Communication with the manager has been a challenge from the start. I decided to cancel my membership and return my key card. Because of the reviews about members having issues with cancelling, I emailed the manager asking if he received my key card (he had me slide it under his office door). I haven’t gotten a reply after weeks and several unanswered emails. Also impossible to reach over the phone. I will have major issues with this gym if they charge me for renewal. Skip the headache and pick somewhere else to workout

I really like this location. I came in my card did not work to open the back door. I rung the doorbell and the manager was available. He had a look at things and took ownership. I ended up using the restroom and taking a shower. Everything was pretty cool. If you're in this area and need to work out this is a good place to consider.

Notified them of cancellation and they’re still contacting me about trying to collect payments that I was never in their gym for. Anytime fitness is right across the street with cleaner facilities and better equipment. Will update if harassment continues or if they correct their system.

I’m extremely upset at this gym, I would have left a positive review but I had canceled months ago to go to another gym because they had more equipment that better served my needs but I gladly went to this gym before then. When I went to the new gym I cancelled the old membership to snap, but now I’m getting harassed by snap with email letters from a law firm for months of gym memberships I’ve never even used or agreed to. It is a month to month no questions asked membership that I cancelled so why is a law firm sending me email letters for a few months of membership fees long AFTER I cancelled. It’s upsetting because I’ve recommended snap to others and now I’m having second thoughts. There’s plenty of 24 hours gyms who are more professional than this. I’ll update my review if the situation changes but my formerly positive experience has now been soured once I’ve left for somewhere else.

Recently started working out here regularly and have really enjoyed it. It has all the weights and equipment I need. The facilities are kept clean, equipment is always kept in good shape, and the manager has been very helpful and answers any questions I have.

Walked up the stairs to take a look at the place for the first time with a friend. We weren't even standing in the gym space(which is small and cramped by the way) when after ten seconds when a man walks over and asks if he can help us. We tell him no and that we are just looking around to which he responds "why don't you go ahead and head back downstairs". Hard to get people to buy memberships if they can't even look around and are treated with blatant disrespect. Anyways, from the quick glance I got the gym is cramped, crowded, and extremely overpriced.

Price is reasonable and it has most of the equipment you could want. Some equipment is in disrepair, but overall a good bare bones low frill gym. I left because people were working out in their socks and I thought that it was gross. My credit card has been charged after cancellation (and notice period), and I am currently working on that with the manager.

I Recently became a member of the Snap Fitness community & I have to say this is my favorite location. The gym & the bathrooms as well as the showers are always clean. The lighting in the gym is absolutely perfect. The paper towels & sanitizer bottles are always full. It’s a 24/7 gym & there’s not always a worker at the facility so that says a lot of how much the employees take care of the gym as well as the people that attend. I can’t complain about anything. 10/10

Really thankful it has been able to remain open!! Sometimes I feel like the place has the heat cranked up way to much to have an good workout. Thermostat really shouldn't be over 70 heat rises in the gym is on the second floor, at least turn it down for the night time which is when I work out. I have been there on Sundays when the cleaning crew comes in the young guy does a very good job of vacuuming, but there really isn't much deep cleaning going on. I am grateful that you guys leave disinfectant spray so that we can clean off our own machines before use them.
