I accepted an invite for a "try out" workout and kept coming back! Why? Relentless was not the "typical" gym experience. Many moons ago, I was a confident gym rat. Day 1, I walked in feeling OLD...with aches, pains, old injuries ...a  negative body image, depressed, insecure and despairing about being overweight and weak. I am flourishing!! Relentless is an extremely nurturing, POSITIVE gym environment. The "gym" time is innovative class sessions that challenge you. No worries if unsure . . . the coaches modify exercises for YOU to accomodate any weaknesses, injuries, etc. The community is multi-aged but includes many middle aged and older adults and everyone has been really kind to me. Relentless is also so holistic! I have drastically changed in mindfulness in how I eat, what I eat and how much water I drink. I am eternally grateful for this unique "gym," the amazing community of people and the realistic goals I have been supported to set (and achieve!). Thank you, Relentless, for giving me a new, POSITIVE perspective on life, confidence and to keep showing up!🙌

Relentless is great! Lots of individual encouragement and coaching in the small group settings. Yes, I was a little sore the first couple of weeks, everything was adjusted for my age and past total hip.

I love this fitness program! The coaches are great motivators and are always there for you! "Before joining Relentless my health and fitness was just about non existent due to work and kids schedules. Since joining Relentless, now I am noticing my clothes fitting looser, sleeping better, I feel less stressed and can't wait to go to the gym and see my friends and get in better shape for myself" I am down four solid pounds and some inches in just 4 weeks and can't wait to see what the next month goal brings!! Relentless Fitness & Training is not your average gym. I have been to other gyms and always feel judged when attempting my workouts, but not here. All anxiety and fear immediately got left outside the door. I was welcomed by other members and the trainer from day 1. The individuals there were mainly busy parents and just average people looking to get fit, not stay on their phones for influencing or intimidate others. Everyone helps encourage everyone else and most stay focused on their own goals. Noah really works hard to keep you on track and pushes you to your limits without breaking you. If you need to back down a bit or modify, he helps you modify. He knows quite a bit about nutrition and how to keep you working toward your personal goals and not just your fitness goals. I am so much more mindful about what I eat now and sleep better. I gained a lot of amazing results in just 5 weeks. Seriously, this is the gym to go to if you have fitness and personal goals that you just aren't hitting anywhere else. Thanks Relentless team & family! I will be back again!

When I went in for a tour and to find out information about Relentless I met with Noah. He was very professional, polite and extremely informative.
He didn't give that "salesman" vibes. He was interested in what my goals were and wanted to help me reach them. The facility was clean and well equipped.
After being there for a month the coaches have helped me stay motivated.
And are always checking in on me.

The training classes are fun and challenging
but the coaches know my capabilities so workouts can be modified.
The atmosphere is also fun and supportive
I never thought I would enjoy strength training so much.

When I first joined Relentless Fitness I was out of shape and discouraged with how I felt and looked. I had been on a GLP-1 last year, lost the weight, then gained almost all of it back once I stopped taking it. I knew I wanted to get back into training and weight lifting when I met Noah and Makayla. The program and encouragement is top notch and I love the workouts! I have been with Relentess for a little over a month now and I am already starting to see and feel the results. Before joining Relentless Fitness, I used to come home from work feeling exhausted. Since starting in mid-August, I feel stronger, more energetic, eat healthier, hit 10k steps daily, and even lost 5 lbs in just one month. The coaches are very knowledgeable and make training fun — you always feel special. They constantly check in to see if you need help, how you’re doing with nutrition and protein intake, and any other issues. I had some shoulder pain while lifting, and they made sure not to push me too hard while also getting me expert guidance to relieve that pain. The environment is extremely professional and friendly, which keeps me motivated every day!

I joined Relentless a little over a month ago and I love it. The classes are challenging but always provide me with alternatives to things my body doesn’t let me yet. Since joining Relentless now my health/fitness/body/mindset is rejuvenated, back on track and hopeful.

