Snap Fitness Chagrin Falls has many clients because it welcomes them, cares for them, shares its great workout knowledge with them, and provides a clean and comfortable environment. The owner leads this, and the staff supports it. If you want a personal trainer, they are there for you. And they focus on you, going all out to create your personal path, continually updating it as you progress. It is a happy place for me.

I've been a member for 4+ years. There is a nice selection of free weights, machines, cardio and stretching area. The gym is consistently kept clean. Hannah, the owner her staff are always smiling and saying "Hello" when you arrive and answering any questions you may have. I highly recommend the Chagrin Falls Snap location.

I joined Snap Fitness when it first opened. After many years away, I recently rejoined and was delighted to see the expansion that had taken place. There are many more machines and no waiting to use one. It is clean and a wonderful workout facility.

Perfect gym for Chagrin / South Russell / Bainbridge area. Staff is always courteous and they keep it pretty clean. Not the largest Snap I've been to, but they still have everything you need, even if you're an experienced lifter. New owners are great. They've brought in some nice equipment more catered to the experienced crowd. The only problem with this gym is the atmosphere. It's pretty much a bunch of old folks on ellipticals and a bunch of high schoolers. Never have had an issue getting equipment in a reasonable time.

Decent size with good equipment but the owners are terrible. I left the gym because of them. One time I went in with a buddy of mine and he was trying to sign up for a membership and before he even said a word she accused him of trying to sneak in. Then he asked to sign up and she dismissed him and said “I don’t have time for this right now”. That is no way to treat anyone especially a potential customer!

I love the convenience of this place ! One of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been in. It’s big enough to have everything you need yet not too big to where it gets overly crowded. My favorite times to go are between four and five in the morning and nine and 10 at night. Quality equipment and quality people.

The addition allows for more equipment, it is never crowded when I go, it is open, clean, conveniently located, there is a training room with free video instruction, many class offerings, and management is friendly.
