UPDATE!!

3 years later and I still absolutely love this place. The camp has become my second home & some of the people I have met here have become family. I love the support, the push to be better and the acceptance I get from everyone here. I love walking into class not knowing what’s going to happen; each trainer has a unique style that makes each class both challenging and exciting. I recommend the camp to any person that will listen to me. 10/10 recommend.

I joined the Camp a little over year ago when a friend talked me into a 21 day membership. I have always loved working out but have never been much for the commitment of a gym and class times-until now. After 2 attempts (thanks COVID)I have successfully completed the 6 week hard body challenge and am feeling AMAZING. The diet was strict, the workouts and hw were time consuming but I the results...it made it all worth it. I had no idea I could challenge myself like this-mentally and physically and I can’t wait to do it again. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I mean anyone. Never has there been a gym more welcoming, regardless of where you are on your fitness journey!

I still attend the camp!! The different workouts the fomo, your gym besties, different challenges and competitions to participate in how can you not like this place! There's always room to learn and grow and you get that consistently here.

This place is AH-MAZING! They give you all the tools and you just put in the work and get the results that you wanted and more. I have been with the camp for 3yrs and have no complaints. Join them you won't regret it.

I had been going to the gym for a couple of months and the lack of motivation, routine and stress were taking over me. That's when I began looking at other options and found this. I love how motivated and helpful staff and other members are. I look forward to getting there and seeing the setup they have prepared. The fact that the workouts are not repeated each day is one of the things I like the most.

The trainers have assisted with my form, and I immediately feel a difference when I do the workout the proper way, especially handling weights. I am noticing a difference in my weight/body, but nothing beats the stress release I get with each workout.

Enjoyed the first few weeks at The Camp until I quickly realized there is a huge clique of clients and support staff who basically run the place. Really ruins it for the rest of us. Lots of favoritism in and outside of the gym and on social media. I also went there to get guidance on nutrition and weight loss but feel like they don't really know what they are talking about. Yeah they give you a guide/meal plan but I just don't see evidence that it truly works. There are a couple of challengers who it seems to help but for the vast majority of those I see there it doesn't seem effective. I'm going to be looking elsewhere for a more inclusive gym with a actual certified nutritionist and where they are more professional and it's not just a high school playground of popular people versus the rest of "the uncool peons". Just my observations.

For being a weight loss bootcamp gym, everyone at The Camp Transformation Center Parma seems to be gaining a lot of weight, owners and trainers included. I'm actually shocked each time I attend class. Transformations are absolutely taking place.😬 The owner definitely does not live what she preaches. 🤷‍♂️ Most of the trainers are not certified, but they do make the classes fun. If you're looking to bulk, this is probably the place for you.

The camp was the first step that I took for myself. I was tired of how I looked and felt, so I went to a free orientation. I saw the facility, and was introduced to the staff. I was back to sign up a week later! This program has held me accountable, the staff are so supportive and patient, and I now have the ability to push MYSELF! This really is a "Transformation center" and not just a gym. I have successfully completed a 20lb challenge, and I'm on my second one! 💕💪 I am forever grateful for this place.

I joined The Camp a few years ago and it's been nothing short of amazing, I've gone through some personal struggles and they have always asked how I was and offered a hug when I needed it. The environment is very friendly and family like. The trainers care about the people they train and are always there to offer advise and a helping hand when needed. The workouts are challenging and definitely results oriented. I've worked out at other gyms, this was a whole new eye opening experience on how people should be treated. I have been at this camp since July..kept hearing all these great things about it and after not being so happy with my old gym I decided to try this place out. This is both my opinion as someone who has trained at other gyms and as a member.
Lets start with the trainers (Gio, Nate, Des, Krisnia, Tati), the amount of creativity they put into planning the exercises surprise me every day, the moves suit all levels from beginner to expert even if its day 1 for you or day 10,000 the moves accomadate all and trainers do an incredible job at showing modifications for all levels. You work body parts you didn't even know existed and your amazed at what your body can do. They pride themselves at incorporating new moves which keeps things fresh and interesting. They also do a great job at making sure form is correct bc as a trainer that is 150% important to make sure you get the best out of the exercise and get results. They are all super kind and approachable and always want the best for you.

The setup is always in stations of 4 per exercises with 1 being smaller weights and 4 being heaviest. You choose which one you want to do each day with no pressure to increase your station but option is there if you want to. The workouts schedule is released every weekend so you know who is training and what it will be that day (upper, lower etc) and core is always incorporated and an option of morning and evening classes. I started station 3 and worked my way to 4 but then was out for 3 weeks due to medical reasons and it was nice to see I could go in and do station 1 to slowly make my way back, no pressure to compete..in fact the trainers knew my situation and they made sure I was taking things slow. That means a lot bc I have been to gyms were the trainer has tried to get me to do push ups on my toes while in an air cast.

The facility is energizing..with encouraging quotes on the wall, great taste in music to keep you going and singing in my case and all the equipment is in excellent and most importantly safe condition and they have it all from weights, to box jumps to tires, rowers and so much more...bathrooms are close by and always nice and clean, along with a water station if you need to fill up and a sink to wash your hands and they have an inbody scale to help track your progress. Cute gear to represent your gym and lots of supplement options for all your needs.

Last but not least welcoming front desk staff (Tati, Des, Mel)..they are always smiling, even at 5am, very knowledgeable on product's and membership options and programs and always there when you just simply have a question or just need a good laugh and you will see all of them take the classes so they know exactly what is going on.

