I’ve tried a few different pilates studios in the cinci area as well as in different regions and the breathing room is by far my favorite! The atmosphere, variety of classes offered, and the instructors are all fantastic. Each instructor teaches in their own unique way, which adds variety to each class. I typically take the X:form and the Lift classes and both have been an amazing addition to my routine!

Have been coming here for about 6 weeks now and absolutely love it! It’s such a warm and welcoming studio to people of all levels and I have already felt myself getting stronger. The teachers are excellent. Brittany has been phenomenal and truly takes the time to get to know every person in her class and work with them to get them stronger! I love the reformer classes with her and am thankful for her instruction. Rosh’s lift and reformer classes are wonderful as well and she is a great teacher. So glad I found the breathing room!

I’ve never taken Pilates classes before but now have a new obsession. My core is stronger, my arms are leaner and I feel more challenged. The studio is quaint and the instructors are motivating.

Breathing room is a special place. I’ve never felt so challenged in a workout and feel so motivated to push myself because I’m surrounded my excellent coaching, great music, and an overall excellent vibe. Couldn’t recommend any of their class offerings enough!

I took my first prenatal Pilates class, and absolutely loved it! Very informative and Hadley was great at explaining everything and making sure we were all in the right form. Loved all the side notes on how certain moves will help with labor, and felt like my booty got quite the workout! I immediately bought classes to book more! Can't wait to be back.

The Breathing Room has completely strengthened my core and leaves me sore after every class. The atmosphere is unmatched, every instructor and class is unique, there is something for everyone! The Breathing Room is a bc all around amazing experience. From the beautiful studio to the effective equipment and the educated and friendly staff. From beginners to advanced, everyone will be positively challenged at The Breathing Room with each class offering modifications and challenges for each movement. I have become obsessed with the X-former class as someone who wanted a little more action/movement and strength training from traditional reformer Pilates, this is the perfect class for me. I highly recommend any class at The Breathing Room!

I attended my first ever pilates class at the breathing room via a Black Friday deal in 2022 and have been a member ever since! The instructors are so welcoming & awesome with offering cues throughout the class to encourage your best practice! From the instructors, the aesthetics, the playlist & choreography… this place is something special! 10/10 recommend :)

The Breathing Room has changed my life! I started classes back in September after a long drought of no exercise. I'd had 2 kids, some back issues and couldn't find anything that worked for me. The Breathing Room is like nothing I've experienced before. It truly does feel more like going to the spa than going to exercise. I honestly look forward to it and would go everyday if I could. It's definitely a work out though as my body has totally changed. I've gained muscles in places I've never had before and lost pounds. I enjoy all the classes and appreciate the different styles of each instructor. I could not recommend this place more highly.

I hope that by this New Year I can enjoy even more classes. I have been so lucky to try different teachers at The Breathing Room. Each one brings a different awareness to my practice and I feel I get so much value out of each hour. I have to say my very very favorite class is jumping along to some really pumped up music in cardio pilates. I wish I could do it every other day! Maybe by February I can! I LOVE IT! I always have a great and positive experience at your studio. Everyone is friendly and I feel like I am in a "no-judgement zone" when I go there. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and comfort level. Everyone who goes there doesn't feel like they have to compete with their fellow attendees - everyone is working on their own set of goals, but at the same time, they also motivate each other to give it their best
