We recently attended a birthday party here, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The facility felt extremely unorganized from the moment we arrived. They require a swim test for anyone who wants to use the deep end, which I appreciate for safety reasons, but there were no clear instructions on where or how to complete the test. Staff didn’t provide guidance, and the area where the test was supposed to happen was chaotic and unsafe.

Overall, it was a stressful experience instead of the fun celebration it should have been. I really hope they address the safety concerns and improve communication and organization for future guests.

Don’t expect email replies or returned phone calls. I’ve tried multiple times to sign my kids up only to be ignored. Happy to take my money elsewhere but this place would’ve been convenient for us.

This place is nothing short of AMAZING! We have done swimming places at other places like recreation centers or private lessons, but they just didn't seem to be learning the skills there. The Swim of Things is completely different. Our oldest is now swimming back and forth across the pool and our youngest is starting to swim. Their progress there has been so cool to watch and I can't recommend this place enough!!!

I’ve only had one lesson so far but I can’t wait to go back! Best place ever. You can tell the coach knows what he’s doing. I was so anxious before we came but I feel so comfortable now knowing my son is going I learn how to swim.

We’ve been going to swim of things since my son was around 1, he’s 3 now. It has been such a wonderful experience all around. Friendly staff and coaches (Lisa and Albert), great communication, just overall very well structured. Would recommend to anyone!

Signed my 4 year old up from swim lessons here. The instructor was terrible! If your child is scared to do something, she screams at them. And if they don't respond to screaming (which never works - the kids just start crying) she kicks the kid out of class. My son went here for one week and every day, at least one kid would leave crying. Will never go back here again!!

My daughter began swim lessons here a couple years ago. I have seen so much improvement not only in her swim skills but also her sensory issues with swimming as well. She is autistic and I could not have picked a better swim school for her. Her swim coach is amazing and patient.
