Brenda has changed the way I think about my body and what I eat. I used to look at exercise as something I had to do, and I did it really half-heartedly. But I wasn't happy with how I felt, and I started coming here. Brenda's emphasis is on getting strong, not getting skinny, and on having what you eat support your goals. It took a while but I finally bought into her nutrition and fitness philosophy and at 51, I'm in the best shape of my life. I feel great, I sleep well, my clothes fit better, I never feel deprived, and I actually look forward to working out. It helps that the culture in the gym is supportive and usually hilarious.

The best studio/gym I've ever joined. Brenda is a world class trainer, that can help anyone through their journey of getting into better shape or weight loss. She is extremely knowledgeable and effective in her approach with each individual. She gears your session to what she knows you need.

This place specializes in group personal training. You never feel alone or like you're lacking personal attention. She also provide invaluable services such as nutrition plans and meal preparation for the busy person, or non-cook. With her services and help there's no way you can fail at becoming the person you want to be.

Buy a session and definitely give The Body Project a try. You won't regret it!
