I have been working with Ryan for the past two+ years. He’s a fantastic trainer; he gets it. The PT team that he and his partner/co-owner have assembled speaks volumes as to the great work they are doing (and also make you do) in their very clean and COVID-19 safe gym. A much more serious and professional environment than the other "Big Box" gyms in the 45208/45209 area. Check out Ryan's his first PT session offer. Take the first step--go ahead, kick the tires. I have been working with Steve for over a year now and I am thankful I was paired with him when I signed up for personal training. Steve helps me train and push myself in ways I never would without him around. Since training with him I have begun feeling great from a cardio standpoint and I can tell he is helping me get stronger. I recently had my first "breakthrough" where I can feel and see my body composition changing. It is such a great feeling and has motivated me to focus on my training with him but also really starting to recognize my dietary needs and to keep making progress.
Training at Out The Box is unique from many other gyms or personal training I have been around. Everyone that takes classes or trains with Steve makes you feel like WE are all on the same team working towards our goals. I am watching him create a holistic training environment where strength, fitness, nutrition, recovery, and overall health resources are available when working with Steve. Where to even start. OTB is first and foremost a judgement free gym. The trainers care about YOU and keep you going on your fitness journey BUT they aren’t going to hold your hand! EVERYONE at the gym supports each other, keep each other accountable and want to see each other succeed!
Its my home away from home. Its my constant is my ever changing life and its where i go to find challenge and peace at the same time!!!!
Steve is also the most down to earth, easy going trainer. He wont give up on you if you dont give up on yourself.

My wife and I have been training with Steve for 4 or 5 years, and highly recommend him. He can help people of all fitness levels create and exceed your fitness goals through a custom routine, including HIIT, weightlifting, cardio (gasp), and nutrition advice. We use both personal training (over Zoom and in the gym) and attend group sessions, which are sometimes at the gym or at outdoor locations. Schedules are very flexible. The gym is small compared to big box gyms, but trust me when I say that there is a sufficient number of torture devices in there.
You won't get any run-around with high pressure sales pitches or sneaky contracts. Your money will be well-spent on the people who are actually helping with your fitness, not corporate executives out in big cities on the coast.

Ok here’s the deets Meet Steve about 2 years ago and starting taking his classes is where it all begins... So in and out of the BIG OLE gym doing the same thing showing up/being there... Realizing that I needed a personal trainer someone to hold me accountable to make sure I could reach my goals. So that’s where Steve comes in and changed my entire life.