All and all this is by far my most favorite gym and I have tried a good amount of places. Don't be stuck at home wondering, come check us out!

Getting ready to start a 3rd round of the 6 week 20lb weight loss challenge and I couldn’t be more excited. Come check this gym out!

****Update****
I started my weight loss journey back in 2020 to lose enough weight to help my fertility. I was successful and lost enough weight, my sweet baby girl is turning 1 in just a couple weeks. I knew the only way to help get the baby weight off and to get me back on track with my weight loss journey was to return back to The Camp Transformation Center - Parma OH for their amazing 6 week 20lb weight loss challenge. I have completed my 6 weeks with a total loss of 23.6lbs.
I am now starting my 2nd round of a new 6 week challenge.

I started coming to The Camp Transformation Center in Parma OH 10/25/20. I officially started my 6 week challenge on 11/9/20. One of the things I love the most is that the staff are extremely knowledgeable and really push you to put in hard work. On 12/21/20 I completed my 6 week challenge and I’m proud to say I accomplished my goal. In fact I beat it! 22.8 pounds down and I feel great! (28.8 pounds down since 10/25/20). I seriously couldn’t have done it without the help of this amazing team. I’m looking forward to starting my 2nd 6 week challenge on 1/11/21. If you are someone that wants to lose weight but struggle reaching your goal alone, I HIGHLY recommend you check out The Camp Transformation Center. I personally believe in their program and I know it works because of my results. I’m excited for this journey that has only just begun.

The workout portion is great it works ur whole body... Paying 500 bucks to lose 20lbs in 6 weeks being on the same food as everyone else is a huge no.. I followed this program to a T and only lost 9 lbs then was told only sip water to try to lose more weight...
This program DOES NOT work for everyone do the gym portion not the food unless you just really wanna give away money...in that case I'll hold it for u!

First of all I wanted to thank all the camp staff for the motivation, guidance, coaching and push me up everyday. I came here looking for help I was feeling tired of the way I was, I was overweight, high cholesterol, and no energy at all. I made a decision to losse weight and feel better about my self, I first give a try to a 3 week's challenge where I was able to lose 13 pounds and just with that I was already feeling better about my self, I came back for a second challenge where I was committed to lose 20 pounds with it 6 weeks and let me tell you I was able to lose 22 pounds within 6 week's, they provide me with a diet to follow thru and workout 5 days a week and drink a gallon of water a day. If you committ to that is so easy to lose the 20 pounds with no problem. Today I am down 34 pounds total with 10 weeks attending here following the diet that is really simple no big changes of what I was already eating just make some adjustments to the portions and eat more frequently thru the day and workout the 5 days a week and you will see the results. Attending th camp is probably one of the best decision I had ever made for my self, so if you are thinking about coming here don't wait but run here and make the change for your self and feel better.

The Six Week Challenge at The Camp Transformation Center-Parma was an incredible experience. It was challenging yet doable especially with all of the support given by the trainers and staff. Whether you are a seasoned veteran of the gym or brand new, the Camp TC has something for you.

I started with The Camp - Parma in August. I have completed a 3 week eat well be well challenge & just completed their famous 6 week challenge. I have lost 31 lbs in 10 weeks. The workouts are challenging, but rewarding. The trainers are great. They will push and motivate you while also supporting you on your journey. The works outs are only about 45 min, so it is easy to fit into a busy schedule. The instructions for the challenge are clear and concise. The community at the camp is my favorite part. It is a nonjudgemental and uplifting environment. I highly recommend going to the camp for workouts or to try a challenge. It has really forced me to prioritize my health and myself. The Camp - Parma is the BEST!!!

If you are like me and have struggled with losing weight on your own then this place is for you! You will not only get the support of trainers, but they actually care and want you to succeed. The workouts are manageable and only take about 45 minutes. This makes it very easy to fit into a busy life schedule. I am a full time working mother of 3 and was able to complete my first 6 week challenge without feeling overwhelmed. Attending workout classes is fun, they play upbeat music and the 45 minutes fly by. They also provide a meal plan for you to follow and it is a TON of food. I highly recommend The Camp Transformation Center - Parma!

I loved my experience at The Camp in Parma! They were very supportive, positive, and full of energy to help every step of the way through my challenge. The staff is very kind and helpful. The facility is nice and clean. It was great working out there. The music helped a lot with motivation as well! The nutrition program was extremely difficult. At first it seems like it didn't seem to make a whole lot of sense at first, and I wasn't sure if it was going to play out in the end- but it sure did! I joined The Camp in Parma because everything I tried on my own wasn’t working. I have a gym membership, but doing the workouts on my own was hard and I often found myself not knowing what to do or realizing that I didn’t push myself hard enough to see results. I decided to do the 6 week challenge so I could get back on track and I ended up seeing amazing results! I love that I can go to the camp and all the guessing work is done for me. I just finished the 6 week challenge to lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks. I lost 22.2 pounds and I feel great! I love going to the classes, even in the mornings because I have so much energy afterwards. Everyone is so friendly and you'll make friends quickly! The trainers are great and are willing to help you if you are doing something wrong. The meal plan they provide is simple and easy to follow. I just completed the 20 lb 6 week challenge round 2. OMG! What a challenge! I can’t believe I made it through. I went in today for weigh in and told myself to be excited either way… I knew I was going to continue my journey with this place regardless. I just successfully completed my first six-week challenge at The Camp and have been really happy with my experience there. The staff is very welcoming and supportive, as are most members. I was really impressed how a couple of members went out of their way to show me the ropes the first few times I went. I was very out of shape when I started and wasn't sure I would even make it through the warmup on the first day, and I can't believe how far I've come in just six weeks. If you are just getting back to exercise like I was, I highly recommend taking some of Laura's classes. She's really good at showing modifications to make what may seem undoable doable. The challenge is a great way to create new healthy habits with a whole group of people supporting you and cheering you on. You'll be amazed at how much stronger and how much more endurance you have in just 6 weeks. Looking forward to my next challenge!

