No matter your fitness goals, you can reach them at Shred415 Red Bank! At our world-class fitness studio in Cincinnati, OH, we've fostered an inclusive community that offers an effective workout that integrates treadmill drills and dynamic strength training while meeting the demanding needs of your lifestyle. Our classes focus on the 4/15 method: four 15-minute intervals that alternate between treadmill drills and strength training. Select your weights, set your pace (Walk or Run), and let our instructors challenge you to take it to the next level. You can also enjoy ShredKids childcare for ages six weeks to 13 years and freshen up in our fully equipped bathroom and showers.

I took a class at Shred415 this morning, and let me just say—I’m not a morning person, but it’s hard not to feel instantly energized with the owner, Bassey, leading the way. His energy is contagious and motivating, and it truly set the tone for an incredible workout.
The class was challenging in all the right ways, but also incredibly affirming. The focus on doing just 1% better really resonated with me—it’s about trusting your body and pushing yourself, without pressure to be perfect. The HIIT cardio intervals were the right level of intensity, even for someone like me who isn’t an experienced runner. I appreciated the flexibility to go at my own pace or walk if needed.
The session I attended was a full-body workout, but they offer a variety of class formats targeting different areas, which I’m excited to explore. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I was greeted warmly, handed a towel, and the studio was spotless—clean and clearly well-maintained.
As I was leaving, I was given a handwritten thank-you card—a small but thoughtful gesture that really made the experience feel personal and genuine.

I absolutely love this location. I recently moved here and went to shred415 in my previous city. They’ve shown shred415 is really amazing in every city. The staff is super welcoming. There’s a variety of instructors with different styles so you’ll easily find ways to challenge yourself. I do wish there were more strength classes available after work or a double deck option. And more than 1 day of legs/butt focused classes. But other than that i still prefer these classes for my fitness routine!

Between my fiancé and I, we are at Shred415 Cincinnati multiple times a week. It’s a great workout, but the instructors really make the class. They are inspiring, motivating, and always coming up with new ways to push you! Our favorites are Tara, Allison, and Bassey - the owner. I joined Shred after my original (and first consistent) gym closed, so I was definitely nervous about starting over somewhere new. Everyone has been so welcoming though! The owner, Bassey, is so encouraging and an energizing presence to be around. All of the trainers learn your name immediately, so even if it’s your first class with them it feels super personalized. It’s a fantastic workout and each exercise/drill can be tailored to your fitness needs. Very excited to continue seeing and feeling the physical results and happy to now be a part of the Shred family!

There are so many amazing things I could say about Shred415! From the minute you walk in the door you feel welcomed. I am not a “runner” so the idea of treadmills made me a little hesitant but all of the coaches offer walking options! It’s very inclusive. The vibe is super cool and makes the workout go by fast and fun! Each instructor brings a different flavor, type of music and workout style but none disappoint. Fantastic group fitness class gym! Pricing is what you’d expect from a group fitness class in the area. Very comparable to Orange Theory or Cycle Bar. However, the quality of class blows both the aforementioned out of the water. The weight lifting portion of the class is substantially harder than any other group fitness class I’ve been to and actually focuses muscle groups that most care about in terms of aesthetics. The treadmill portion is also great. By breaking it up into smaller portions you are able to go harder since you don’t have to worry too much about endurance or getting bored. Definitely recommend trying it out!

Shred 415 Red Bank makes this girl who has never before really enjoyed working out, want to work out (which is saying A LOT). The class format and energy make the time go so fast. Also, the format allows for all participants of different fitness abilities to challenge themselves and get in a good workout. This is one of the only fitness routines I have stuck with consistently for any amount of time. Shred offers plenty of times to get your sweat in either before, after... or during (hello, lunch class) your workday, plus several morning weekend options. It easily fits into my schedule. I'm so happy I found Shred!

Love the concept of Shred! The combination of strength and cardio training is so very well proportioned and leveled… this is the studio that fits my personal fitness goals and is affective that i finally can see the results. There several instructors that are my favorite and i attend their classes only. Dasha Weidus is one of them. I absolutely love her classes. Energetic, empowering, motivating! Most of all i love her personal approach. She tries to give her attention to everyone in a class and makes sure that that person is doing an exercise correctly (and we all know what improperly exercising can lead to). Another thing about Dasha, she gives you enough time to rest yet doesn’t waste any time at all. Thank you Dasha for your fitness and teaching skills. See at the next class.

I love going to Shred. I don't mind driving there for 30 minutes, that's how much I enjoy it. I switched from a different studio because of Allison. I don't think there's anyone better than her. Shred is excellent for all fitness levels beginner to advanced! As a non-runner, it can be intimidating to go to a class where a treadmill is large component of class, but the class format (‘drills’) makes it so doable! And Liz offers a great waking ‘Climb’ class, too. Oh, and shout out to the new Strength class with Lo!

