We have loved our time at Rock Solid! My 5 year old daughter has done two sessions of tumbling and really enjoys the time. The teachers do a good job of keeping it fun and structured. We especially love Coach Simone's positive attitude, patience, and sense of humor.

We have come and enjoyed several performances for Rock Solid and noticed how devoted the kids are. They strive to do their absolute best and that’s due to the dedication of the staff and coaches. From the day, I walked my six-year-old daughter into Rock solid Academy until the day we left after her last competition at 18 we were treated like family by Kelley, Deb and her exceptional team of coaches.
Rock solid provided so much more than a place where Sophia learned advanced competitive cheer skills. It provided a place of support camaraderie and challenge.

My daughter has been attending Rock Solid Academy for several years now. She has attended classes and been part of their half season team and is now on one of their prep teams, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. My daughter left a class in tears after feeling pressured to preform at a level she was not yet at. She felt belittled by the owner. She was also in classes here for over a year and didn’t even learn basic skills. I was also treated terribly after taking the issue up with the owner (and mistreated by her mother who works at the front desk). Beyond unprofessional in how they handled this situation that left my 9 year old in tears. They blamed my daughter (9years old) and had no interest in accountability or ownership of the situation. Needless to say we left the studio. I had countless other parents say they had similar experiences after we left .

Today we had our very first class at Rock Solid Academy (3-4y.o tumbling) We were nothing but pleased with the friendly staff that greeted us (can’t remember his name), then he was kind enough to show us around the facility, informed us of our sons coach and asked if we had any questions. The class was well structured, balanced kid to coach ratio, had great skill challenge, while also incorporating fun.

Is this gym pricey? Yes. However, you do get what you pay for. We’ve been to Flipstastics and Universal Gymnastics and were very displeased with overcrowding, unfair kid to coach ratios and being overall unorganized, my son continuously complained of being bored. Rock Solid had our son starting with a smile, participating with a smile and leaving with a smile. We are very pleased and highly recommend.

My daughter loves Rock Solid. She's more into the tumbling than cheerleading. The coaches are coaches. I've seen some coaches where everyone gets a trophy. This is competition. They are helpful and my daughter loves being challenged with new skill sets. The owner is incredible, she treats you like family.

Everything about this gym is 5 star worthy from the owners, coaches, energy, and environment. When your coach has the ability to fill in a flying position and still throw difficult tumbling passes herself you know you’re getting well rounded coaching, not to mention also having an extensive background in both cheerleading and gymnastics. This gym welcomed myself, many athletes, and programs with open arms and included us into their family. Even after being retired I am still welcomed back with those same open arms. I HIGHLY recommend this gym to any athlete or individual looking to pursue cheerleading or gymnastics.
