Wow! As the father of the groom, my son and his fiancé had us all there the day before their big day and WOW, what an experience we all had! The "werkout" was amazing, equipment was exceptionally clean and in excellent shape. Our instructor, Christine was PHENOMENAL! From someone who hasn't worked out in a while, THIS hour of exercise was incredible! I highly recommend!

I love Spenga! Throughout my life I have never been one to work out consistently. However, that has changed since I joined Spenga in March 2022. The owners, instructors and front desk staff are all wonderful and welcoming. They all genuinely care about people and their overall wellbeing - not just their physical fitness. Every workout is different, but you know the general structure/routine is 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength training, and finishing up with yoga at the end. The yoga is so great, you can almost convince yourself you didn’t just get your butt kicked ◡̈

Best overall workout I've ever had. 20 minutes Spin, 20 minutes Strength Cardio, 20 minutes Yoga. I haven't exercised in years- and I'm working out at least 2x week. You're not on your own...they are watching, encouraging, correcting, and coaching. Staff is great, cares about your well-being and progress. They know me by name! Clean facility (clean everythng between sessions). Little things make the difference.

A must try! Clean facility and amazing staff! They plan out the workouts and it's different every time. Show up and the motivation in the environment will help you push yourself every time. I love how fast the hour goes by and appreciate the focus and intention in each 20 minute segment. Lots of opportunity for goal setting and achievement celebration in this environment. The instructors will help you modify if there is something you are not able to do at that time and make sure you still have a great workout. I miss the workouts the days i'm not there. I'm loving the strength, balance, core and posture improvement that I see in myself as a result of time spent with Spenga. The minute I took my first class, I thought this was for me. The combination of indoor cycling, strength training, and yoga all rolled into one class, is perfect. Each class is different, so there is no chance for boredom. After each class, the staff makes sure everything is wiped down and ready for the next class. The studio is always clean, and that is very important to me. The instructors are top notch, and the front desk employees are so very friendly. Always a warm welcome when entering the door.

I stared SPENGA six months ago and it is now a huge part of my self care. I tried to do my own workouts at home but it was so easy to just stop when I got out of breath or was tired. I love the mix of spin, strength and yoga. I have never been into working out (for the last 5 years my only 'work out' has been a quick 60 squats while I brush my teeth each morning and night) and past attempts at joining a gym have been short stints that I didn't enjoy at all. Somehow this is fun. The instructors are all great. The hour flies by and I feel so energized afterwards.

That's what I hear from my wife who has been a member since Spenga Beckett first opened.
I'm am avid cyclist and workout fan who didn't really think it would work for me. 20 minutes of spin? really? thats easy... 20 minute of strength? oh please... Finally 20 minutes or Yoga. Come on its Yoga. How hard can that be?

I went from doing absolutely NOTHING exercise wise before I discovered SPENGA, and I immediately adapted a new habit of 3x a week. It’s an hour long workout with an instructor: 20 minutes of spinning, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of yoga. The instructors are so encouraging, positive and actually do the workout with you! The atmosphere and ambiance is perfect. They uphold a “you vs you” mentality, so you are never competing against others, only yourself. It’s so rewarding to track your success and notice improvements. They take pride in keeping the facility sanitized and clean after each class. And they hold monthly socials at local joints so that remembers can get to know everyone. From the first day I walked in, they knew my name. I never in my life thought I would enjoy working out, but I love how I feel after every single session. I’ve consistently worked out most of my life at a gym or in my home. Since COVID I have been strictly running outside and/or doing beach body on demand workouts. (cardio/strength videos). My knees always hurt and I was losing motivation to get it done consistently. Once vaccinated in May I went with a friend to SPENGA Beckett for a free class. I’m hooked! The 20 minutes of spin gets my heart rate up without all the strain on my knees, 20 minutes of strength keeps my upper body and core strong and the 20 minutes of yoga is my happy place. I really think the yoga has helped strengthen and stretch keeping my joints feeling better than ever. I didn’t think I would make time to go to somewhere to work out consistently after working out at home for so long. With the easy app, I set my week up and stick to it. Accountability. The instructors and staff are very friendly. The gym itself is clean and you don’t have to worry about taking time out of your workout to wipe down machines and equipment because it’s done for you. I love the variety of class times and how it pushes me to work harder than if I workout at home.

