We are a private one on one training studio. All sessions are ran with only you and a trainer! No need to worry about waiting for a piece of equipment to become available or just that uncomfortable crowded gym feeling! All programs are 100% customized to your fitness level and the goals you would like to achieve.
No monthly membership costs and all sessions are tracked through our digital training app that you can take with you to any other gym or at home if you choose.
We handle all the session tracking, nutrition advice and everything else that most people find daunting about any fitness routine. All you have to do is show up and have fun getting those great results!

Very, very good experience. The program and the app are very straight forward. Bryan is extremely good at communication. If you have any questions from diet, water intake and calories to weight and reps you'll receive an answer from him either through the app or text very quickly.

Bryan is the BEST...knows how to work around injuries and limitations and is a master of his craft. I found this fitness studio on a lark while surfing for local trainers and I hit the jackpot. Bryan is the consummate professional that cares about form, applicability, making progress, and overall support to kick one into shape. Bryan is one of the best trainers I've had. I was in Cleveland for a summer, so I only needed 10 sessions or so. Nevertheless, Bryan made sure to write a personalized program for me and treated me no different than a long-term client. During each session, he always maintained the highest level of professionalism - always on-time, cheerful, and focused. In between my sessions, he diligently checked in on me (he managed to text me every other day: a level of dedication unheard of on any other trainers). In addition, Bryan is very skilled at "deconstructing" the movements. He offered explanations that were not only constructive but also highly intuitive. Finally, Bryan is extremely personable. He turned working out into an enjoyable experience for me.
I'm glad I got to know Bryan over the summer. As someone who slacks off easily, I was kept motivated by his passion and dedication. I would definitely choose him again if I move back to Cleveland in the future.

I like that Bryan did an assessment before I started training. That way, the workouts are specifically tailored to me and what I need to work on. Workouts have steadily increased in intensity. They are challenging but not so hard that I want to give up. Bryan is extremely helpful and willing to help or give advice. He's always very positive and encouraging!

He's very educated on what you need to do, to be the person you want to be. He's in constant touch with you throughout the week and keeps you on track and motivated! Bryan is very professional. He operates a clean and well maintained facility. He is amazing at learning his clients strengths and weaknesses and customizing their program to meet their needs. He is always positive and will give the information you need in a way anyone can understand. I have seen the best results of my life working with him. I went in wearing a size 44 waist pants and I am at a 38 now. I was buying XXL shirts and now I buy large. Obviously he is not the only reason for the positive changes as I have to make sure I do my part outside of his studio but he has equipped me with the knowledge I need while reinforcing my motivation to continue to meet and exceed my goals. I could not be happier with my the service Bryan provides.

The owner is the best personal trainer I have ever come across. His approach is comprehensive and his knowledge is far more advanced that other trainers. He explains the whys and why nots for training, exercise and nutrition and provides guidance you need to reach or exceed your goals. Highly recommend Bryan, the owner.
