If anyone is interested in a great workout class, it would be superFIT because not only are you exercising your body, but you're also exercising your mind. I've been going to Connie's vinyasa yoga class for a few years now and I love it! She's so welcoming and makes the class not intimidating even though it is challenging and an awesome workout. Also has great playlists every week! Def recommend this class for beginners and experienced yogis:-)

I absolutely LOVE these classes!! I have done both the Monday night kickboxing and the Wednesday night yoga. The best part is these classes are perfect for any fitness level. I started the kickboxing and yoga about a year ago and was very much a beginner. It was so nice being in a class that didn’t make you feel uncomfortable for not being able to do everything. The music is always fantastic and really brings an element of fun! The hot towels at the end of the yoga class are literally one of my favorite things in the world haha!! Whether you choose the kickboxing or the yoga, you’re going to have an awesome workout!

I attended Connie's yoga class and left feeling like my whole body was stretched and put to work. I have been doing yoga for many years and have been to numerous studios. This class is great for those not looking for a studio setting but wanting a yoga class that will both challenge and relax you by the end.

Connie's bootcamp and yoga classes are fantastic. They're lots of fun in a supportive environment, and you'll definitely break a sweat. She changes the workout and playlist a bit each time, so we're always doing something new. I've been going for over 5 years now, and still look forward to every class!

My first exposure to SuperFIT classes with Connie was over 11 years ago. I have never had such fun working out and you can always modify! The more you use your body the more energy you will have. Please come out and give either class a try. You will be sure to become a regular!

I look forward to Connie’s classes every week, they are energizing and I feel great afterwards. The classes are good for different skill levels as you can modify some of the exercises as you need to and still get a great workout!! Her music selection really keeps you motivated :)

The cardio kickboxing class is amazing! I am 50 years old, but this is definitely for all ages. Connie pushes me to do things that I would never keep up with on my own. This is a full body work out wrapped up in a 1 hour class!

I joined SuperFit Cle three weeks ago and it has been the best decision! I haven’t worked out in over a year but I was able to go at my pace and get through the class. I burn over 400 calories during her kickboxing classes. Connie is a great teacher and the atmosphere is great for women trying to get back into a workout routine. Her yoga class is also great for beginners. I highly recommend SuperFit.

What a class! If you’re looking for something high energy and fat burning this is it! I took my first class on Monday and was sore til Wednesday (😂 I’m out of shape)! But I loved the energy, party music, up-tempo pace, and Connie is so sweet and a great instructor. If you’re looking for a good sweat and a good time, try it out

I have been coming to Bikini Bootcamp with Connie for about seven years now! I love this class! Connie is so passionate about fitness and truly cares about your experience in class as well as the rest of you! Everything about class is top-notch - the music, Connie’s instruction, and the association with like minded classmates. Connie mixes up the routine regularly so we never get bored and it really is a great workout targeting all areas of the body. The group setting pushes you to challenge yourself. I highly recommend Bikini Bootcamp for all fitness levels...we burn calories and build friendships!

I have been a friend and client of Connie since 2015. She is a great instructor. Her classes are fun, the music is loud, and you get a great workout in. She has many modifications during her classes for all skill levels. I highly recommend purchasing a punch card and trying her class out- my favorite class is her bikini boot camp.

I started out taking the yoga class. Of all the yoga studios I’ve been to (and I’ve been to A LOT) this class and instructor is by far the best! My only complaint is that it’s only once a week. So, I decided to try the bikini boot camp class and I love it just as much! It truly is the highlight of my week. It’s an amazing workout!!!

I’ve been attending Connie’s class since 2012 and since the moment I walked into her class I knew her style of exercise was exactly what I needed! She kept me in shape prior, during and after my pregnancy! She modifies for different levels of fitness. Her upbeat class is a mixed of strength training, cardio and toning! I love Connie’s classes! I have been to the kickboxing and yoga classes. She motivates you and has fun at the same time! Connie’s yoga class is my favorite! It’s a twist on relaxation and a great workout. My favorite is during savasana, she puts a warm wash clothes over your eyes with essential oils. Connie’s prices are very reasonable compared to other group workout classes. Definitely check her out!

Connie is an amazing instructor! Fun and upbeat classes, helps with modifying moves if needed and you will sweat like crazy! She was my instructor a few years back and after having my second baby it was time to get back at it! I was so happy to see she was still teaching at the middleburg rec. Thank you Connie for helping me get back on the right path to getting my body back in shape!