I am so happy I joined the 20 lbs challenge! I really loved The Camp Transformation Center, their attitude, encouragement and professionalism. I have lost almost 25 lbs and cannot be happier about it) First of all, it is not easy! Everything about a change is not easy- diet, exercise, but with lots of support from the staff and my family I did it, I went through the 6 week challenge and reached my goal! I really loved the work out classes. It’s the first time I experienced this kind of training where it’s a group class and every day is different muscle group, so you are working out every muscle in your body and you really feel it! This was very helpful, especially in the beginning when all the exercises are new to you and it’s easy to forget, but the trainers are always guiding you in the right direction. I definitely recommend this place to everybody who struggles with extra weight or just want to get more fit. Thank you very much)

I completed the 6 week 20 pound challenge at the camp transformation center in Param in Ohio!! What a journey it was... I will not lie and say it was easy especially at first. I sat in the first group to learn about the program after being told about it by a friend thinking yay right you can’t lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks. It was so much information and a bit overwhelming but as week one started it all started to sink in. My body was sore, I was exhausted from being up and at the gym by 5 am durning the week, mentally I was struggling to stay on track with the meal plan. Never one time did I give into temptation or miss a workout... minus two snow days. With every week that passed I could feel myself getting stronger. I could barely do push ups the first couple weeks but the last two weeks I thought to myself in class wow I just did how many! This challenge has given me so much more energy, reminded me what I am capable when I put my mind to it, and made the excuse reel in my head stop playing on repeat! I would definitely recommend this challenge to friends but it is what it’s called...”a challenge” in every term of the word! But it’s worth it in every way!! The team at the gym is so helpful, motivating, and great cheerleaders through this journey!! I can’t wait to start the next challenge!

Edit....I completed the hard body challenge! Oh I had no clue what I was in for.... 2 workouts 5 times a week. Leg day homework twice a week was 2 hours 🤪I’m not ashamed to say I cried, was bruised and sore everywhere and beyond exhausted and crabby, and I said at least twice a week I’m done I’m quitting. But thanks to a great support system I finished. I completely prepared myself to not hit the 5% mark before i headed in this morning for my final body scan. I could see the changes in my body but all the thoughts of did i put in enough work did i lift heavy enough ran through my head. But I was shocked and so proud of myself!! This was a great reminder for me of you can do anything you set your mind too and to stop doubting myself!!! 🦵🏼💪🏻🏋️‍♀️ 🎉

5% CHALLENGE REVIEW:
I have now successfully completed both the 20lb challenge and the 5% fat loss challenge. ZERO REGRETS! It has been 100% worth it. One of the biggest challenges in taking charge of your health, getting to a healthy weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is keeping a strong mindset and being able to power through. If that's why you struggle, this is definitely the program for you. The team pushes you, encourages you and makes you feel like you can do anything. The program keeps you accountable and consistent. The diet plan is not complicated or confusing and it's only for 6 weeks! You can do anything for 6 weeks.
This program also helps your body to create healthier eating habits and it trains your body to need the exercise.
I am now in a place where I feel comfortable with the way I look and feel about my body. If you're on the fence, just do it! You won't regret signing up

20LB CHALLENGE REVIEW:
Love, love, LOVE the workouts! I did the 20lb challenge and made it! The staff are so chill which is great! They really make you feel like family. If you need a push to get your body headed in the right direction, this is the place to go! The accountability and incentive is just the push you'll need.
I'm always so skeptical about loose weight fast diets and workouts, but I saw the results in two other ppl before I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did cuz I am LOVING the results!
I am definitely going to continue my weight loss journey at camp transformation and I'm looking forward to it!

