Great atmosphere, staff, and members! I've only been going for about 3 months but everyone is so friendly and helpful that Strong Tower already feels like a second home to me. I not only joined to get in shape but also for the social aspect. As someone who is naturally quiet and reserved until I get more comfortable, I can already feel myself coming out of my shell more and more with each class.

I never thought I needed a gym or coaches till I experienced Strong Tower. I was someone who worked out at home for 15 years beforehand. I never imagined I'd love crossfit till Strong Tower. The coaches and fellow athletes are what truely set this gym apart from all others.

If you're anything like me, walking into a new gym is a scary thing. Who are these people? Will they care about me and my fitness? Will I just be $$$ to them? Will anybody talk to me? That was me just over a year ago. I was terrified, but I took a leap of faith. I started with boot camp and never looked back! Slow and steady wins the race, and I know for 100% sure that I'm winning because of the work I do at ST. Don't believe me, talk to any of the other members! #morethanjustagym
Update:
I've been at ST for just over 3 years now. Looking back at my time I realize how far I've come! Thanks to the amazing coaches and athletes at ST, I have more confidence and am learning to challenge myself in ways that I never expected. I'm happy, healthy, and and part of an amazing family at Strong Tower!

No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Strong Tower is the place for you.

This is a GREAT box! During one of my trips to Cleveland I dropped in on a Wednesday evening class with Coach Emily and a couple female regulars. I had a wonderful time grinding it out with a "spicy" metcon that tripled down on cardio intensity!!! We laughed, we cried, but we all stuck in it to the end with Emily cheering us on! What a GREAT evening class and way to spend my time after work. Thanks again gang and I will see you in 6-8 weeks.

This is a great place to start if you are nervous about trying CrossFit for the first time, not as advanced, or familiar with the movements. The coaches are amazing and will work with you in a class or one on one setting. The members are very welcoming and also there to help, or just motivate you to do your best.

StrongTower is the best gym. When I first signed up in October for Bootcamp, I was so scared. I was scared I would fail and people would judge me for not being able to do the workouts. But that is not the case! The coaches AND the athletes are anything but judgmental, they are some of the most supportive people you will ever meet because they started out the same way I was. I may modify a lot of the workouts, but each workout has made me stronger than I was before.
Since joining, I have become much stronger and I find myself looking forward to see what the next WOD will be. Ive told my fiancé that when we move into our own home, I don’t want to move too far away because I want to keep coming to THIS gym.
What makes this gym more than a gym is the community. The people are 16483763% supportive of you no matter where you are fitness wise; they believe in you, they will cheer you on when you want to quit, they will push you, but only because they know you can do it.

I have been doing crossfit since 2013, have my L1 certification, and travel all the time for work. Because I am regularly accustomed to drop-ins, it is very easy to recognize a gym when it really stands out from the dozens of others I have tried. Much like a first date, your first time going into a new gym sets the tone - not only for your experience that day - but if you will ever come back.
Gym was a little hard to find, but coach Lauryn introduced herself immediately and made me feel welcomed. Really appreciated that she asked me my background and if I had any current ailments she should be aware of for safety reason. I maintain a very "fit" appearance and rarely am asked that question. So I grealty appreciate when the coach for that day does their due-diligence and not just assuming I am cleared for all movements.
Class was welcoming and a number of athletes introduced themselves (that is not the norm). Lauryn maintained a strong presence over the class and did a phenomenal job interacting and instructing with each member - including me! Often drop-ins do not receive that type of attention so that was greatly appreciated!
Space was open, clean, and displays all you would want from a crossfit gym. Excellent experience experience for me and will definitely look them up when I am in the area for work next time around.

I never imagined myself setting foot into a group exercise class - definitely not a class where I'd be lifting weights. I started this journey just over a year ago, at a time when I had been pretty discouraged by a long-term injury and I have never looked back. I am not only in less pain than I have been in years, but I am getting stronger every week, and I absolutely know I could not have done it without the men and women in the Strong Tower family. #morethanjustagym
From coaches, to staff, to clients every single person in this gym has been welcoming, supportive and encouraging through every step of my health journey. Working out with these amazing men and women is truly inspiring every single day. Every skill is scaled so that each client is able to do it safely, and no one is too busy or too good to answer any questions or work on the skills you need. Don't believe me? Come find out for yourself!

