Great experience working with Colleen! There is a lot of care from the staff to make sure we are getting everything we need. Really thankful I tried this place out!

What a horribly run facility, STILL Never enough parking and now featuring only one working entrance that requires walking the entire way around the building for a single entrance. This place has been so sadly mismanaged for years and seems to be reaching it's peak of ridiculousness. Our school forked over thousands and has had to cancel multiple practices due to their weather closures and a pool heater mishap. Embarrassing. If only there was another option this place would close tomorrow.

Avoid this gym if at all possible. It moved into a “new space” beginning of this year and the list of negatives are endless. It’s the most expensive in the area by far, there’s zero management if you ever have issues(completely ran by Spires HS kids), AC is hardly ever on so it’s extremely humid inside, there’s been zero progress on the new locker rooms in 6 months, equipment is routinely broken (bikes without straps, treadmills that rock back and forth when walking, treadmills in the corner out of use), the new space is dirty and has yet to be mopped, electrical outlets that don’t even have faceplate covers on them. It’s your money, but there’s MUCH better bang for your buck in other places around town.

Because of Spire’s reputation I was expecting a top-of-the-line facility. We paid $40 for a week’s pass when the gym was basically the equivalent to a hotel gym. We later went to a gym in Ashtabula and paid $16/week and had access to much more equipment. Really disappointed with the available equipment at Spire and would recommend anyone to purchase passes at a different gym.
