We are a boutique fitness studio for women. At SALT, we believe every woman deserves a safe, supportive and empowering environment to achieve her fitness goals. Our female-focused services are designed with your unique needs & preferences in mind to keep you confident & motivated. From postpartum recovery to injury rehabilitation, our programs are designed with care. Join us for our small group training sessions where we cap our classes at five participants to ensure you receive the focused attention you deserve! We believe that true wellness blooms at the crossroads of physical health & spiritual nourishment. We're a community where like-minded women who come together to celebrate strength & lifelong health in a faith-centered environment.

Joined SALT in September and have loved every workout! Kim is motivating, challenges you and gives great critique and feedback! The members of the gym are all great women who make you feel welcomed and I’ve enjoyed getting to know them.

I have been working with Kim for about 6 months now. She is very supportive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful with her programming. The equipment is in good condition and the space is always clean and welcoming. The programming that Kim puts together was very approachable when I first started my training with her but also challenges me as my strength and fitness evolves. I look forward to every class I have at SALT and love the community that has been built. It is such a supportive group of women!

SALT Health & Fitness is the best all around. Kim takes the time to discuss your goals and concerns, while tailoring a program just for you. Sessions are small enough that you receive help with form/technique and modifications as needed. Kim is patient and it's an uplifting, judgment-free space. I'm grateful for the motivation and encouragement I receive during class. I'm stronger and more confident because of SALT Health & Fitness! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently found SALT. Kim met with me to discuss my goals and expectations. She listened to me and was very affirming. The class I took had women with very different abilities and she treated us all with respect and grace. It is definitely a judge free environment.

I have been taking group classes with Kim now for about 3 months. In that time, I have gained so much more strength and confidence in myself. Kim's support has been instrumental in helping me through my health journey. I highly recommend her classes if you're interested in going somewhere like Cheers without the booze. Kim and her team are incredible. Class sizes are small so you’re guaranteed to have hands-on, personalized time with the trainers to ensure you are working correctly, safely, and effectively. The equipment and workout area are always clean. Highly recommend!! 💪🏻 🏋🏼♀️⭐️

I am so glad that I found Kim and her gym!! Kim is incredibly knowledgeable! I love the small workout groups and how she has taught me how to lift correctly and how to isolate the appropriate muscles. Kim lifts you up throughout your workout and I always leave feeling stronger and better about myself. It's amazing to me how much stronger you can become in such a short amount of time! Kim does NOT let you "rest on your laurels" but makes sure you progress steadily onto the next level - and she's friendly and encouraging (but firm) in guiding your individual program.

Kim is an amazing trainer and an extraordinary person. She is passionate and extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness and has a strong desire to help individuals reach their goals whether it is weight loss, muscle tone or all over health. Her small group training gives you the benefits of personal training while making it cost effective. One of her favorite sayings is "you can do anything for 10 seconds." Kim is the best and I highly recommend her! She has helped me tremendously!

I decided to train with Kim at my local YMCA when she was there I had started a weight loss journey and wanted to have help in doing so and getting not only loosing weight but getting in better shape and feeling better. I have had several back surgeries and both knees replaced and training with Kim was by far the best thing I could have done she taught me proper technics so I didn't hurt myself and just made me feel so much better not only mind wise but body wise and always giving pep talks that were just so special ...she is by far the best thing I could have done not only her training but, as a person and friend she is just so motivated and sure gets you the same way.

I am a senior citizen who wanted to lose weight and get stronger. Kim made me feel comfortable to start where I was at physically.
