Almost three months ago my first class here was the Thursday kettlebell class and I was hooked. Next thing you know in in the Tuesday cycling class! Shavone and Julius created classes where you're comfortable no matter what your fitness level is. I started with a relatively sedentary lifestyle and physical limitations. They help me get through it! I love that they're a family and they treat their members like family too. If I'm having a 💩 day I know these classes are going to be a bright spot. The other people in class are SO supportive. You can't help but love it.

Like Shavone says: It's just a half hour! Instead of sitting on the couch doom scrolling I've come to prefer a half hour of fun, self care, and positivity. Get like me!

I currently take the hip hop kettle bell class and I love it. The instructors work to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable regardless of your exercise level. The class is short and sweet but long enough you will know you had a good workout when it's over.

This is a Great way to improve cardiovascular health while building strength, coordination, and endurance, with positive and encouraging instructors. Why not burn calories while having fun !! This class is by far the best workout class I have EVER BEEN TO! And that’s coming from someone who hates working out…if you attend, you’ll get a great workout with modifications for every exercise, instructors who are so happy and energetic. They are genuinely happy for you when you reach a goal and show that through amazing vibes and energy! 10/10 recommend 🤍

I cannot rave about this workout class enough!
