I was very excited to check out Sunflower Yoga after reading all the good reviews. I decided to take a class and as soon as I walked in it smelled like a seafood market. These women need to try Lume. Obviouisly, they don't wash their lady pockets.

Loved the power vinyasa with Tasha! She did a fabulous job. It was my first yoga class at Sunflower but it won’t be my last. It’s a very lovely, calming space. Thanks!

I love Sunflower Yoga! It is perfect for my needs. There are classes for students of all levels and the instructors are amazing! Usually, there are several classes offered each day. Thanks Becky and the rest of the sunflower staff for helping me to be in the best shape of my life!! I’m very greatful for the friendships that I have made, as well. It is such a warm and inviting place to be.

So happy we finally got a yoga studio in Springfield! The owner Becky is amazing and each class is super welcoming no matter your level of experience. If you haven't tried this place out, get there now, highly recommend. Also recommend the outdoor full moon yoga classes, they were so relaxing.
