No matter what your fitness goals are, you can reach them at Shred415 Sawmill! At our world-class gym in Columbus, OH, we've created an effective workout that integrates serious cardio and strength training while meeting the demanding needs of your lifestyle. Our classes focus on the 4/15 method: four 15-minute intervals that alternate between treadmill drills and strength training. Select your weights, set your pace, and let our instructors challenge you to take it to the next level. You can also enjoy ShredKids childcare for ages six weeks to 13 years and freshen up in our fully equipped bathroom and showers.

My sister and I love to go to the early morning weekday Shred classes together! The instructors are amazing and are definitely the core of our #shredfam. They make us sweat and push us to do our best each class! Here’s pic of us with Caren - the lead trainer! Love our Wednesday mornings with her at 6:15AM. She will give you a great workout, sing a few lyrics during class, make you laugh, tell you to go up in weights, & make you sweat!!!

And you will never get bored with the workout. I went to my 638th class this morning… and every class has been different. A fellow Shredder actually celebrated 1100 classes today… which is incredible & does NOT happen just anywhere. Shred415 is special - come check it out!!!

Absolutely love this company. I joined a little over two years ago and the community is great! Each instructor does the class differently which creates a great variety in intensity or mood of the class. Music selection is great, and the class times are doable. Some fill out quickly, so you definitely have to plan ahead if you want one of the busier times. You leave each workout feeling accomplished and ready to tackle your day.

A few years ago, my daughter (and coach and inspiration), Teresa Charleen Gellenbeck, turned me on to Shred415 Sawmill and now I'm part of the family! Love the people, the workout, the coaches, the fact that all three generations of us can go at the same time (grandkids in the childcare room which they love)...!
And now, years later at the age of 67, I'm still loving it and am now an Unlimited member so I go even more often!
Update: And now at almost 68, still going strong with the help of great, fun (?), challenging trainers such as Jenny, Caren, Rob and Esther! Come and join us! Update: at 68 I'm the oldest member at our club but everyone still treats me as a friend. Between the workouts (usually 5 days a week) and the social aspect, Shred415 will be a part of my life as long as God's willing! :) 4/8/25 update: another great 5am workout with Coach Jenny! This gym has really helped me get back to feeling like myself. I started here 4 weeks postpartum with my second baby after 1.5 years off working out. The instructors are patient and meet you at your level! The classes are at convenient times and I love the energy and overall vibe of the class. It’s easy to want to challenge yourself and achieve your goals. I am almost 2 years in and starting my 3rd pregnancy and feel so much more confident in these classes even than I did when I was at orange theory with my first pregnancy. I have tried a lot of group fitness classes in my workout journey in Columbus the past 10 years and Shred415 has definitely been the best! I have been going consistently for over 4 years.

So many things to love about this place, maybe first and foremost the sense of community. Everyone is so welcoming from the very beginning, and they LOVE celebrating their members milestones throughout their journey, which makes you as a member feel so special. I remember I was 8 months pregnant when I hit my big 415 class milestone and the instructor and team made it so special, because I had been working so hard to hit that milestone before I gave birth.

The atmosphere in the 6:15 AM classes is amazing, seeing so many people waking up early just like you are and working hard only pushes you to work harder! All of the instructors in that 6:15 time slot are great, but want to give a special shoutout to Jenny Rodrick. Her voice on the mic is so natural, and there is something about her presence that makes you want to work harder. She does such a good job of structuring her classes so that she pushes you really hard, but never to a breaking point so that you become frustrated with them being to difficult to the point where you shut down. I also love that she is so intentional with the pattern of her classes (I am a very structured person and love that I can know/guess what is coming and feel satisfied when a class flow makes sense πŸ™‚).

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! ⭐️

LOVE SHRED!!! I've been a member at Shred for almost two years and it has been such a gamechanger for me! I attend 5am classes and love all the trainers but typically take Jenny, Rob and Esther's classes! The trainers make the workouts challenging, fun and interesting every time. I love the playlists and the different personalities of the trainers. I also really appreciate that they have showers in the locker room as I can get ready and go straight to work. I've noticed a change in my mental health by prioritizing working out and attend classes 3-4 times a week. Would absolutely recommend Shred for anyone looking for interval classes with weights/treadmill!

