We’re full. But yea it’s amazing. (Jk about being full). Also, Clint, the massage therapist does neuromuscular therapy, which is the most used modality (aside from Thai massage) used on Professional athletes. You’ll find at SAVAGED, that the owners and staff there are living the lives they promote. They are not “selling” things. They are enriching their community in exchange for a tradesman’s rate. This gym is fair, holds you accountable, picks you up when you’re down and struggling, and most importantly it emphasizes the PLAY that is the underpinning Jenga block to consistency in fitness. Love Shawn, Clint, and the whole group that shows up to support each other and pick up heavy ish.

I’m so glad that I found this gym! I’ve worked with personal trainers at other gyms at different times in my life, and this has been my best experience. I am the strongest that I’ve ever been, increasing muscle mass and losing fat. I look forward to every workout. I have found Savaged Strength’s value statement to be true, there are “no gimmicks, just hard work” …with real results. The owner, Shawn, is always punctual, professional, knowledgeable, encouraging, and motivational. You can’t find a nicer, more upbeat guy. He has the rare talent for customizing varied workouts that challenge you without feeling overwhelming. I have only done personal training, but he also has group classes that seem to be of the same caliber. The gym is very clean and well appointed. Whatever your fitness level, background, or goals, you should check out Savaged Strength.

If you are someone who wants be a stronger version of yourself, SAVAGED Strength is the place for you. Shawn, the owner and coach is very knowledgeable and personalized the training plan based on my strength goals and trains me 1-on-1. I am now more motivated to go workout first thing in the morning . The gym is well equipped and I commend Shawn’s work ethic , dedication and interest in training clients to achieve their strength goals.

When I decided to check out SAVAGED Strength, I honestly didn’t expect much based on negative experiences I’ve had with trainers at other gyms in the past. So I was absolutely blown away by how different my experience was with Shawn. Even though I hadn’t done any strength training in years, Shawn made me feel comfortable and excited about getting started again right from my very first session. He’s personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all things fitness related. He creates great training programs that are not only fun to do, but strike a perfect balance of challenging and achievable. The gym itself is also 5-star. It’s clean and inviting, with all the amenities you’d need. I’ve always kept a “I’ll just do it myself” attitude about strength training and fitness, but joining SAVAGED Strength has completely changed my mind. Shawn at Savaged Strength is a great strength coach. I live out of town so Shawn built a custom program for me to do at my home gym. He monitors my progress through an app and provides feedback along the way. He even helped with my nutrition based on my fitness goals.
Shawn always preaches being consistent. With that in mind I’ve stuck to his training program and have had great improvement in just four months. I highly recommend Shawn and Savaged Strength for in person or virtual training.

I love Savaged Strength! I used to do workouts on my own, but the program would only last 3-4 weeks. And by week 2 I would get bored and at the end have to figure out what to do next. But with Shawn, he keeps refreshing my program keeping me in my toes. I am not only seeing results monthly but also feeling the results! Savaged Strength has changed the way I work out and I am forever grateful!

Absolutely loved the workouts, and really opened my eyes to a whole new world even though I’ve been lifting for years. When I started the program I was at a low point with my lifts, but even being half way across the country most of the time the lifts were custom made more me. Really can tell they really take the time to work with you, and build a program based on what your goals are and how to keep you healthy while achieving them. Weather you’re a veteran lifter or new to lifting this is eye opening experience to things I never knew or thought about.
