Don't let the 4 star fool you. It's a spectacular gym and i recommend it as at least a 2nd membership if not your main. Next year will be a massive year for them and I can't wait to see what they have in store for the gym. Currently the experience is cool, machines are amazing quality. It's kept extremely clean! In the 3 months I've been there, I've only found 1 sticky spot. I think by the time I did 3 sets, it was being cleaned up by them. The gym itself has an amazing aesthetic to it. It smells wonderful in there. They sanitize the air in the gym so it doesn't smell like sweat and feet. I like the fact that it's calm in there. Can be cramped at later times of the day. Early morning/early afternoon crew is solid though. I was able to win a competition recently while only using this gym for the last 3 months.

From the second I walked into this gym I felt nothing but pure positive vibes and motivation. Staffing and members were all very nice. The owners were welcoming and made my partner and I feel at home as soon as we got there. The equipment is top of the line and some of the smoothest I’ve ever used. The cleanliness of this gym will blow your mind! Absolutely spotless from the bathrooms to any spot on a machine you look. If you are contemplating making a trip to this gym just do it! You won’t regret it. Resurgence gym is definitely here to set a one of a kind gym standard and make sure know one else can compete!

Traveling out of state is always iffy on the gyms you are gonna run into. I saw the pictures online and read some of the reviews. And honestly they are an understatement. I have been in countless gyms over the years. This is one of the cleanest and well taken care of gyms I have ever been in. All of the equipment was spotless and they bathrooms as well. Probably the best smelling gym I have ever been in which I didn’t know was a variable in my workouts until today. Hands down one of the nicest and cleanest gyms ever. And the nicest staff and owner I have been around.

My wife and I had an excellent workout 🏋️‍♀️ at this new Sugarcreek gym. We have been to many gyms in different cities and this was a step above any other. We would highly recommend. Layne (The owner) was super friendly and gave us a personal tour of the gym. Super clean, esthetics were amazing, the equipment and layout is top of the line. We look forward to returning. Resurgence Gym is hands down the best atmosphere I’ve ever trained in. Every time I walk out of here, I leave with the sickest pump and a real sense of progress. As an athlete, my experience at this gym was beyond my expectations. Although the gym is rather small, it makes up for it with its sleek interior and functionality. Lots of machines to be used and the weights are definitely unique. They have really nice individual bathrooms that even have showers in them, and they are well-maintained. Overall, my experience in one month left me over-satisfied and able to say it's a one-of-a-kind gym.

Hey there! Worked out in your gym in sugarcreek yesterday and what an awesome experience we had! Your staff is also amazing! I’m from the local area, raised outside of Beach City. I’m in the Air Force for last 16 years and currently stationed at Wright-Patterson in Dayton. I travel about 3 hours once or twice a month for about a day and a half to visit my family to help around the house and get away for a much needed break and visit!

My partner and I have been looking for a gym like this for when we’re back so we can stay on track with our goals. This place has the vibe and equipment we’ve been looking for during our visits!

Something I was talking with her about that I thought would be pretty cool is if you guys had a system in place where you could buy “gym time” or “sessions” for visitors like myself. A card that would have X amount of uses, say 8, and each time it’s scanned it deducts from the balance. This would allow a little more flexibility with busy schedules during our visit optimizing our time spent with family when the staff isn’t available 🙂 Since family is 3 hours away and there isn’t a lot of gyms like this in the area, it would be perfect for drop-ins after hours! 🤘

What a great place to get a solid workout! We’re both excited to see this team grow and maybe end up down in Dayton some day!

Drove from Columbus to get in a lift. Immaculate hospitality. Greeted immediately and given a full tour and insight on future plans. Equipment is smooth and the aesthetic is S tier. Got to be in a photo soot after our lift. Everyone was friendly, encouraging, and chill. Will DEFINITELY be back. Based on the future plans, we will be making the drive back for another session. The moment I first walked into this gym, I was impressed. From the front entrance, to the black & gold color scheme, to the quality of the weights and their finish, to the upscale restrooms and showers, this is a place that has combines function and aesthetics. Definitely , the most aesthetically pleasing gym I’ve ever worked out at! They also have a lot of different options when it comes to machines. As someone that likes to break up the monotony of a leg day, various options make it interesting and enjoyable!

Bathroom facilities are great. I shower here before work and I don’t have to worry about a dirty bathroom or shower.

On top of this, I know a lot of the people that work out at the gym, and they are fantastic people that bring a good vibe.

For someone who had a disability and is wheelchair bound this gym is super spacious and allows easy access to all equipment. Bathrooms are very accessible as well. The management and the team at resurgence and so inclusive and resourceful, they have been helping me in all aspects of my fitness journey, and even offered to provide accessible accommodations to make my workouts better. This gym is top notch. Attention to detail can be seen everywhere. The way the equipment is organized allows your workouts to flow easily. There are many different machines and cable attachments which allow for many variations which always helps increase muscle growth and allows for new joint movement for joint health. The owners are great people and truly care for their members. Hands down, coolest gym I've ever been too. Been following Resurgence's content ever since I found it through @DavidGrabercreator and @ParadiselakeOhio. Was able to DM the gym super easy and get in contact with the owner. Immediate response times, and screaming attention to detail -I even received a video message directly addressing my unique request. All this coordination lead to the warmest welcome after a four hour drive, and a private tour of this members only gym. In short, we were treated royally and like family. This gym, this community, this mission, this vision... is beyond inspiring and uplifting. However, the most potent aspect of it all are the people making it happen. From the videographer, to the guys at the front desk, to the owner Lane, and of course the kings and queens of resurgence -its members- everyone exudes a compassionate ferocity.