Having successfully completed my 3rd hardbody challenge, the camp has shown me what I am truly capable of! The classes are great, and all you need to do is show up, everything is laid out for you which make coming so easier. It’s a place where there is no judgment, no intimidation, just you working on yourself. The staff is friendly, and very informative. I’ve been a member since 2018 the workouts have helped me get through a lot of life’s struggles, and as a plus I’ve met some amazing people, who are like family. The camp is my happy place. I love this place!!! The trainers are amazing, the owners are amazing!!! I am over weight borderline diabetic, and this place is saving me!! In the past I signed up at a gyms and never stepped one foot into it mostly bc I didn't know what to do or how to use the machines I tried to sign up for the classes they had but none were available to fit my schedule. After paying 4 months of membership and not going I cancelled it. My husband found this place for me ❤️ I have received guidance, support, education, encouragement! The gym members are all so happy, and after a class, people who I don't know say to me "good job" it feels really nice being in an environment where everyone is supportive and helpful. I have genuinely grown to love this place! I did a 20lbs, 6 week challenge last year and as hard as it was I did really well and loved my results! Unfortunately I back slid after having bronchitis and Covid but I’m back for another challenge and I am so excited to see what I can do again, and plan on keeping it off and being consistent! When I joined the transformation camp at Parma, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I have tried other gyms in the past, but never really felt like I belonged, or felt comfortable working out in front of others. The camp is completely different than any gym I’ve ever been too. I started attending the camp back in June of 2021 and have been going ever since. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The staff motivates and pushes you to want to do better. They truly want to see you succeed in your weight loss goals. Not going to lie, the workouts are hard in the beginning, but if you stick with it, it will get easier. You will feel yourself getting stronger. This past week I completed the 6-week Members Only challenge and was able to meet my end goal. Without the staff motivating and pushing me, I’m not sure that I would’ve made it. They helped hold me accountable and gave me the encouragement I needed so that I didn’t give up. I fully recommend The Camp Transformation Center in Parma/Cleveland .My Son and Daughter did the 6 weeks Hard Body Challenge. They had amazing results. I signed up for the Hard Body Challenge. I had always been extreme in exercise. I failed in having the correct eating plan. This program was excellent. The diet was restricted but not restrictive. You actually ate alot. You just ate the right things. The management and staff were very helpful and encouraging. The coaches and trainer know what they are doing. The group HIIT workouts were awesome with many people made it fun and easier. The goal was to drop 5% body fat. I dropped 7.3 %. It was not easy. I did 40 of the workouts at the Camp. I also did weight lifting after each on my own. I lost 12 pounds of fat and added 6 pounds of muscle. I am glad I did this and recommend to everyone.

I completed the 6 week 20 lb challenge at The Camp Transformation Center Parma and am happy to say that I lost a total of 27 lbs. I joined this program on 11/1/21 on a whim because it was recommended to me by a friend. I had no intention of joining a gym at that time because I was already juggling a ton of things in my personal life and at work and a gym routine was the last thing on my mind, let alone one that requires regular attendance.

That said, taking on the 6 week challenge at The Camp Parma was one of the best things I did for my physical and mental health in a long time.
This gym has a winning combination of accountability, easy to follow nutrition plan, support system, a great variety of efficient high intensity circuit training workouts and amazing trainers to help guide you and push you to your max through it all.

My favorite part of this challenge were surprisingly the workouts which were not easy but very rewarding and absolutely fun all around. I highly recommend this challenge, this gym and these amazing, amazing trainers to anyone interested in pushing themselves to reach their goals. I found it very welcoming and easy to follow along from day one.
All you have to do is follow the instructions and stick to the plan to achieve your goals.

I am not going to sugar coat anything!!! These classes can be pretty freaking hard when your a first timer or haven’t worked out in awhile. Make sure you stay hydrated and don’t overwhelm yourself!! There has been a few times I have almost passed out, thrown up, peed myself, and I did in fact, cry!! However, you feel amazing physically and emotionally after you have completed a class. So don’t stop working!!! The trainers are there to help and are very supportive, which makes things a lot easier. Mel is very personable, compassionate, and encouraging!!! Best program I have ever decided to join! I joined the 6 week 20lbs weight loss challenge and I didn’t even think it was possible but I went into the program with an open mind. Now I’m here 6 weeks later 21.7lbs down and going on to my next challenge! The trainers and staff are always pushing you and motivating you to be better than the person you were the day before. The support from the community is something I’ve never experienced within other programs. Its not only about you meeting a common goal but you all striving to improve your fitness and health for your life. Before this program I was depressed and stressed when it came to my weight and now I’m more confident every day! This program gave me a piece of my life back. I’m feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Second challenge down and I’m down 7.5% body fat! This gym has shown me what hard work and dedication it. They have taught me lifestyle change and being strong and healthy is the way to do things. RD 1: So over two months ago I felt really overweight, unhealthy and lost. I had been working out and trying to eat healthy, or what I thought was healthy. I needed help. Then someone suggested The Camp Transformation Center. I quickly signed up and here I am... 6 weeks later and 27 pounds lighter. The staff and trainers gave me the structure and tools I needed to begin my journey towards getting healthy. The workouts are tough and challenging, and I am getting functional strength. The diet may seem tough to many, but it's just what I needed. No longer do I eat food and feel sick afterwards. I eat food and feel healthy and satisfied.
If you are feeling the same way I did, then you need to join. New Challenge starts in a week. Come workout with me and a bunch of great people.
Rd 2: This round was much harder for me. I found it harder to lose weight but the trainers and staff were right there helping me through it. I did find that I had better workouts as I lost the weight and was able to give more effort. The trainers pushed me harder and made sure I did every exercise correctly. The more I workout there , the more I feel like I'm part of a big family that's investing in each other's future. I appreciate the way the trainers, staff and the people working out around you push each other to work harder.

Just finished my first Hardbody challenge! While I did not meet my overall goal (really need to FTDI!), but I did end up losing 3% body fat. Along with that have increased my energy and successfully completed 30+ workouts in six weeks (which is huge from not working out at all). The best part is I enjoyed it! The Camp has been a great fit for me. The staff and coaches are super friendly and motivating. The biggest thing I noticed right off the bat is they always new my name from the start, while a little thing I do think it sets them apart. I have been a member at The Camp Transformation Center since April 2019.The atmosphere and The trainers are great !! I have met a lot of great people with the same goals as me. I have never done a 6 week challenge until Now! Someone told me just to follow The Damn Instructions and I will be fine.I lost 18 pounds and feel great.I was very overwhelmed at first but talking to other people and being on the 20lb challenge page on Facebook helped me out alot.I am going to push forward and continue to work on just a healthier and better me.