I’m 44 yrs old and a new empty nester. It’s a new phase of life and to top it off I’m really struggling with my knees and weight. Before joining relentless my eating habits were terrible, always eating fast food and junk food. Working from home I had very minimal physical activity or exercise. Relentless is a true hidden gem in a sea of big-box gyms! I hadn’t stepped foot in a gym in about three years, and as someone who used to be athletic, I was looking for a supportive, judgment-free environment to ease back into fitness. That’s exactly what I found here.

The small group training is fantastic. I genuinely love the workouts. I’m consistently challenged, but I don’t feel the need to push myself to my limit every day. Since joining in March, I’ve gained strength, improved my endurance and energy, and my mental health has never been better.

Before coming to Relentless, I was in a season of life that I just gave up on working out. I have been active my entire life and especially over the last 10 years I’ve been in a gym 4-5 times a week. I’m now 40, so doing whatever I can to remain the same active person if always been. August of 2024, I threw in the towel because I was busting my ass but I wasn’t getting results. So I figured why work so hard just to stay the same. My diet consisted of eating anything in front of me. I knew I was putting on weight, but didn’t really care. As the end of 2024 approached, I knew I needed to get back to moving again. This wasn’t a New Year’s resolution, it was just time to get my health in check. A friend of mine at the gym had been trying to get me to come there for months. I always knew I’d show up eventually, but I wasn’t mentally committed yet. I finally said yes to coming to the gym to try it out. After about 2-4 sessions, I wanted more. I knew it was a great place to be and it would help me reach my goals. The coaches there do a really great job of balancing effort with recovery. I never leave the gym broken. I can continue with the rest of my responsibilities throughout the day without nagging tweaks and injuries that debilitate me. It’s not a place where you have to compete with the person next to you on how many reps you can do. Coaches there will push you, but not across that line of gains vs injuries. I love the community of people. Everyone is really nice and uplifting! You’re not lost in the crowd at Relentless. Coaches make sure you feel seen. Give Relentless a try!

Relentless Fitness & Training is like no other! Unbelievably motivating and knowledgeable coaches, personalized communication and accountability, and well… they just CARE! After a long battle of unhealthy decisions and direction that didn’t work for me…I reached out and have never felt so supported and understood. There are things I wasn’t willing to give up and exercises I refused, but they directed me inside my parameters and asked the questions along the way to individualize my focus based on ME! Just finished an 8 week challenge called transform and perform with Relentless. Noah, the personal trainer, led me through exercises that I could do despite having an autoimmune disease. He even adapted exercises to accommodate my muscle weakness in my arms. He and I had conversations about eating habits and encouraged my family and I to make some small chances by really looking at the ingredients on labels. In the end I lost some weight and inches off my waist and arms. Noah is very knowledgeable and passionate about helping others reach fitness and strengthing goals. I highly recommend going to him to learn proper techniques and to learn routines you can do in any gym.

I wasn’t sure what I was getting into when I signed up for the 8 week program. Best decision I’ve made! Noah is so supportive and knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. Joining Relentless was truly the BEST decision I’ve made. They are so helpful and encouraging. Not only do the trainers push you, but the people in the large group community do as well. Joining this gym has helped me form a healthier lifestyle and workout routine.

In the large group setting you are shown the workouts and partnered up someone to complete the sets with. You encourage each other the entire time. Having someone by your side to complete the workout makes it a little easier in my opinion. You also push each other to perform to the best of your ability.

I cannot begin to tell you the impact this gym has had on me. The staff is compassionate and caring, and genuinely cares about your health. Not just your physical health but your mental health as well. They make a point to learn about you, your family, and they genuinely take the steps that are needed to improve your overall health. And also the individuals your working out with also provide you with encouragement to keep pushing. If they see ya struggle, they tell you, You got this! If form is off they point it out and help you correct it. That makes a huge impact. It takes the guessing out on whether or not your doing something correctly and it maximizes the workout experience.
