HeArtz 4 Minds would like to take a moment to appreciate Sree Mayuri Dance Academy for traveling down to Canton to share and showcase their talent for our fundraiser event for mental health awareness in teens . We had varied audience and their performance ( not one but two ) was a treat to watch . SMDA students are not just beautiful dancers but were courteous , respectful and overall kind hearted girls who were willing to volunteer their time for mental health awareness .
It only goes to say that they were trained by an excellent teacher - Kalyani Venturi , who had one of the busiest day yet setting a fine example to her students on how important it is to give back to the community. I can tell being in SMDA - you don’t just learn Kuchipudi but learn how you can use your talents to bless and impress !! Kudos to entire team .

Kalyani and 2 of her students taught our girl scout troop traditional Indian dance and they were amazing. Our girls were so attentive to learn the dance moves and importance of dance in Indian culture. Thank you!

My daughter has been learning Kuchipudi under the guidance of Guru Smt.Kalyani Veturi at Sree Mayuri Dance Academy for over 9 years. The dance journey has been extraordinary and rewarding, and my daughter has grown into a much more confident young dancer. She has had the opportunity to showcase her talent at multiple events over the years.