I joined the 6 week 20 pound challenge after seeing the advertisements on Facebook. I've been wanting to lose weight for the last 4-5 years but could never keep motivated for more than a month at a time. With the challenge I was able to lose 18 lbs in 6 weeks, which is the most progress I have seen since I began trying to lose weight. The gym and the workouts are really great. The most challenging part is the restricted food, but it is the only way to see results. I would recommend this challenge and the gym to anyone who is motivated and determined to lose weight and is willing to sacrifice some foods in order to get the results they want.

So...what can I say about this place that hasn’t been said before! This has completely changed my life and so many others! It’s more than a gym. It’s a family. Weather you’re having a bad day, good day, you walk into that gym and leave it al behind and walking out feeling like a whole new person! I have completed my first 6 week 20lbs challenge, and let me tell you... IT WAS A CHALLENGE! I have never been to a fit gym before and this by far was a great experience! I have been a member with the camp since June of 2019 and recently just completed my first hardbody challenge. Ever since I set foot into the camp i've always felt such a welcoming atmosphere from not only the staff, but other members. I first joined because I was tired and bored with my same old routine at another gym. The trainer's workouts are always different and exciting each day, and they really know how to keep the accountability factor. During my six week hardbody challenge, I felt so much support from the staff and trainers. They really know how to encourage you and keep you on track so you can go that extra mile. I would be so sad if I ever had to change gyms!!

I love the workouts here at the camp, it’s a great place to go workout and have fun at the same time! They have a great variety of class times, being in school, lacrosse season and doing the challenge I am still able to find time to do it all since they have so many classes! I love the workouts here at The Camp. They are challenging but great for all activity levels as you can modify or make it harder in some way! You do something different each time so it never gets repetitive or boring. HIIT is the new best way to workout and my personal favorite! The trainers are knowledgeable and front desk staff are amazing and so nice!! Plus the challenges are an extra benefit for an extra push of motivation if you ever choose to participate in one, but it’s not required! All in all a great place to workout and I will be going back!

It all started with my friend inviting me to buddy week. I couldn't get enough of the place. I joined and became a member a couple weeks later. Then a month after that I decided to sign on for the 6 week challenge. Well, I just completed the 6 weeks and I am down 22.4lbs. The members and challengers are also driven, supportive, and very positive. I was not expecting to go into the facility making so many new friends but now I have new like minded friends and accountability partners. The workouts are fun and environment is super fun. I started going to camp in January after hearing great things from friends, classmates, and co workers. I had been so tunnel visioned with graduate school and internship that my physical health fell to the wayside. I began with the 6 week challenge to get my fitness back on track and I ended up becoming a member! Wow what a great experience that I had at The Camp! I just completed my 1st 6 week challenge and it was a great success. I lost nearly 26 lbs over the 6 week program and I would for sure recommend anyone to check it out for themselves. If you really want a tranformation and you're looking for a high energy no excuse gym and you like to workout in a group setting, this is the place to be. This place is amazing! I get soo much energy just showing up to the classes. You dont have to think about the workouts because they have it all laid out for you. The Camp is a fabulous place to invest in yourself! The staff and fellow gym goers are sooo supportive and really root for you every step of the way. I just finished my first 20 pound 6 week challenge and successfully lost 21.2lbs. I am doing another challenge as I still have more to lose. I will say that the meal plan for the challenge is VERY extreme and is not for the faint of heart. I’m not so sure the likelihood of keeping weight the weight off after taking such extreme dietary measures (especially the last week), but I’m glad I did it nonetheless. It got me back on track and seriously motivated to get in the gym and doing some killer work outs. The trainers really kick your butt, in a good way! I’ve had a history of joint problems, and there are always modifications to the exercises and the trainers always are willing to accommodate!

This place is straight up addicting. I started here nervous and excited. I was welcomed right away by so many awesome people and trainers. If you are looking for a great cardio workout, strength training or toning this is the place. I can't express how much this place has helped get my life back on track. Not only did I lose 20 pounds I gained strength and confidence back. I find myself going twice a day some times, like I can't get enough. I am absolutely in LOVE with the camp. I did the 3 workout trial run and I was hooked. After some discussion with the director we decided that being a member and not doing the 20 pound challenge was a better fit. I had been going to the gym for a year and a half and I needed to change it up. This place was perfect. I have lower back issues and I am able to modify as I need to as to not further irritate my back issue. Then I heard they had a members pick your challenge. Signed up for the 6 week 15lb challenge. I have never been so driven and motivated to lose weight and hit my goals. The camp makes me EXCITED to work out. The support from the directors is amazing and the push from the trainers keeps you going. Not to mention the awesome music to get you pumped! I highly recommend the camp to anyone and everyone!

Fun and new workouts daily with different instructors makes this a super fun and exciting place to workout. The staff is super friendly and genuinely cares about everyone who comes through the door. They have an awesome gym and a super loud sound system to keep you pumped while you sweat the pounds away. The instructors help you figure out how to modify exercises to fit your abilities. I started going to the camp this summer. I was 6 months out from my second ACL surgery and looking to get back into fitness. I started off doing the 21 day challenge and ended up becoming a member! It’s safe to say that I am NOT a morning person but I genuinely look forward to waking up every morning at 5:00 to get my workout in at The Camp. The trainers are all amazing! They take time to help if you need it and are all compromising to any modifications I need to make to exercises for my knee. I’ve gotten to know some members, the staff and trainers well and really enjoy the atmosphere that The Camp provides. I definitely recommend to anybody who wants to give it a try!

