A small, neighborhood training and fitness gym, Small Town Fitness focuses efforts on building a better fit and more active community. Each person that comes to the gym or inquires about our classes adds to the fitness pool. For us that is what it is all about.
As fitness trainers, we are as dedicated to health as we are education and safety and our sessions are designed to be functionally challenging while providing real world fitness. There is no better path to being optimally fit than through well-rounded workouts and intense training backed with encouragement.

Excellent gym, staff there are great, and they're very helpful and this place has it all. It has a curved wall, heavy bag, monkey bars, tire flips, atlas stones, you name it. Mainly has weight loss and fitness equipment but there's one section you can truly build strength and all of us who are into that know how to do it with a small amount of equipment. Speaking of strength, they also host a strongman competition every year, in July. Highly recommend this gym to anyone. Whatever your goals, you can achieve them here.

Great place to get in a workout with a great staff and a healthy selection of foods at grilles and chillers. Pricing is great and the equipment is well maintained. I look forward to every workout, and you don't have to worry about needing to go home to get a shower as they have them in the locker rooms.

This is a great gym! Don't let the small size fool you, there's lots in there to offer inside. The free weights are plentiful and there's no waiting for some to open up. Small town fitness is very diverse in age and workout types. I definitely reccomend it to all levels of fitness gurus or even the beginners. I tried the sandwich shop as well and enjoyed it! The staff here are great, friendly, and very knowledgeable about packages and recommending the right one for you and your needs.
