For the past 15 months I have been working with Jon & have never been stronger! He is flexible with scheduling & our twice weekly workout sessions have proven to be extremely important in my quest for strength & endurance. He listens to me complain about lunges but he provides me with enough motivation to keep going & to keep showing up for myself. I highly recommend seeking out his help when you’re ready to take that next step.

The workshop he held “light your own damn fire” was really great. He made sure we were prepared before the workshop. He recorded the session so we could refer back to it. It was overall a really great experience led by an amazing coach! I can’t wait for future workshops. Thank you!

Jon is an amazing trainer. I absolutely love working out at Rising Phoenix Transformations because it's a non judging environment and everyone you workout with there is super nice. I have come so much farther in my journey with weight loss thanks to Jon. It's also good therapy because Jon lets you vent as you're working out which is huge for some of us.

I’ve been working with Jon for 5 months now and would highly recommended him!
