About the Club

RYZE+GRIND Fitness is Cleveland’s premier Group Fitness studio, offering a multitude of classes 7 days a week. These include Cycling, Bootcamps, interval strength training, Barre, Yoga and Dance. Located on the corner of Chagrin Blvd and Brainard Road.
RYZE+GRIND is a locally owned true group fitness community. Everyone in our studio is treated as a member of our family, our clan, our tribe. We want our family members to work hard, sweat harder and leave each class with a smile, feeling a sense of accomplishment that they were pushed to be their best selves that day and every day.

I never thought I was a fitness class person until I found Ryze & Grind! Everyone is extremely friendly and there is a variety of classes to choose from! Rachael is an amazing instructor with loads of energy, positivity, and laughter that helps push you through a tough workout. Highly recommend!

I just recently started taking classes here and it is so fun! I usually go to the burn barre class, while it is intense, I feel motivated to go to the gym because of classes like this. Everyone is super nice and welcoming! I recommend this studio :)

Roseada's class is my favorite. I always get an organized, well delivered, balanced class from her. She also teaches with professionalism, passion, and humility. The staff here is very friendly as well and I like supporting local fitness establishments!

This place is near and dear to my heart! It has been a part of my weekly routine for over 3 years now. They have incredible staff who know how to push and encourage you in the best way! I never thought I could complete a 60 min bootcamp and now I try to make at least 2-3 classes a week.

Their instructors are amazing! Beth Anne will put you through a hell of a workout- and play the best pump up (rap) music during it. Todd has a heart of gold & never fails to make you smile even when your legs are burning. And Savannah knows exactly what she is doing at the barre (and intense floor work)!

Every time I attend a class I leave in a fantastic mood! They have versatile offerings for all different types of workouts. Seeing familiar faces consistently work hard and push one another (from all different age ranges) makes this studio addicting! It’s the people first and the place second for me. Forever grateful for ryze and grind & it’s people!

Ryze + Grind is such an amazing place whether you are looking for a group fitness class, a community of people, or just an overall great gym to get a good workout in. They have a variety of classes to choose from throughout the week. In particular, my favorite class has been the Revolution Bike Bootcamp on Mondays with Beth Anne. The class is the best workout class I have ever taken. It is the perfect blend of strength training and cardio. Not to mention a killer playlist. The owner Todd, is so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable. I would highly recommend Ryze + Grind fitness studio to anyone!!

I drive 25 minutes across town multiple times a week to work out here… that’s how much I love the classes and community of Ryze+Grind. I love that I can take a strength class one day, a cycle class another, and a combo cycle + strength when I’m feeling daring 😉 Everyone who works here is passionate about fitness, and no matter who is teaching, you will have a great class.

I tried my first cycling class w Todd and loved it! Ryze+Grind is hands down one of my favorite places to train: all the classes are HARD, intense and efficient! NO PLAYING around here: this is not a boring fake training stretching place this place is 🔥

I am a black belt in Brazillian jiu jitsu who is used to rolling hard 5-6 times per week with guys half my age. I have had to drastically reduce my grappling time due to hip joint issues and decided to check out RYZE + GRIND because my wife went to it. Amazing. The cycle classes are hard core and work me out just as well as my jiu jitsu (while being much easier on my joints). The combo cycle and weight classes are also great and serve as a one stop hour long work out to get in cardio and resistance training. These are the kind of work outs that you are unable to do on your own in your basement even if you have your own weights and bike. There is just no way to get as motivated. The music is pumping and the instructors are incredibly enthusiastic. I now do this 3 times per week and roll the other two days and am in better shape than ever. Also there is no judgement. You can go at your own pace and you will only receive encouragement. I wholeheartedly endorse this gym and encourage everyone to give it a try!
