My complaint isn't with this location necessarily but with the whole corporation. I am from Michigan and was told I could use this card anywhere. It's a Sunday morning and I've already taken my pre workout. There's nobody here. There's no contact number to resolve this. The website says my barcode on my card isn't recognized so I can't login. I tried to file a complaint online but it won't go through. Is it just me or should it not be this difficult to resolve? For anyone that takes pre workout, you understand my frustration.

I travel for work and I I come to this snap when I am in town. Staff is always friendly. This snap even has a shower which most don't. A lot of variety here for equipment!

I Like it because it has adequate equipment and weights, but I gave Snap 4 stars because it is a little pricey at about $35 a month for a single person, at the one near me in Holland Ohio they give you $3.00 off if you have a Krogers card, and that is only because krogers in in the same plaza so I'm guessing it's a special situation? ~ But it has secure card key access and is under surveillance for safety, also they have a pull cord for emergency ambulance and police alerting if an issue arises or your feeling unwell, and again Snap fitness is 24/7...
