After a miscommunication about a guest waiver, the co-owner Marvell was extraordinarily rude, belittling, and demeaning to me, going as far to laugh in my face directly, indirectly call me a "beta", and insult my intelligence as I didn't know what prorate meant.

It ruined the overall fitness atmosphere he claimed to be trying to create when I first signed up, and very frustrating as a paying customer to be treated the same as people taking advantage of him and the low level of supervision for a simple mistake about a guest waiver. He handled the whole situation very poorly as a business owner and made it clear how he views and will speak to his patrons.

This place is really great!I don't think any other gym has this type of atmosphere.GOTTA check it out
If you want a true no judgment zone this is the place!AWESOME atmosphere! You have to try to see what I mean. Just hit my 10 year mark in February and it literally just keeps getting better.

Everyone there is very nice and friendly. The equipment is awesome. There's a massage chair, a sauna, a nice little room to relax in, and two workout rooms. Plenty of weights. They also are 24/7. They're fantastic, would highly recommend going here if you're looking for a good gym

I went to Team Wring a few times with my friends who are members and the equipment is old, out-dated, CHEAP, and never working properly. I've went about 3 times in the past 5-6 weeks and the leg press is in pieces. There are more cardio machines than there are people working out in the gym. They are missing some dumbbells and the tension on the machines is not equal which will create muscle imbalance. The promote weekly classes which literally no-one attends. I'd stay away if you are some-what serious in lifting or in getting in "better shape". I've also noticed a kids club come around 6:30PM most days of the week. They seems to just be running around and doing cardio which is great, but should 7-11 year old children be lifting weights?

Doesn’t get much better than this folks. This gym is 24/7 open and you are free to play your music on the speakers ( people never play it super duper loud). There is many friendly faces here and the owner Marvell Wring greets everyone and makes the environment warming. It is a big and quite frankly intimidating gym especially for someone like me who never leaves his room but I can honestly say its a welcoming place. You can buy a water here, preworkout and bcaas by the scoop which is extremely helpful whether you forgot yours at home or might have forgot to buy more. There is quite a bit of room here and it will suite your workout needs. I cannot stress this enough go to Team Wring today and start your workout!

One of the absolute best gyms I have even been to. The owners are dedicated to creating a culture that you can not find anywhere else. They are dedicated to their athletes at every level. Team Wring Fitness is involved in their community and they believe in giving back. It has been a pleasure seeing their hard work pay off. I would encourage everyone to stop in and to see for themselves.
