Five star convenience. This isn’t a fully staffed gym like some may be used to. But you can come and go on your own schedule. Staff was easily reached by phone and super friendly.

What can I say about this place? The equipment is clean and well maintained, however the staff (if you ever see them) are very unprofessional and just blase. Trying to actually purchase a membership is a hellish experience as the staff is not there when they are advertised to be. When I went in the facility the gentleman manning the desk, although polite, was completely uninformed regarding the membership process. I gave home $10 for a day pass and he offered me zero documentation proving I had paid. No receipt, no paperwork, nothing. When I asked how I was to access the facility (door is locked and requires a key card to enter) he said to knock and that "usually someone will open the door for you". What the hell is that? I tried so hard not to blow up on this kid as I felt it wasn't really his fault, but I left annoyed. Perhaps I'll just knock Everytime and hope someone lets me in instead of actually paying for a membership. I doubt anyone would even notice...

Not a super busy location. Small, and some of the equipment can use some updating and repairs. Management is super nice. Price is a little high for what there is to actually offer at this location. Owner needs to get equipment taken care of. Same machine has been out of service since I became a member almost 2 months ago.

Was in the area for the holidays, one of the employees explained it’s cheaper to sign up for a month than to pay to use the facility daily or weekly. I signed up and attempted to cancel in January. Well they weren’t staffed and so I ended getting charged for January. I should’ve called earlier. But I canceled January 5th, but then got charged again for February. After multiple phone calls I was told I was going to be refunded for February, well it’s March 11th with no refund and most times I call nobody answers.

I purchased a membership back in March because it was the only gym open. It went well, up until I was told I’d receive my card in the mail. Did I get my card? Never. So I called to cancel since the gym is an hour away and I work 10 hour shifts. They said it would all be taken care of and that my membership was canceled. Did my membership get canceled? Apparently not. I was charged $50 for a gym I’ve never stepped foot in. I called to cancel again.. and it was supposedly canceled. Long story short, this is more the 5th payment I’ve made to them without having stepped a foot into their gym. Terrible communication, I’ve heard “we’ll get back to you very soon” and I never heard from them again until I called myself. I received different information every single time I called. The owner of gm is scamming me of my money and I promise I’ll get every cent back and if I can stop somebody from going through the same trouble then this review has done its purpose.

Never answer their phone. Never anyone to help when you go in. I've had a problem with being over billed for 6 MONTHS and cannot get this resolved. If there were other affordable options for gyms I'd drop my membership.