The first day I walked into the camp there was an energy that I knew I wanted to be apart of. I've always been intimidated by the gym, but I did not feel that at the camp. Everyone is so supportive and truly cheering for you to succeed, and reach your goals. I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life. I started to get really discouraged and I thought that I would never be able to lose the weight I wanted. I’ve tried Keto, weight watchers, and didn’t see results. Working out was dreadful to me. This all changed once I joined The Camp’s 6 week challenge. This transformation center is really a family. I don’t even know where to begin. I joined this the camp because I needed something more than the at home workouts I was doing, when I first started at the camp someone in my life mentioned “ oh here she goes again” commenting on my many attempts at working out and eating right. I have always struggled with how I looked and finding the right motivation to reach my goals. I also frequently struggle with “mom guilt” or just taking the time for me. After seeing impressive transformations in some of my friends who completed previous challenges I decided to check it out during buddy week. I mistakenly had done leg day the day prior and would soon be hating everything about the next 50 minutes. I even told my friend halfway through the workout we WERE NOT friends anymore while wishing my phone would ring and I would have to excuse myself from my torture. When I got home my husband asked how it was and I told him the same, not a chance in hell would I step back in there. Then something weird happened, I started to feel more energy and...happy? The next day I signed up for the summer sizzle just to see if I could handle the workouts on a regular basis, I didn’t want to commit to the 6 week challenge at that point(baby steps). My friends didn’t believe it until I walked into the gym the following Monday. I will admit I didn’t follow the nutritional instructions on the summer slim down. I just wasn’t committed yet.

They take photos during the classes. Which is super fun to see everyone putting in the work with their game faces on. Then it happened. I saw a picture of myself looking, rough. I asked my husband “do I really look that fat?” I made the decision at that point I needed to commit and do the 6 week challenge. I was nervous because I knew we had events coming up that I would be limited on my food, but the timing was perfect as we had a family wedding at the conclusion of the challenge.

It was hard. I won’t lie. Working full time, taking care of a toddler and full house of animals, meal prepping , working out and other life duties it WAS challenging. But I pushed through, I trusted the process and I lost the weight. My husband made sure to let everyone know how proud he was of me (swoon 🥰)

If you’re wondering if you should commit and do it - DO IT! I can’t thank the members and staff enough for their support.

I came to the camp a couple of months ago when my friend was able to bring a friend for free for a week. I figured I would try but was going in there thinking it wasnt going to be for me. I would be too out of shape n wouldn't fit in or feel comfortable at all. I couldn't have been more wrong. Everyone at the camp the staff , the trainers, and members welcomed me with open arms. I decided to sign up for their 3 week summer sizzle after that. What a great program to learn about healthy clean eating. By the time I was in week 3 of the program I couldn't believe how great and strong I felt. I decided to sign up for the 6 week lose 20 lbs challenge. Was it easy no, was it tough yes, but the satisfaction you get from this program and workouts is beyond one of the greatest feelings n accomplishments i have ever done. It feels great to look in the mirror and get my confidence back and see me again. I love hearing and seeing everyone's stories and how inspirational they are. I can only hope that my story one day will inspire someone. I highly recommend this camp to anyone out there looking for a change trying to find the perfect gym family. When I started I only wore T-shirts and stretchy pants because i had outgrown alot of my clothes now because of their challenge and my hard work many of my clothes are too big now. The 12 weeks I spent working out here as a 6 week challenger was fun. Friendly staff, skilled trainers ,clean gym,positive atmosphere and challenging/fun workouts was something that was at the camp transformation center every single day I went. If you join as a challenger and don’t meet your goal it but still made great progress it doesn’t even matter because you’ll be wanting to join the gym by the end of it it’s just that good 👍🏾

Best decision of my life coming here! I was NEVER one who liked working out and this place has made me addicted.The Parma staff is so knowledgeable, encouraging, fun and they really want to see you meet your weight loss goals.I did the six week challenge to keep myself accountable with the workouts and learn how to fuel my body properly to lose the weight. Even with a hormonal imbalance ,which makes it hard to lose weight, I was able to lose nineteen pounds. The Camp is amazing! I started a challenge for the accountability, and I wanted to start a fitness journey that I could stick to. (I failed at FTDI, but I'm not mad about it).

The trainers, and staff are insanely encouraging, even on days when I wasn't positive or happy with myself. I have knee issues, and it was great that modifications were shown during every class. BUT I was still pushed at every class!

I feel like everyone truly cares about me being a healthy, better me. It isn't just a gimmick, or a way for The Camp to make money. We really are like family, an AFF!

The Camp was a great experience! I loved all the workouts, I lost quite a bit of weight and the owners and staff were always so nice and social. If I had the money to continue for a year membership I totally would stay, the challenge was a great jump start for me to get my life together and create healthy habits. I enjoyed everything the camp gave me these last 6 weeks. It made me feel like an athlete again, doing circuit training, having someone cheer you on every rep and pushing you through an entire workout. It reminded me that no matter what I am always an athlete at heart and I have the drive to do it if I want too. I was so unhappy with my weight, and knew it was time for a change. I had noticed a few of my friends posting about The Camp Parma, and saw that the were getting in shape.

So I went to see , and decided to give it a try. They worked with me and my handful of health issue. The trainers offered modifications, and never pressured me to do what everyone else was doing. Long story short, It was life changing. I met my goal of losing 20 lbs in 6 weeks dedication, diet and exercise.

