Wonderful place to get aging seniors moving flexible and safely learn to get around thru the difficulties of life. A really nice clean place and they have a wide selection of classes avaliable and very confident teachers.

24 hr access for members to the gym, it does get crowded during regular day time hours from physical therapy and other persons, but there is usually still equipment available. I do wish they could offer more class times though.
