At SPY, you will get to know every teacher and person who makes SPY happen on a day to day basis as they practice with you, fall with you, stand with you and laugh with you. The community of SPY is a family for every age, every practice and every body.

I cant give this yoga studio enough love. I started out with their 30 for 30 trial run, & quickly fell in love! After my 30 days was over I signed up for the unlimited monthly, and go at least 3 times times week. They have times convenient for everyone, & sometimes wish they had an occasional afternoon session for for people like me who may get off work a bit early, but its worth the wait! They have different classes available, not just yoga, & not to mention, the folks there are so nice. I feel like it's become a second home. To unwind, relax & be free.

I have very high standards when it comes to studios (I've been spoiled back home) but I must admit I was very happy with my experience at S.P.Y. I was traveling for work and dropped in for a Wednesday night power class. From the warm (litteraly AND figuratively) welcome, the people, to the class itself I was impressed. If your on the fence about SPY, take the leap and jump on in! You won't be disappointed
