I had issues with the management back during Covid when they would clean the machines with what was probably very likely Water. It looked like water, smelled like water. No thanks.

So even if you were anti-vaccination, you couldn’t argue with the fact that at that time anyway it was a very dirty gym. The machines are super old. They’re like color-coded. The music rough around the edges.

This is in no way a gym that you would whip out a camera and start recording yourself. Aesthetically it just isn’t that.

This is a very solid gym. It has a stellar weight room and I never have trouble getting to a machine. The people are friendly and they do a good job of keeping the place clean and maintained. I enjoy using the sauna and pool, both of which are hard to come by in many gyms nowadays. I have recommended Super Fitness to many of my friends and plan to stay a member for years to come. They also have multiple fitness classes included with membership.

The only downsides to be aware of is that the gym is not 24 hours, but that has not been a problem with my schedule.

The last several times I brought my daughter to the Reynolds location there was no one in daycare. She ends up sitting next to me while I work out. I call to cancel the service they aren't providing and they say she's under contract so I can't. She further states that they're in the daycare all the time. I guess the implication is I must be making it up. Been working out here for years. Super disappointed.

Canceled our membership in February this month they decide to take out dues without permission. I spoke with 2 different people that had horrible attitudes regarding my REASONING for canceling saying that their hours have been the same since we signed up as well as " you can try to get your money back" steph AKA Betty fly, and Dan AKA Dan why. Giving false names and talking down to me about needing to cancel our member ship because we no longer have the means to go to their gym. Steph would not give her name, I had to call back and get her name from another associate Dan who started to give her name but was instructed by her not to give her name and then gave me the name Betty fly. I have NEVER been treated so poorly, not to mention that their gym has male trainers giving inappropriate attention to teenage girls in the WOMEN ONLY area.

The Reynolds location is more low key but still has great variety of equipment and spaces. I do have a lot of complaints regarding their maintenance and cleanliness.

Lots of dust everywhere, and its particularly the thickest inside the ventilation grates of their ceilings. Their vent shafts in the bathrooms/locker rooms are SO clogged with dust that the rooms remain humid and musty. Also the Women’s locker room smells like straight sewer..

The carpet flooring in the aerobics room is gross and due for either a deep cleaning or flooring remodel

many pieces of Equipment are out of service with long down times.

Lastly, the turnstile is slower than molasses and needs like 5-10 seconds to process you through.

When I go to the other SF location and see how much better quality these aspects are, I don’t understand why this same standard can’t be held at the Reynolds location.

I absolutely love this gym! The managers are excellent and caring! Furthermore, it's a clean facility. Also, the trainers, other gym workers and the gym members are very nice, and caring of others as well as themselves! I have to say this is my absolute favorite gym. I also belonged to Crunch fitness hated it very expensive and they were very rude as well. My other gym I belonged to was Planet fitness hated it. The worker's we're nice b

I've been to multiple gyms in the past. By far the friendliest clientele and helpful at that if needed. Staff is very considerate and helpful, always greeted at the door and wish a great day as I leave.
Unfortunately, they are not open 24/7 and they close at 3 on sundays. With only locations it's still a pleasure to be a member at this facility! The employees deserve the time to be off!

I have family that go there and they wanted me to sign up. I was strongly considering it UNTIL last week (June 1st) . Super Fitness has an employee that has been exposing himself to females that work next door, and possibly at the gym itself. When management was told about concerns regarding the incidents, the manager/owner? (who is a woman) was extremely unprofessional and rude. She refused to look into the situation or address it. As a woman, I find this very alarming and dangerous. I have told all my friends and family about it. I will not be joining this place, and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a gym, that cares about and supports women and their safety. STAY AWAY and look elsewhere!!

The gym was okay but the reason I'd suggest everyone stay away from this gym is because their contracts are a scam. They lock you in for a ridiculous timeframe with the idea that you can easily cancel if you move away. Well they fight you every step of the way to get it cancelled and charge you while they drag their feet cancelling your account.

And to add to it they fully charged for every month they were closed during the pandemic while giving "free" months at the end but if you cancel you get nothing.

No one should support a company that will screw you over and take your money during a time like the pandemic.

I Go tanning here, Spray tanning is the best and the owner is so nice and very accommodating. Level 2 beds run about 30$ a month and you have 5 beds to choose from and 1 stand up. Bulbs are changed as they should be which is what allows for such great tanning results.

I went here for a week for a free experience here, and I actually enjoyed myself. There is so much workout equipment to choose from. A women's section, male and even a kids section. They have trainers and workout classes, and zumba! to help keep you motivated and in shape along with a whirlpool. I like this place alot and soon I'll be back for a membership.

There is a lot of cardio equipment and a great variety as well, along with a large free weight area. The bad part is the cleanliness, and it is very dirty. They have little blue towels to wipe down the equipment and a small sign where these sit at the front desk stating they are to wipe down equipment. What I see typically is most people don't use them and don't wipe down the equipment. Some people actually use them on their bodies and then some use them on the equipment after using them on their bodies. The locker room is not any better. There is mold and mildew in the shower area. The lockers, which were new a few years ago, are dirty and worn out already. This might be because they are so small and only the tops get regular use.

