If you haven't tried this studio, it will transform you. Morgan, a bad-ass coach, invited me and I haven't left. Being a former college athlete this combines high-intensity workouts without the comprise on your body like other gyms. It is welcoming and addicting. I am determined not to miss when Sara P, Chanel M and Jen A. are coaching. They are all different but the feeling you have when you leave sets the tone for the day. Huge shout out to Jen A for bringing innovative movements, changing from weights to bands to medicine balls keeps the workouts fresh and challenging. (Suggestion for whoever reads these, Jen A. needs more classes.) Lastly, try the 5:15am Friday strength only class with Chanel. It provides an excellent soreness for the weekend. Cheers, Brooks.

I enjoy my workouts at Shred415! The trainers are all very engaging and want you to succeed towards your goals, it is a great community to be part of, and I feel like I get a great workout each morning I go. Place is always very clean and the atmosphere is great! I would recommend if you are looking for a new gym or to try a different type of workout!

Shred415 is a great total body workout. The trainers are fun and the music is bumping. If you havenβt taken your first class, check it out. It is available on ClassPass, or the new shredder intro offers are a reasonable way to sample different formats and instructors. The high intensity interval training format offers many health benefitsβWhether looking to improve your cardiovascular health, lean muscle mass, and/or leave class with a clear mind. Iβve met several great friends in this community and no matter your fitness level, there are plenty of modification options as you put in the work to crush your fitness goals. Make it your own! New to Shred415 and I'm really loving it. Love the format of the classes. I needed more cardio in my exercise routine and this was absolutely perfect! A little walking, a little jogging and a little sprinting for half the class. Weight training the other half of class. Just enough cardio to not overwhelm my naughty knees. You can run as fast (or slow) as your body feels with no pressure from the instructor. Just positive reinforcement. These intervals are spilt up by cool downs. Love it. Another great thing about the classes is that there is no pressure to keep up, just encouragement to listen to your body and push yourself to your comfort level. And the weight training/floor work is really good as well. I've done upper body, lower body and total body routines. And so far they have been excellent. The facility is well maintained. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.

I've been a dedicated member of Shred 415 for over a year and I'm beyond thrilled with my results! I've managed to shed over 40 pounds thanks to their challenging and motivating workouts. The instructors are fantastic, always pushing me to my limits while keeping the atmosphere fun and supportive. The Shred415 community has become a huge part of my fitness journey, and I can't imagine working out anywhere else. If you're looking to transform your body and mind, I highly recommend giving Shred 415 a try!

Whenever I am in Columbus, I make it a point to get a workout in at Shred! I appreciate how welcoming the staff is towards out-of-town drop ins, and I particularly love the classes w Chanel Mack as the instructor! Chanel is outstanding on the mic (clear instructions, consistent cues, witty comments, and personalized shout outs) which creates a fun and dynamic atmosphere where an hour workout flies by! More importantly, Chanel is an expert on all movements, and can swiftly modify any of them to account for individual needs like limitations due to injury or the desire for more difficult options. Oh, and she did the WHOLE Barbie-themed class in heels; thatβs dedication!

The energy in the studio is great and the coaches are motivating. I had Lauren N as a coach each time, and her instruction was clear and high energy. Itβs a great balance of cardio & strength training. Highly recommend!

Atmosphere is amazing. Clean, inviting. Trainers are encouraging, friendly, energetic and supportive. Morgan (she is awesome) encourages and is always helpful in pushing you through class. Love that you can do what you can and feel comfortable about doing it without competing with others. I recommend Shred 415 Hamilton Quarter for anyone interested in getting a healthy workout routine.

Shred415 is amazing! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone at any fitness level who is looking for a great HIIT workout! The instructors are all super upbeat and bring great energy to every class! Every class is different and very challenging but you can make it what you want (run, walk, heavy weights, light weights, ect). I look forward to going everyday!

I love Shred415 Hamilton Quarter. I remember when they first opened up around COVID. Raphael was the manager at the time and organized an outdoor pop up workout outside the studio and it was such a great time.
The energy at Shred415 is unlike an fitness studio I have seen in Columbus. The Shredders show a lot of dedication and motivation at each class. No wonder so many have hit big milestones lately, such as myself!
I remember working at while pregnant with my daughter and that time I spent witking out here with instructors Brett, Courtney, John Branfman, and Chanel really helped me before and after my pregnancy be a stronger mom for my child. Speaking of children, they also have childcare and it is great for busy parents like myself!
I owe all my big milestones, strength building to Shred Sawmill and HQ for really working to help me! If you need a gym that will support you along your fitness journey look no further than Shred415 HQ!

I love the upbeat music and friendly instructors that are so encouraging and keep you going! I really appreciated that I could go at my own pace with no pressure to push it too far so Iβm able to listen to my body and do what feels right in the moment. Iβm used to doing HIIT at home, but being in class just feels way more fun and motivating!

I may be a teeny bit biased but I think this is hands down the best studio in Columbus!
Every instructor brings so much energy and motivation that help keep pushing shredders through the workout.
Instructors write their own workouts versus other studios where a corporate office writes the workout-which leads to a more engaging workout for everyone working out.
Members are truly a family and everyone feels welcome (whether it is your first class or 415th!) we all celebrate each other.
I leave every single class feeling so accomplished, strong & sweaty :-)

I think this is the most fit Iβve been in a long while and I would give the entire credit to Shred415 at Hamilton Quarter. The trainers are excellent and all you need is accountability once you enter everything is taken care of. Itβs one of the best training experiences Iβve had and I would highly recommend it. I absolutely love working out at this studio and all of the staff make you feel welcome and encouraged for your workout when you come in. The instructors are high energy and I have seen amazing results! Extremely clean exercise room and the shower facilities are always clean as well. I started working out with Orange Theory and chose Shred415 because of the workouts, clean facility, instructors and front desk staff. The front desk staff really impacted my decision

Joining Shred415 was one of the best decisions! The instructors all make a point to learn your name and greet you each session. The workouts are so fulfilling, the instructors push you to do your best performance. All exercises can be modified to challenge yourself further or adapted if you need to build more strength first.
