I’ve read the other reviews and I am not surprised at all how long people have trained with aerobic powerbuilders. I have been with Ryan for 3 years at least. I work out remotely early in the morning. I am 50 and I can say that I am stronger now and in better aerobic shape than I was at 30. I have never been more consistent with exercising, ever.
There is accountability in that relationship. Ryan is so knowledgeable in fitness. I really enjoy my conversations with him because he is so smart and empathetic.
He tailors the workouts to what I need to function at a high level now and to continue to function at a high level as I age. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Coach Amanda for nearly two years. I have a home gym and primarily work with her remotely through the app. We have regular phone check-ins that are beneficial for creating goals, asking questions, and working through any challenges I may be facing. She is always ready to offer insights and work with me no matter what may be going on in my life.
The experience has been extremely positive, and every workout is custom made for my current needs. Amanda worked with me through a major move and kept me motivated to workout while also modifying my workouts to accommodate the process of moving my home gym and getting settled.

I first met Amanda and Ryan when I tried crossfit for the first time. I have always worked out on my own, but never really saw great improvement in my fitness or physique. I was intimidated by all of the strong beautiful people in the gym, but Amanda and Ryan were so friendly and encouraging I had to give it a try.
I have worked 1 on 1 with Amanda and cannot be more happy! She listens to my concerns and is always available to answer questions and provide feedback on my workouts. She has so much knowledge about different facets of fitness and can taylor my workouts according to what I want to accomplish.

I've worked with the team for nearly four years and it's been excellent. The level of personalized attention and customization is a game changer. Every single workout is designed specifically for me and my goals. I work with them on a fully remote basis, doing the workouts in my home gym, and that process is super easy. I receive the workouts for the day/week via an app and simply input my results and videos into that same app, which is then delivered to my coach. I receive hyper specific feedback on my mechanics that make my workouts more effective and ensures that I'm executing movements correctly. I find it is also very helpful to have the videos to review. If my coach says, on rep 3 you did this, I can go back and watch it and see things I didn't feel in real time and it makes it easier to make corrections. We also have regular video check ins about my fitness goals, how things are going, etc so we can then map out MY fitness plan. Lastly, they are just great people. It truly is a pleasure to partner with them on my fitness journey.

I very much enjoy the experience and the great results working with the team at The Aerobic Powerbuilder. Previously I have done group strength and fitness classes. The difference with Aerobic Powerbuilder is that the programming is created specific to your personal needs and goals. I do the programming remote (working out in my own home gym) and the level of coaching is outstanding. I simply pull up an app on my phone to see the workouts my coach created for each day. I input what I did in the workout and submit a video of each set. Then I get direct feedback on my movements so I can make any corrections. My coach is dynamically creating the movements, prescribed weight, and number of reps based on my progress.

The Aerobic Powerbuilder is second to none when it comes to fitness. I’ve been working with Coach Ryan for a little over a year now, and the experience has met and exceeded my expectations. I have worked both in person and remotely with Coach Ryan. Both methods have worked great for me and my schedule. I live roughly 50 miles from the gym, so when I’m working remote from home, the attention and coaching I receive from Coach Ryan is just as good as if I was there at the gym with him. Coach Ryan, Coach Amanda, and Coach Rye are all very motivating and supportive, and will do everything in their power to help you achieve your goals. If you give 100%, they give you 110% back. Joining the aerobic power builders was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only are the coaches Ryan, Amanda and Rye extremely knowledgeable and experts in their field but they are just as excited when you reach your goals or advancements as you are. This is not a one size fits all, they work with you and design your workouts for your specific goals and needs. The atmosphere is friendly, clean, inclusive and supportive. I was fortunate to have stumbled upon The Aerobic Powerbuilder podcast in the summer of last year, trying to figure out how to get fit at home during COVID. Ryan, Amanda, and Rye were so engaging and made so much sense, that it became obvious quickly I would get a lot out of a coaching relationship with them.
Rye has been coaching me remotely since then in both a gym setting and with home-workout sessions. He provides great programs, his feedback is same day, always on-point and useful, he's always available for calls and conversations, and is extremely supportive.
I admit, I was hesitant about how it would work to be coached remotely, but Rye has made it seamless. I am moving safely and I am meeting my goals.
I couldn't be happier recommending this team's coaching (and podcast)!

I've worked with Ryan for a year and a half, and since getting to know Amanda and Rye, have felt nothing less than supported, encouraged, and uplifted. Not only is the atmosphere reflective of the coaches' overall demeanor, but I am making great strides towards my strength goals.

The trainers at The Aerobic Powerbuilder are top notch! I've been working with Ryan for several months now. I have made huge strides in my strength and overall fitness. I appreciate that Ryan goes above and beyond to ensure that my workouts are tailored specifically to me and my needs. I've had a couple of nagging pains that he is able to work around. He listens thoroughly to my goals and programs my workouts to optimize those goals. He is always professional and encouraging.
