They make it extremely difficult to cancel and require a 30 day notice. I called for 2 weeks and left messages with no response trying to find the email to send the written cancellation request to.

There are not enough nice things I can say about this gym. I know a lot of people have anxiety going to the gym- so I want to be thorough in my review. The membership is around 60 dollars per month- and it is soooo worth it. Access to classes, 24/7 gym, all 4 locations, and honestly just a community. I came from planet fitness- I was incredibly intimidated walking in the first time. It’s a more upscale gym than the purple one ofc- and I felt like I had no idea what I was doing. The treadmills face the windows- which is nice when you want a view- but not when u wanna scope the place out and not wander around looking lost. The first time I went- I did some free weights and cardio and scuttled back to my car. However, I was determined to keep trying to get more comfortable here. I decided to try a class. In my opinion, this is what makes this gym so worth it. I’ve done Pilates, cardio + lift, mobility, and cardio dance. The instructors are AMAZING!!! I am the most beginner person you’ll ever see in the gym- I know nothing. Not ONCE did I feel judged, left out, or looked down upon in any of these classes. The instructors offer “easier” modifications to the exercises to the whole class when they notice someone (me) is struggling. It enabled me to feel more comfortable and helped me immensely without embarrassing me for my lack of athleticism. Special shout outs to Reagan (SO upbeat, encouraging, inclusive as the dance instructor- I have zero rhythm or endurance- no judgement and only encouragement from her), and Sandra (Pilates - VERY knowledgeable, offers easier poses for those of us that aren’t that flexible, super encouraging as well). The classes are also offered throughout the day at different locations- which really helps with my super weird work schedule.
The gym is VERY clean and well maintained. Every location is connected to a bar/coffee shop which is a cute touch that I love. The BATHROOMS are AMAZING!! That sounds like a weird thing to comment on- but I’ve SEEN some things at PF. I was very pleasantly surprised by the shower situation as well. It is a room with a CLEAN shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, waterfall shower head, cotton balls, hair ties, q tips, a countertop, a sink and a toilet. No more awkward eye contact through the measly curtain of your shower at the gym. There is also NO SHOWER CURTAIN (again, in a private room)!! I LOVEEE THIS- I hate touching public shower curtains- such a small thing that makes a huge impact.
They also offer personal training for a fee, which I have not tried. They’re super active on social media and post about events you can attend if you’re interested in that kind of thing.
The gym itself is a little small but it never feels crowded. There is always enough equipment, I have never waited. They have lockers as well.
Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this gym for beginners looking to expand their horizons. I think it is perfect for long- term gym goers as well- but I know way less about that. Jordan at the front desk is very friendly as well. I would recommend this gym to any of my friends- or strangers.

I like the other gyms around the area but this one always has an air conditioning problem. It feels really humid and warm inside. Just make an extra 5 minutes drive to their other gyms, it’s worth it other than using this gym.

Have been a member here for 2 years and the hand sanitizer is consistently never refilled. Small detail but very annoying

Pretty nice gym. Very small. Has all the equipment you would need though. Much less crowded than the other locations. Parking isn't truly free. Only free for ~1 hour.
Worst part about the gym is it is uncomfortably hot. Even in the winter it is extremely hot inside. They have fans, but they don't ever seem to be on.

The staff is so friendly and open to feedback, it is such a clean facility with great plate loaded equipment and an open group fitness room / multi purpose space. I had a great workout here and overheard some very knowledgeable fun and creative trainers working with clients.
