Conner “CJ” was awesome and helped me out! I love Snap fitness. It’s the number #1 gym in bexley. I also go here when I am in town. Plenty of equipment with zero wait times. People here are friendly. You get professional equipment but it still feels like a community gym.

I’ve been coming here for A few months every time I’ve come here somebody’s always giving me dirty. Looks or making me feel like I don’t belong because I’m a republican. A liberal told me to take of my trump hat on Monday, October 13 and they was recording me like I’m the bad guy i’m not coming here anymore. Nice private 24/7 gym access. treadmills were updated but miss the fans on them!! Other cardio equipment could use an upgrade. It gets crowded during peak hours but this looks like 10-12 people max, but you are still able to access all machines and weights with hardly any wait time.

Nice gym, good equipment, not big enough. They have all the right machines, weights and cardio equipment, but the place is tiny. The place pretty much has one of everything you need which is just not enough, besides that their layout is weird. They have a large open space in the back with mirrors but no equipment. Overall good start to a gym, its got all the right equipment for the most part, but not nearly enough equipment.

I’ve been working out at the Bexley SNAP for 10+ years, it’s a great environment and convenient. However, what really makes this place great, is CJ, one of the trainers. CJ very personable a very helpful.

I’m sad to be leaving Snap Fitness, but due to personal reasons, I have to move on. I’ve truly enjoyed my time here, especially working with my personal trainer, CJ. He’s an incredible trainer who takes the time to explain every piece of equipment what it is, what it does, and how to use it properly. His support and guidance made every workout enjoyable and motivating.

If I ever decide to return to the gym, there’s no doubt it will be at Snap Fitness and CJ will definitely be my trainer again!

Steve was amazing! I’m visiting home as I no longer live in Columbus and wanted to introduce my Mother working out and getting into the routine of being comfortable going to the gym. Steve was patient got my Mother signed up. Just the right person to be there to guide us through the process and the gym is so clean with up to date equipment! People are nice and it’s mostly clean. Parking can be a difficult on busy days as there is only a small lot and parking on the side of the building. Only one squat rack, so some days you may be waiting awhile. Limited equipment and a few machines don’t function 100% correctly or have damage (back extension, pec deck, cables). If you care about crowds, may be worth picking over planet fitness/crunch, otherwise might as well go somewhere cheaper.

For quite some time I’ve been guilty of neglecting my review. After numerous Snap visits around the country, and here in Ohio, I am most proud to be a member of the Bexley Snap location. Staff is no less than superlative! The facilities are always immaculate, save for a few ridiculously thoughtless members. Great resistance equipment, great cardio, everything needed for a terrific workout, except a Roman Chair (I need my abs blasted!)

I have been going to snap in bexley for the past 3 years. I love it. It is always clean and doesn't smell like gym. I can always get on a machine which at bigger gyms was a challenge because of all the meat heads hogging the equipment. In addition I never have to deal with men/people trying to talk to me while working out. People stick to themselves and are respectful with time on machines. In addition The manager CJ is one of the nicest people. I look forward to going to snap in bexley.

If you work complicated hours, this place is available 24/7! Here is a run down:

- Cleanliness of the place is spot on
- they offer lockboxes to store small items and a cubby for medium sized items
- has all the basic things you need -- small but does the job.
- has a large room space for those "other" activities you'd like to do such as jump roping or floor exercises
- small drink company connected to it
- parking in the back and front during specific hours
- limited bathrooms

Matthew Lennon, Snap Fitness District Manager, insists on charging me for the month of August when I cancelled in July. This is in the contract, but I was unaware. I had been a member for over 18 months and had another 2 family members on my account for 12 months. I paid two yearly 20.00 equipment charges only to see one piece of equipment added while other pieces were removed. The facility is dirty and the staff turnover is very high. There are rarely any clean towels or equipment wipes. The place is just a terrible operation and not at all worth the 50.00 a month. There are numerous other facilities in the Columbus area that provide a much better experience for that price or lower. My advice is to avoid this facility and take your business to a reputable operation.

I was a member with Snap for 6 months. This month my personal trainer abruptly left. I phoned to let them know that I did not want another trainer since this was my last month, and wanted to know if I could get my $320.00 back. Brock, the manager, refused to give my money back for the personal training sessions, even though I did not have them because my trainer had left. I have now cancelled my membership with Snap, and the manager gave me a credit for this month's membership, even though they have a policy where one has to give them a month's notice, once I had explained the situation to her. Be very careful with Prescribe Fit; they will try and fleece you. They do not care about their customers--only how much money they can make off of you!

The SevenStudios addition classes interfere with using the room for customers that don't sign on. Perhaps, partitioning the yoga/spin/stretch space would assist customers with their workouts. Thank you.

The staff and my trainer are totally into helping you reach your goals whatever they may be. They professionally encourage you to reach them in every session, & yet personally prepare & instruct an individual plan that fits your own body issues to accomplish where you want to be. Snap is easy and convenient and affordable. The treadmills are better than most and the weight training equipment is sufficient. the new studio is such a great resource. I have taken a couple yoga classes in the new and it was a great experience. I work out at Snap 5 times a week. The staff are great and always friendly.