I've been going to Shred415 for a year now, but honestly I could have written this same review after my first week. Never have I ever felt more welcomed or more instantly at ease in any sort of fitness establishment. The team there is truly incredible and the classes kick my butt in the best possible way. It's such an encouraging environment where your level of fitness - couch potato to prolific athlete - is superfluous and you're challenged to get in YOUR best workout, whatever that looks like for you, acknowledging that can even change day by day. Absolutely love Shred415 and am so thankful to have found a gym that has helped me transform the way I prioritize my health.

Loved Jermaine's butt, legs, and abs class. Honestly came home and told my husband it was one of the best workouts I've had in my life. Only downside is I wish is that they would have more classes after 6 PM to accommodate people who get out of work a bit later.

I started my journey with group exercise journey at a cycle studio, it was motivating & fun to be a part of a team. However, I wanted something more! I remembered several years ago that a friend invited me to Shred415 while I was visiting in Indy. It was a great full body work out, challenging yet rewarding, & was a positive/fun atmosphere. I was hopeful that in trying the location here on Red Bank I would find the same thing. It was all of that & more! I find myself looking forward to each workout. And as I approach my 200th class, I still feel challenged. No class is the same! I definitely recommend trying it out, your first class is free ; )

Shred is my place to just focus on ME! I have a busy household and a tendency to put everyone else's needs over mine. Shred gives me a place to take 60mins to push myself both mentally and physically. The instructors are always motivating and positive- also recognizing all days we aren't able to do 110% but what you bring to class is YOUR best and that is all they ever ask for! I wake up looking forward to walking into the studio to see familiar smiling faces at the desk and the energy on the decks/treads! 2.5 yrs later and almost to my 415th class I can't imagine being anywhere else!

Shred415 Red Bank is such an incredible environment! I have had friends that highly recommended it, but I was nervous about what to expect. Coach Laura and the entire team welcomed me warmly and made me feel at ease about the equipment and class structure. I was very happy to know there was no pressure to run on the treadmills since I haven’t ran in a long time, and was given great walking alternatives. However, with Laura’s coaching I was confident enough to try jogging and ended up running for every section! Many of the other clients were walking with the suggested inclines (and sweating like crazy!!) though which made me feel that it was a place that people truly come to do work that best serves their bodies. I was around clients of every age and at different levels of their fitness journey, it was so refreshing to see! After class, every single client and Laura clapped and cheered for me since it was my first day, I’m not sure why, but that meant the world to me! I’m definitely coming back!!

I moved from Louisville to Cincinnati 2(ish) years ago in the middle of the pandemic. The only person I knew was my fiancé & a few of his friends. That being said, it was difficult for me to find friends and a sense of belonging/community. I took a few classes when I lived in Louisville and remembered how amazing of a workout it was. I joined Shred Red Bank a few months ago and have loved it ever since! I finally feel like I’m apart of something and my adjustment to Cincinnati has come a lot easier to me since I joined. What a great place. My muse made me come here once and been coming back over and over since then. I mean it’s at 5AM sometimes and even on Sundays.. and it’s loud and sweaty and people yell motivating things at you while they torture you, but you do feel better and energized the moment you leave there.. and then you crash and nap at home.. but all in all it’s a great place, great team and I been back over 60 times (yeah bragging) so it does work.. highly recommend (as long as you don’t take my spot)

Shred is amazing. I came a year ago for a donation class and was immediately obsessed except I lived in Cleveland so I was pretty bummed I couldn’t get that kind of workout all the time. Now, I live 15 minutes away from Shred so if you want to assume I moved for the workout, you can. You really cannot beat the supportive staff and the killer workouts that will have you sore for days (the good kind of sore). First official session in and I will never leave!! Thank you, Shred!

I love this place and I love these people. A great work out in a supportive environment. From when I first walked in, it was clear this place had good energy. The owners and instructors are top tier, and really push you to be the best you can that day but also meet you where you are.
I came upon Shred through someone I knew when looking for a new studio to call home. From the first class I was hooked. The caliber of instructors and energy of the studio make me leave each class feeling proud and energized.
The physical and mental rewards I’ve gained from being a regular attendee for about 1.5 years are incredible. When I first started I could barely run, and now I can push past 9 mph (here I come 10!). My resting heart rate used to be in the 70s, now it’s the low 60s. I used to work with 5-10lb weights, now I use 15-20lbs. Each tiny step made over the course of time here matters, and you can see the difference.

I've been going to Shred415 Red Bank for a little over two years now and have loved everything about this community based workout. This is probably the longest I have stuck with a gym ever. The instructors, the community, and the energy are what keeps me coming back. The staff is the best around. They take the time to know the names of members and connect with them on a personal level. Bassey and Jess put 150% into their own business while still supporting other small businesses in Cincinnati--which I LOVE. The classes themselves are incredible and are for any fitness level. I have loved every instructor that I have taken a class with. For me, Shred is different than most gyms because you are encouraged to push yourself to your OWN limits. There is only positive self talk in the room and no mention of "running to burn off that pizza"--something that is so key for me! Overall, I couldn't recommend Shred415 Red Bank enough!!

