Got a membership at this gym the other day. One of the gym regulars and the owner helped me out with how to do an exercise with the cable machine. Nice quiet local gym that cares about their clients unlike corporate gyms like planet fitness. Love it there.

I had an annual membership for a couple years and haven't even considered going anywhere else. The staff are all pleasant and keep the gym clean. They have any equipment that you could possibly need and it is all in good working order. It's open 24 hrs and most of the fellow members are respectful and go there because they are serious about their workout regimen.

Men's locker room is always an obstacle course to get around people's bags all over the benches so you can't sit down and also floor so you can't reach the lockers. When the bench was clear I set my clothes down and they got covered in what I think was protein powder and water from people I saw mixing them right on the bench. I will not be renewing my membership. Nice good cheap gym but I'll travel further for a better gym.

They have a pretty good variety of machines...they don't have everything that you could want(like a decline bench with a bar...there's one that you could use dumbbells for), but I like it. It's open 24/7, which is really important to me!

I have had continuous issues with the treadmills that have yet to be resolved. I have informed co-owners Tom and Karen Ruytzky on numerous occasions about these issues over the course of several months, but they have simply provided excuses as to why the equipment isn't properly maintained. If you walk on the treadmills, there aren't any issues that are noticeable; it's only when you attempt to run on them that you notice the treadmills skip and a few make such an extremely loud noise that headphones won't block it out. Tom was also extremely rude to me during the last occasion that I raised concerns over the treadmills and said that he "doesn't owe me or anyone in this gym any respect."