It can be a little intimidating to walk into a group fitness class for the first time, but the instructors, staff and fellow shredders make you feel right at home. Be sure to try multiple classes led by different trainers. They each put their own spin on the Shred format and playlist. Caren L. is full of energy and creativity. She is always giving cues to perfect your form and make the most of every minute. Abby T. is everyone's hype girl! Her joy is contagious and will leave you smiling all day. Esther A. serves up strength moves to get you out of your comfort zone and build muscle. After 250 classes, I can attest no two classes are the same but all will challenge you to improve your mental and physical health. I cannot say enough good things about SHRED415 Cbus! I have been going here for over 5 years and it has helped me blast fat, PR for many race distances and most importantly, build a fitness community of like-minded friends! Although every Shred instructor is awesome, over the years I have most attended Jenny, Rob, Caren and Esther's classes and all are amazing!! Jenny is a marathoner and gives us the longer tread drills and runner-specific strength training we need for those PRs... but also broad enough workouts to fit anyone at any level. She has consistently gotten me, a NON-morning person, to meet for Shred and runs at 5AM for years now! :) Highly, HIGHLY recommend this amazing fitness community for runners and non-runners alike!

I absolutely love Shred415!! It has been completely life changing for my life, health and fitness. I started at Shred in March 2023 after a long period of not working out, Caren hooked me on my first class. She is an incredible trainer/instructor and makes classes fun and entertaining! Shred classes mix strength and cardio. Each class is completely different and targets different parts of the body. The instruction is so helpful because you don’t have to think, just do! I joined shred415 after a free class. I chose the 2 week unlimited which is 70 dollars. That in my opinion is totally worth it. You can go as much as you want and have someone to motivate you all while in a positive environment full of support from not only the class leader but the people you take the class with. I found Shred a couple years ago when I tried out a Groupon and I've been a loyal member since! I love the HIIT style classes, combing "deck" (strength) and "tread" (cardio) workout. There's a variety of times on the calendar so I can always find a class which works for my schedule. Most importantly, it's a great community who supports and encourages one other. I recently got married and I accredit Shred 4/15 and the incredible trainers (special shoutout for Esther) for making me feel confident, beautiful and strong on my wedding day! Shred415 Sawmill is the best place to workout in Columbus. The HIIT style workouts are always different, and the instructors and staff members are always motivating! Since re-opening after the COVID-19 state mandated closure, the owners and staff have taken every health and safety precaution to the next level. The entire facility is sanitized between classes, and I have felt 100% safe working out during the ongoing Covid pandemic. I would recommend Shred415 100 times over. Come in and try a workout, first class is free!

First and foremost, you guys are awesome. I can't thank you enough for actually DOING SOMETHING to support breast cancer awareness month. There are a lot of gyms (including the gym I work at) that are not doing anything because of the pandemic, etc. However, I think it is so important to continue to raise awareness, even in the toughest of times, so I thank you guys very much for this.

Secondly, COVID precautions. I am super impressed with the precautions the Shred team is taking to make people feel safe inside the facility. I felt safe in the room throughout the entire workout and the facility was very clean.

Third, the warmness of the staff & instructors. I can't stress this enough - Bad customer service will turn you away, no matter HOW good the class is. The front desk staff, the management & the instructors make or break the bank. I experienced all of these people to be fantastic in your facility. ESPECIALLY, during a pandemic, customer service is number 1. I have NOT gone back to places, regardless of how good the work out is because of the rudeness or lack of customer service, and that was certainly not the case here.

I will 100% be returning to Shred & I thank you for your efforts in making people feel safe, providing excellent customer service & providing an awesome work out!

Love Shred415 Sawmill. I really like the general format of the class switching off between floor and treads for a change of pace with strength and cardio. No two classes are the same. There are set days to work different muscle groups, and with all of the different instructors, the options are endless. The Sawmill owners and everyone that works there are some of the best people I've ever met! Definitely try it out if you haven't already! Love my #ShredFam!

I have been going to Shred415 for about 7 months now and I am hooked! Running was never my exercise of choice, until I started at Shred. As someone who always struggled with shin splints, the Woodway treadmills are an absolute game changer.

They have wonderful, highly motivating, and energetic instructors, a beautiful facility, fun classes outside of the gym, and you really feel like you are part of an awesome fitness family. I love that I can be competitive and set goals for myself and the trainers are pushing you everyday to reach those goals as well.

Love this place. I learned about it from a friend in Indy. When it opened in Columbus, I jumped at the chance to take classes, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

Would give it a zero if possible. Had a free week pass so I went to check the place out midday on a Saturday and the doors were locked. Saw an instructor in the window and she mouthed that they're closed. Looks like I wont be spending my time or money there. Easy enough.

The classes are half cardio and half weight floor. The trainer is telling us the workout but it’s your personal workout. You push at a pace that is works for YOU on the tread and lift the weights that are heavy for YOU on the weight floor. There are always modifications too. I love Shred415 because I can turn my brain off, listen to the upbeat music and get a good workout in! The coaches are awesome! It’s a very supportive atmosphere!
