One of my biggest regrets was attending classes at this place. I received an injury to my brachial plexus during a class here many years ago. The instructor adjusted my alignment in downward dog. I live with daily pain. It took me years to get an accurate diagnosis. I suggest if you go there don't let any instructor touch you. I haven't gone back since.

My first time "attempting" to do yoga. Very nice and inviting atmosphere. Nice to see I wasn't the only male in the room, but even if I was, I would have been very comfortable. Felt great!