I strongly recommend this amazing place. You won't regret it. My only regret , that I didn't know about it sooner!!!

This establishment is absolutely amazing! From the staff/owners all the way down to the members! Their staff is super knowledgeable with intense workouts. They are also always there to give you the push you need to meet your goals. The definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend attending a trial class to see if they can meet your expectations as well. Through doing their six week challenge twice, I was able to shed 49.5 lbs! I do not even know where to start. I started at the camp after gaining 70 pounds in four years. I was nervous, scared, but also excited about what I got myself into. After the first workout, I didn’t think I would be able to do the challenge. I did a second workout and then signed up for ten challenge. I attended the orientation, and once again got scared and nervous and wanted to change my mind. I continued with it. The first week of the challenge was so hard, changing your eating, working out five days a week and Easter weekend was right after. I also decided to commit all the way and gave up coffee too. Day 1, I literally wanted to throw the towel in and quit. I couldn’t do push-ups (even the female ones), crunches and I struggled just getting through the workouts. After I completed the first week, I lost 12 pounds. I knew then that I could do it and kept pushing myself. I ended up losing 29.2 on the first challenge.

I am SO happy I made the choice to take part in the 6 week challenge at The Camp! Not only did I meet (and exceed!) my goal, but I pushed myself in ways I never have before thanks to the help of the amazing staff.

I’ve never been to a gym where I’ve felt more included and really part of something. By day two the staff knew and called me by name. They’re always excited to see you and are always there to help and encourage you with questions about literally ANYTHING (believe me, I asked a lot of questions).

The workouts meet you where you are. No matter where you are on your workout journey, you can adjust the classes to be as simplified or as intense as you want them. But don’t get me wrong, the trainers will push you if they see you can do more. The trainers are knowledgeable and so passionate about what they do, it’s contagious.

I genuinely can’t say enough about The Camp Parma! I would highly recommend this to anyone. Tell them I sent you…there’s confetti waiting.

The Camp is a fantastic place to start your weightloss journey! They take all the guesswork out of working out for you. Each trainer has their own style, and are all great. Everyone there is very motivating and just wants to see you succeed. I love the group setting and that every class is different. The trainers really take the time to break things down and show you the workouts which I appreciate. They also do a great job keeping it interesting with quirky things that aren't on the agenda! I love the staff, the classes, and the atmosphere here. You would think you are part of a huge family that just goes for the same goal...to be healthy! You don’t have to be the strongest or the fastest. So happy and excited to see the outcome of my transformation. Today was my second workout and it was great. The staff is extremely nice always smiling with just a great attitude. You can tell they truly care and want to help. There very caring. I have a bad knee and a broken toe. They will work with you no matter what your situation is and make sure during the workouts you are ok. So much positive energy. Workouts are not boring at all they make it fun. Can't believe the protein bars and protein shakes are actually good. I like that they have am and pm classes. Love how they broke down the meal plane with an example sheet to help you understand. My friend joined this transformation 6 weeks ago she lost almost 30 pounds. Just amazing! So glad I joined.

So this was my second challenge, and although I didn’t lose the 20 lbs, I’ve learned a lot about myself. I’ve learned that when it really comes down to it I can push myself through any workout, I want to eat healthier because it makes me feel way better than when I was just eating junk, and I love working out so much at this camp that sometimes I’ll go twice a day! I never thought I’d be the person who wakes up at 4am to workout before work, but that’s the person I’ve become. Everyone who works at the camp is so wonderful! They really push you to be your best self. They understand that everyone is different, and they work with that. Nobody makes you do anything you can’t do or not comfortable doing. However, they will push you to reach your goals. I may be done with the challenge, but I am now an official member and I’m beyond excited to keep going forward with this healthier lifestyle!!

I always read posts about people doing the challenge, or thinking of it and negatively saying they won't pay that much to start or complaining if they failed the challenge they can't get their money back.

First of all it's called accountability. Second of all I'm going to review just the membership, not the challenge. For around $100 a month, you launch your weight loss journey into the right direction with different challenges daily, get support from everyone there including the trainer. And with HIIT, the exercises change daily so you're working on different muscles and really building a better body. It never gets old. It's just an exciting work out, every time! I've already lost weight in a healthy way my first week with doing the class and eating right. It works! I burned 360 calories today all before 6am. Thankful and proud.

Every day you feel like you're driving to a work out party and guess what- working out doesn't seem daunting to me anymore. It's fun and thrilling. To be honest I love that it's a team feel, you create friendships and get support immediately. This is different than getting on a treadmill. My personal opinion (and statistically speaking) you're not going to get as far with weightloss as fast, with just running or regular gym. It's HIIT. More calories gone and faster! Proven.

I have a friend who just said- "but I have a YMCA membership!" When I tried to encourage her to come.. and I'm going to tell you it's not the same! The lights, the loud music, the personal trainer going up to you and helping with form and not to mention telling you you're doing a good job... That's enough to justify the money. You can try the class for free too, so for the people who wrote negative reviews- that's not fair if you've never given it a chance.

Success story and the reason I joined: My friend who has done the camp now for one year, went from 149lbs to 112lbs and she looks FIT and healthy especially after two children. I joined because when I saw her, she looked like who she was meant to be. Not covered in a layer of fat and eating unhealthy. She's glowing! She is happy. Her and her husband go every day now together. Her lifestyle has changed and it's amazing, that was enough for me to join without question.