I wanted to support local business but you might as well put them on your will the way they structure their contracts. Its either going cost you an outrageous amount a month or they’ll want you to sign for up to 3 yrs. Congrats for lasting 100 yrs but I don’t see you getting another 100 with your treatment of customers and the way you structure these plans. The place is just alright as far as equipment goes and it’s definitely not the cleanest place. I wouldn’t swim in the pool if they paid me and I’ve literally seen an older gentleman leave poop on a bench after sitting on it in the locker room. Theres tons of better choices in the area as this place is falling apart. They need to understand that they are a gym that makes revenue by getting people in the door not just by signing contracts. Excellent gym. Very clean. Nice machines and it being the first time there the receptionist was nice, she explained the rules about guest passes. I went to sit in their hot tub, their pool is too chilly for me personally due to my health issues with Fibromyalgia, RA, Osteo-Arthritis, Ankloysis Splondyosis, fractured elbows, torn ligaments, tendons and muscles in both shoulders, patella femoral tracking syndrome in both knees along with patella-femoral pain syndrome in both and other issues besides those which muscle-wise didn't appreciate the chilly water. But the hot tub was nice and perhaps I might keep going while waiting on approval for the Aquatic therapy that I need.

The fitness center has a variety of equipment to choose from that most other places do not offer. The spa area is nice and clean. The locker room is very well kept. Cons: Very long 3 year contract. Only two power/squat racks in the whole gym, the other 3 are Smith machines. (Maybe there is one more in the women's section, I can't check.) Pool is on the small side. Nutrition store only sells really marked up products ($1.10 per 30g whey protein?) and sketchy fat burner supplements.

I joined this gym after the one I was going to on Airport Highway closed. I have been a member for 6 months and I am very positively impressed. It is very clean with workers going around all the time cleaning equipment, cleaning the locker rooms, sanitizing the showers, etc. They have an incredible number of workout machines that you can use to work every muscle area of your body as well as free weights and weighted medicine balls. There is also a huge area with numerous cardio machines. The swimming pool area includes a very nice whirlpool kept at 104 degrees and in the locker room there is a sauna. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I find this gym well managed by the manager, Travis.

A minor complaint I have is that the lockers are small with limited benches. When it is busy it is hard to find room to get dressed. I also find the surface of the walking track around the perimeter of the gym hard on my feet. I have solved this problem by wearing inserts in my shoes.

I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a comprehensive place to work out.

Location on Reynolds is horrendous. People using cell phones to take photos of other members without their knowledge and posting on social media. Management - Travis Fifer - refuses to address issue, especially after learning his buddy is one of the main culprits.

Will not even attempt to enforce gym's own rules - large sign that says cell phone use prohibited in locker room "it really means no loud talking or music on cell phones" was lame excuse given.

Staff spend most of the time riding skateboard while on duty, or just chatting with friends and making lewd comments about members.

Horrible experience. Would not recommend this gym to my worst enemies.

While I absolutely loved this gym, it has been the absolute worst in getting my membership cancelled. I've lived out of state for over a year now and am still being charged. I went in and cancelled it before I moved, and after I noticed I was still being charged began calling and getting nowhere. You're never able to talk to a manager because they're too busy working out and whatever person that answers the phone will tell you that "it should be cancelled now" or it "just takes some time." Today is the first day I have been able to speak with a manager and get a number to call to cancel my membership, but you won't get a refund. I'll give them 3 stars because I do love the facility and all it has to offer, but I am extremely displeased with customer service.

Been going here for 3+ years. The staff claims to hire trainers, that is a lie. Tom, Travis, and Clint are the only trainers there. The only staff member worth talking to is Clint- he knows his stuff. The health department was called out there to inspect the facility multiple times, but the owner always seem to get them to go away without testing the building. Pool water is foggy, and the cleaning crew often makes rude obnoxious remarks towards guests, especially women. Travis did not pass his test to be a certified trainer, and is the gym manager. Travis also likes to "train" only attractive women, while telling them "Man you have a nice ass, keep working". Travis has also taken quite a few female guests home,... yes for sex. Travis will only hire attractive females to work at the gym. Female workers in the gym have taken pictures of their bare behinds to see who has the nicer butt, and has showed them to customers, for an approval. Gym equipment is teetering on the moderate to poor line. You can get a good workout if you ignore everyone and everything around you. Don't go in to the gym past 6:00 pm. it is straight gangster in there. I have also seen homeless people come in and shower, as well as sleep by the pool side on the bench. Steroids are a problem there.

Their locker rooms smell like the Toledo Zoo, their elipticals are always broken, their trainers don't know what they're doing, and worst of all, when I dropped off my daughter in the kids area, they let my brother take her out without asking any questions. The worst part is their manager, a total ___ hole! You state valid reasons for ending your contract, say, transferring 1200 miles away from Toledo, and he'll try every dirty trick in the book, include threaten and yell at you like he thinks he's some kind of psycho, and then deny it all when you contact their headquarters.

Don't fall for their scam contract. Amazingly, when we got the local media involved in investigating them for some reason they didn't want to discuss the contract anymore and dropped it like thieves caught in the headlights.

With all the money they rake in, they really manage this place poorly. The locker rooms smelled like the zoo. They have places on their walking track that you could trip over and they never bother fixing them for safety. A lot of their exercise machines are broken or malfunctioning. As far as child safety, there is none, absolutely none. My wife often checked my daughter in to the kid's area, and then when I later came to get her without my wife present, they wouldn't even ask or check to see if I was the parent. -Imagine if some pedophile decided to walk in and take some kid? Canceling a contract is also another fun challenge: They try every trick in the book to force you to continue a contract after it expires, and then threaten you with "collection agencies" after you legally ended your contract. Take my honest recommendation: DO NOT GO TO SUPER-FITNESS!
