Solid Training is way more than a gym. John and everyone that goes there makes everyone feel welcomed and supported. No matter your fitness level, he will work with you to build a routine that works and pushes you to be better. No matter the size of the step, as long as it is forward, is what matters at Solid. He brings his knowledge, calm personality and encouraging demeanor (and if you’re lucky, his dog, Duke!) to the table everyday.