No other gym/workout studio competes with Shred 4/15 Red Bank. The ownership and instructors are incredible. Before I joined, I looked at a workout as an opportunity to free my mind and stay fit. Shred found a way to add accountability and community for me. I also appreciate the variety of arduous workouts that keeps my mind guessing all within an hour. The times of the classes each day allow me to easily work around my work schedule too.

After hearing rave reviews about Shred415, I finally was able to take advantage of the first free class to check it out myself. 1 word: Amazing! The space is new, clean, and extremely well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, and helped walk me through the facilities and equipment to ensure I knew exactly how everything worked. Our instructor, Keara, led us step by step through a workout that was the right balance of intensity, challenge, and fun. As I had a meeting after class, I took advantage of the shower facilities and the provided personal care products (soap, shampoo, face wash, deodorant, etc).
Definitely a 5 star experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun, supportive place to achieve their fitness goals. Thank you Shred415!

I am a workout addict and thought I loved my routine, but after my first class at the studio, I was hooked. Bassey, Jess and their team have created such a special, welcoming space. A year and a half in, I’m stronger and faster than ever. And, after having my son earlier this year, their childcare offering helped me get back to taking care of myself in a way I wouldn’t otherwise have been able to do. This is my 100% happy place! I’ve tried tons of gyms, did competitive sports, worked out with friends…this takes the cake! It’s a perfect match for my attention span and keeps me engaged the entire time. Everyone is very welcoming and the owner is one of the kindest people I’ve met IRL. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a workout that is fast paced, never boring, and looking for some encouragement!

Shred415 is an amazing new gym here in Cincinnati! The owners are so nice, Bassey and Jess have formed an awesome group of trainers. The workout is broken up into 4, 15 minute blocks. Two on the wood way treadmills (which is like running on a cloud, it has almost no impact on my knees), and then two on the floor doing various HIIT style exercises. I was at OTF for years, but the longer I stayed, the more I found out how terrible the owners were and how much they didn’t care for the members. I love shred because the owner actually coaches and is active in the gym. Bassey truly listens to every member. This was exactly the gym family I was looking for.

It is hard to describe how excited I was to discover that a Shred415 was opening in Cincinnati, to use the word "elated" wouldn't be doing it justice. I moved to Cincinnati during the pandemic and didn't have ties to the area. Finding one of my absolute favorite workouts from home (Shred415 originated in Chicago) made settling into a new city a whole bunch easier. Bassey, Jess, and the Shred415 Red Bank Team have carefully and thoughtfully been delivering killer workouts, energy, and community since they opened and I continue to look forward to every class.

I just moved back to Cincinnati and have been looking for a new workout studio. Strength training is a weak spot for me - so I'm always looking for classes where I can learn how to lift and also work in cardio. So far I've only taken three classes - but each class has been AMAZING!
You get an intense workout that flies by! The studio feels clean and I appreciate how respectful they are towards making sure members feel comfortable and safe. Every member on the team I've talked to has been phenomenal! They're high energy, intense and really push you to be the best version of workout you that you can be!

I moved to Cincinnati 6 years ago from Chicago and the hardest part about the transition was that I couldn't find a workout as good as Shred415. The wait was worth it. Not only is it an awesome workout but the community this group is building is wonderful. I can't say enough great things about the all the coaches, the staff and most importantly the owners, Jes and Bassey. My one hour in Shred fills my cup each day and I just keep going back for more.

I’d love to keep this place a secret so I don’t have to worry about full classes BUT this place is amazing!
These 60 minute classes are made up of 15 minute sections that switch between the floor and the treadmills! Every single workout is different, but every single workout is full of energy and positivity and hard drills, but it is so fun. I leave here energized and definitely sweaty!
The instructors are personable and the whole place is a community of people pushing you to be the best. I’d highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE Shred! Each and everyone of the staff is so kind. I love how much the owners are involved with the studio and how friendly they are. This is one of the most difficult workouts I have ever done, but in the best way. The workouts entails both cardio and strength, which is just what I needed. I used to hate running before joining shred and shred has actually made me LOVE to run now. Each work out is different and unique so it NEVER gets boring. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place to get in a challenging total body workout. The classes are split up into 4- 15 minute blocks alternating between the floor and treadmills. You can make things fit your fitness level by walking or using modifications that are given during the class by the instructor. The staff is taking great care of during COVID ensuring distance between members is maintained with smaller class sizes and undertaking deep cleaning procedures between classes. The kids lounge is also great and my daughter gets excited for our weekly visit.
