itself feels modern and professional, and you can tell they’ve invested in the gear.

That said, the pricing is where things fall short. The monthly membership is expensive ($80/mo) compared to other gyms in the area, and a single day pass costs $35 and that only covers gym use, nothing extra. For the price, you’d expect more value or at least some additional amenities.

Another downside is the owner’s approach to training. He does offer personal training sessions, but too often he seems distracted, spending time on his phone rather than actively helping clients. Communication and friendliness also feel lacking, which makes the overall atmosphere less welcoming than it could be.

The new best gym in Columbus is here and it's what we've always needed and deserved. I challenge you to find a better equipped, cleaner, and better managed gym in Ohio.

The owner is knowledgeable, chill, and a good guy who wants to provide an elite-level fitness experience thats accessible for all levels of fitness experience. It's great if you're a newbie or been lifting for years.

If youre in Cbus and wanting a better fitness experience, there's no place better.