Crossfit was never something I thought I'd be able to do...
Last year I got very sick and had to go on short-term disability leave from work for four months (January – April). During that time, my weight dropped from 170lbs to 127lbs (I’m 5’11’’). It was one of the scariest times in my life. Once my health started to improve, the next challenge was getting back to “normal.” Everything was hard. I couldn’t walk up a flight of stairs without stopping. I couldn’t hold a gallon of milk with one hand. I felt like my body was a shell of its former self.
So when my wife and I first talked about joining Crossfit, the idea was a complete joke to me. I can’t even do “normal” things, how in the world am I going to be able to do what they do? But still, we took the leap and began attending classes in January of 2019 (almost a year to the date of my disability leave).
Now, after about 3 months of being a part of Strong Tower, I can honestly say this has been one of our best decisions. The coaches are excellent, not just at the movements they are teaching, but even more so at the coaching part itself. Since day 1 they have met me where I’m at and intelligently helped me to make improvements along the way. They seem to understand both my strengths and limitations better than I do myself, and have helped me make incredible progress in just a few short months (I even managed to get my first pull up this week).
What truly makes Strong Tower a unique experience is the members themselves. While there is a huge range in age (20s – 60s) and ability (newbies to rx athletes), one thing is true across the board: the people are awesome. Every single one has a reason why this gym matters to them and it’s infectious. It makes you feel like you are a part of something really good. And they make every person feel like they belong and that there are no dumb questions (because oh boy have I had some).
Strong Tower is helping me see myself as “strong” again and for that, I am deeply grateful.

If you're feeling hesitant - I was, too. Make the leap! You have everything to gain. CrossFit is worth the investment in yourself. But it's Strong Tower Crossfit that will give you an unmatched experience. This is a gym that meets you right where you're at, loves you for who you are, AND pushes and expects more from you. Couldn't recommend enough!
The greatness of Strong Tower is most accurately shown by the encouragement, strength (not just physically) and heart of its leaders and members. I wanted to cry when a member (that I met for the first time) starting counting and getting me through my first ever 50 burpees in a row while we worked out together, or that time when a member who already worked out started doing push-ups with me because I was struggling, or the moment when the entire gym full of people burst into cheers when someone did their first muscle-up.
Here is what I have gained after only 2 months at Strong Tower:
-- The continued amazement that I am far more capable than I think I am
-- Confidence in every area of my life (boy did I struggle with this one) and to love myself exactly where I am
-- The ability to lunge forward, walk up the stairs one foot per stair instead of two, and much more
-- Coaches who actually care about your progress and if you show up
-- A fitness family
-- A whole lot of fun

This is a great location for training and getting the help from a expert to help you achieve your Fitness desired level. Located within a busy area this location might seem a little bit difficult to find at first but certainly is worth the effort. The staff was very friendly and helpful and all of the equipment appears to be in good order and kept very clean. The outside area is neat and safe and I had no issues being in this location or had any worries about my personal safety at any time. I recommend it to others and I will certainly return myself again.

Great coaches, clean facilities, and new equipment. Above all, though, the atmosphere at this gym is collegial, welcoming of all athletes regardless of where they are in their fitness, and hard-working. I know CrossFit can sometimes have the reputation of only catering to the hardest of hard-core athletes and fitness fanatics, but that truly is not the case here. This gym has a number of competition grade athletes, but plenty of scaled athletes that are working towards bettering themselves with the help of this community behind them.

Joining Strong Tower Crossfit has most definitely been one of the best decisions I've made in my journey of becoming a healthier, more fit individual. Because of the AMAZING coaches and fellow athletes providing continuous support and motivation, I have already achieved so much in such a short amount of time. The sense of community from all members truly makes me feel like we are more of a family. Compared to other gyms I have been apart of in the past, Strong Tower knocks them out of the park!! You will not find a better gym/box who cares more about their athletes than you will here. Again, best decision I've made joining this box and I can't wait to see what else I can accomplish!!

My 16 yr old daughter joined Strong Tower last spring mainly to concentrate on improving her leg strength and mobility. I was amazed at her progress in a short amount of time. She was dedicated and Coach Josh took his time with her. I started to join in on their sessions and became hooked. Working with Coach Josh has kept me motivated and I strived to do better each time. Now 1 year later, my strength has increased, my energy level is through the roof and I hate the thought of missing class. It literally depresses me if I miss a WOD. I enjoy working with Coach Olga & Coach Zach! They don't mind working with an ol'lady like me. They keep me young! Love them! Love crossfit! Hate burpees... but I'm working on it!

I had never done Cross Fit before and I looked online to find a gym. I was so lucky to find Strong Tower. This is the best time I have ever had working out and I look forward to every session. I feel like I have become part of a family and we support one another. The trainers worry about you as a person by putting your safety and well being above all else.