I have been coming to Spenga Beckett for a little over a year now! I shifted from running into my 40’s to cycling in my 50’s & now early 60’s to stay in shape. So, the Spin segment was well-suited to get my aerobic & leg conditioning followed by a strength/cardio segment in the studio. The challenge to me was the final segment of our hour session was Yoga! I must share that it has helped my balance and post workout soreness due to the stretching that the coaches take us through. A complete full body workout in a hour with an amazing staff of coaches who keep it fun & different each session. The leadership of the studio is top-notch and the community of friends that I have come to meet and workout with each session are the difference that keep me coming back!

I’ve been a member at Spenga Beckett for about 9 months. This is the only fitness class that I have stuck with. The workout design focuses on the whole body with cardio, weight training, and stretch/recovery. The instructors are fabulous and are super encouraging and are a really large part of why I keep coming back because they genuinely want to help you succeed with whatever your fitness goal might be. They take the time to get to know you. I also appreciate that the workouts are regimented, meticulously planned, and adaptable to your individual skill/strength level. Additionally, the clientele are also incredibly supportive. It’s really like one big family and having that support motivates me to keep coming to classes. In fact, if I have to miss a class, it makes me sad! I think everyone looking to shake up their workout routine or jump into a fitness routine should try out Spenga. You’ll love it too!

Spinning session is perfect! 15-20 minutes let’s you really push yourself - it’s done in a 5 songs or less. The Tabata weight “werk” is also a nice mix, good pace and a good challenge. That leaves the yoga.....it’s a bit disorganized as each instructor has their own routine - a monthly vinyasa that is choreographed might make this portion better....

So my wife joined as a founding member. She constantly tried to get me to join for months. I finally gave the free session a try. I was hooked. I now go 5x a week! There is 20 minutes of spinning so you get to challenge yourself and other attendees who will soon become your friends. Your legs will be exhausted. Following you’ll have 20 minutes on the strength floor doing a range of exercises from TABATA and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). By then, I’m just soaked from sweat. Lastly, you’ll have 20 minutes of yoga to stretch and increase your flexibility. Granted I haven’t done collegiate boxing in 25+ years, I’d challenge any one who thinks they are in great shape to give this a shot, especially if you find your workout routine to be blah, you’re unmotivated, or you are stuck in a rut! Let’s Werk!

There are so many positives to Spenga Beckett you cant comment on just one!! The workout is incredible! The combination of all three areas really does give you a whole body workout and the yoga is great! The staff is amazing! Something to be said for walking in and someone greeting you with your name, youre not a number to them. The studio is extremely clean! This is especially important to me. The instructors are personable and I appreciate they are working out with us. They make you feel so comfort and welcomed. Andrea S. is amazing and is invested in the studio and it shows. She makes sure she reaches out to members frequently and is a wonderful friendly face when you walk in. There are special events you can participate in along with a members only page which allows you to get to know others. Try it out!! Spenga is an amazing gym to belong to. Everyday is a different style of workout, while keeping a consistent routine. Spinning for 20 minutes, then completing a HIIT style weight training for 20 minutes, then yoga for 20 minutes is someone anyone can do. I've been a member since Spenga opened in February this year. The workout structure is solid, the facilities are extremely clean (and especially during Covid times, they have amped up the cleaning protocols so that we can feel safe and comfortable in our workout space) and the staff is nothing short of amazing.

SPENGA has two distinct advantages to other class based workout programs I have been part of...
- A true one hour workout, combining spinning, strength and yoga. The yoga at the end is a great cool down stretch. Other programs kind of slide over stretching trying to get you out of the door.
- No equipment sharing. The facility is cleaned thoroughly between sessions and is not cramped. Plenty of room for everyone and properly distanced.
The staff and instructors are friendly, positive and professional. The spinning bikes are well maintained (as is the entire facility). I am really enjoying my initial months at SPENGA.

I joined Spenga Beckett after taking an extended hiatus from working out regularly. A friend convinced me to come to the free trial class, and I honestly didn’t think I would make it through the whole thing. 20 minutes of spinning, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of yoga sounded REALLY HARD to me. I’m proud to say that after just one month of going 3-4x a week, I am getting stronger, building endurance, and truly LOVING every #werkout! I have found that everyone on staff is incredibly welcoming, motivating, knowledgeable, and fun. Their COVID-19 protocols are great, too - the gym is squeaky clean. I love SPENGA! Going to these classes has made working out fun for me. The trainers are motivating and positive. The classes are comprised of 20 min spin, 20 min strength, 20 min yoga. It’s really everything I want in an hour long work out. I initially signed up for the 8x/month membership and quickly switch to unlimited. I am so glad I did!
