This is a good gym. It's clean, has the right equipment and it's not crowded which is a big deal for me. Al, the owner is a welcoming and positive guy. I wanted training sessions and he and I worked out plans that were right for my schedule and my budget. He trained me proper and taught me a lot. I'm happy to say I can now work out on my own, properly. I can pre-plan my workouts and exercise with purpose. I used to just wing it before. I will always be grateful for the training and teaching from Al. It was a beneficial investment for me and my future.

Both myself and a friend used the website to try to join the gym and get training and the owner didn’t even had a courtesy to call us back.

I called them asking for more information and help. I have never been to a gym before, and I wanted to see if they would be the best fit for me. The person that I had the displeasure of speaking with was so incredibly rude I couldn't believe it. Thanks, "RIPP CITY", for helping me with places NOT to go.
