There are ultimately three components to fitness being cardio, strength, and flexibility. SPENGA is the first studio of its kind, to put equal focus on all 3 components in one 60-minute workout. Spenga combines 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of Yoga to make the BEST WERKOUT EVER!

I didnβt know if SPENGA would be for me but I LOVE it. Each step of your workout is easily explained and there are options to modify for more OR less experienced class members. I love Jessicaβs classes, her playlist is always awesome and her coaching is encouraging and energetic while still feeling genuine.

Iβve completed 6 sessions at the Westlake SPENGA and Iβm loving it! Annabella & Ashley are great instructors and are always encouraging & motivating. Iβm always greeted by a friendly face when I come in. I love the atmosphere. The facility is clean as well.

The studio is great. The classes are easy to follow and the team are friendly to assist you anytime.
Annabela is my favorite instructor. She is very nice and friendly. Also she has a great energy, always cheering you up.
I do recommend Spenga for all those levels.

Love spenga! The spin, strength, yoga combo gives great variety to the workouts. The instructors are awesome, and I feel like I can work at my level and pace and get a really good workout in. I would recommend for anyone with no or any experience with spin and at least some experience with strength training and yoga.

I really love coming to Spenga. I wanted to get in better shape but I'm clueless at the gym and it's hard to motivate myself. Spenga is great because the instructors pick the workout and provide the equipment. The workout always includes spin and yoga but the strength portion always changes. So I get a varied workout and get to use all their equipment and have an instructor guiding me through it. I feel motivated but not pushed. The staff are super friendly and willing to answer any questions. Currently I visit once a week but I'm considering upgrading my membership. I always feel great after leaving my Spenga workout. Even just visiting once a week I can see results. I definitely recommend Spenga if you want to start working out but aren't sure how to start.

My husband and 1 joined this gym 11 months ago and WOW!!!
What a massive difference we've both felt in our strength, our balance (thanks yoga) and our endurance! The classes are not large and I absolutely love working out in the low light setting, because you feel like it's just you and your trainer - kicking butt! No wasted time, just hardcore strength, cardio and yoga! Thanks for helping us with our "new" bodies Spenga!β€οΈ

First time ever doing spin and yoga. I am not usually a person who sweats, after my first workout I literally had sweat dripping. I have sweat during every workout and I understand if you want something different you have to do something different, this is a great something different glad I found them.

Sounds like fun. Very Unorganized. Was told I can be in the class and then two days later I was put on a waitlist after being bumped out of the class. Called and was basically told that someone made an mistake and now I have to be put on a waitlist but upsetting because there was no resolution! I was given the run around all because someone made an "mistake" how it is an mistake when my friend emailed after me and was given an spot. Nice try!

Being a student athlete I was always very involved in practices and weekly workouts, however following graduation I have been lost on where to start and what to do as far as exercising goes. Spenga has helped me to get the same quality of cardio, strength, and recovery yoga that I got in all my high school sports. The instructors are kind, outgoing, and very encouraging. I recommend this workout class to anyone of any age they have a variety of modifications and intensity for each individual.

I am impressed by the great welcoming atmosphere at spenga Westlake. This is a no judgements zone and I am grateful. I struggled at Orange Theory for a year feeling horrible and embarrassed that I couldn't do the workouts like a 25 year old. I'm in my 60's. I feel great after the classes not debilitated and I'm not paralyzed with soreness for 2 days after. I look forward to going. I'm so pleased.

The instructors keep you motivated while continuing to challenge you throughout the whole class (Jenna and Lindsay are my two favorite instructors). I love this facility! Everyone is so friendly and the facility is very clean and organized. I like the combination of cycle, strength, and yoga. Lindsay is an excellent instructor. You can really tell that she loves what she does. I am so glad I joined Spenga!