She is the one who offered for me to come try the class for free and I'm hooked. The last comment I have, I am not a person who likes to do "classes" I am shy and I got really scared to go to be honest. But the second I walked in, it was like the first day at a new school and everyone was calling me by name already and greeting me! It was amazing to be welcomed when they saw me. They support you, I support you! Try one class! Can't wait to see my transformation!

I first visited The Camp Transformation - Parma about a year ago when a friend told me about the awesome team of trainers and the amazing workouts. My first workout I thought I was going to pass out and vomit all at once. I went back several more times but decided cardio was the way to go so I trained for and ran the Cleveland Half Marathon in May and was surprised to find that all of that training did not make me look or feel better about myself. I was still overweight and self conscious and did not feel any healthier or stronger. So, I signed up for a workout app and started working out from home or at the local gym 4-5 times a week. I did this for about 4 months but did not see the results I was hoping for. I’m guessing this is because I didn’t change my eating habits. Finally, in October, I decided enough was enough! I needed something to jumpstart my weight loss and lead me to an overall healthier lifestyle. So, I returned to the camp and signed up for the 6 week, 20lb weight loss challenge. The support The Camp team offered is unparalleled. They greeted me everyday with a smile and even knew me by name. They sent me text messages and pictures, cheering me on along the way. They pushed me to do more than I ever thought I could do. I am so thankful to all of the trainers and staff. I look forward to continuing to workout at The Camp and maybe even doing another challenge in the future.

The Transformation Camp in Parma is really working for me. I lost 22.3 pounds. I have way more energy. I lost weight in my face, thighs, and stomach and arm. I have muscles defining in my upper arms and my abs. I love the variety or trainers and the emotional support. I have been using their shakes and the a.m. pillls. I am down 59 lbs in 12 weeks and I couldn't have done it without The Camp Transformation Center - Parma. The 6 week challenges were the push I needed to stay on track and develop a healthy lifestyle. The trainers are there to push you and support you and I have made some amazing friends! These last 6 weeks FLEW by and dragged at the same dang time! I was really committed to losing weight and becoming the healthiest version of me and, like I told y'all about a month ago, I was really excited about finding a program that finally seemed to work. What I like about the Camp is how well the program can be adapted for a variety of people, regardless of your age and/or fitness level. Everyone who walks through that door matters and you're immediately made to feel like part of a family, all working together to reach YOUR goal. This challenge, I had some bumps and major hiccups BUT through much encouragement, continued support of my loved ones and fellow Camp folks, informed leadership, and the grace of God, I made it! I would definitely recommend at least trying out the Camp life if you haven't found something that works for you OR if you need a little more guided motivation.

I did not do the challenge, my friend did. She told me about how great the workouts were and I was intrigued. So she invited me to a pack the camp workout. I was going to my gym 5 days a week and thought I was getting a good workout. Well holy cow I got my butt kicked. They allowed me to go at my pace but challenged me right off the bat. After that day I signed up for the monthly membership. I have never regretted it. Workouts are great and staff are really there to help you!!

I learned about the Parma Camp from a friend on Facebook. I messaged her and was really interested to hear more about it so I made an appointment to meet with the asst. director on 12/21/17. I took my girlfriend along with me and we were both excited for the workouts. We next attended a nutrition seminar that outlined the challenge expectations. With our Mexico getaway approaching, I wanted to go hard and push myself. I signed up for the 6 week challenge that began on 01/08/18 and my friend came along as my buddy. The staff, trainers, assistant director and director all work in collaboration to help you meet your goals. Plus the network of people all striving to reach their fitness goals, the positive energy is contagious. I was hooked and take classes 6-7 days a week. I absolutely love it. With every workout, I felt stronger and gained more endurance. The support for the meal prepping is awesome too. Although, my friend did not do the challenge, she still lost 7 lbs. from the workouts. I lost 13.1 lbs. from the 6 week challenge. (The Camp weighs by the scale. ) I also took my measurements by tape measurer.
Neck - 0.5 inch
Chest - 1.5 inches
Arms- 1.25 inches
Waist - 2.5 inches
Hips - 2.5 inches
Things - 2 inches
Calves - 0.25 inch
I am absolutely ecstatic with my results. This may appear to be a physical challenge but mentally you do some soul searching and ask yourself what is your “Why”?! What do you want from this ? Do you have what it takes to stick it out from start to finish following the instructions on the meal plans, drinking a gallon of water a day, staying committed with a positive attitude, and showing up to The Camp and literally working your a$$ off. I have no regrets. I told myself that 2018 was going to be my best year and I’m making it happen #1 with self love - body, mind, & spirit. The key is to make yourself happy. Only you have that power within you. The rest in your life, you have the decisions of whether everything else supports your well being and the goals you strive for as a person, your relationships, and avenues for success. The Camp is truly a magical place where I have met amazing staff, trainers, asst. director, and the director of the Camp, and a positive community of humans all working on bettering their health and building workout buddy relationships. It’s truly awesome to be a part of. This is only the beginning as I continue to progress at The Camp.

Update: It’s now September and I still love everything about The Camp. I became a member right after my challenge. I have still kept off the weight & continue to have progress toward my goals. Best place to be. I love my AFF! ❤️

6 week “challenge” to lose 20 lbs. cost 500$. If you don’t succeed in losing the 20 lbs OR the assigned weight for that specific challenge you lose your money. This is not free. You must workout 6 days a week for 6 weeks with 1 week in between challenges. Your body doesn’t have enough time to recoup/repair. Business practices are sketchy. Participate at your own risk. First I want to say that my life has most definitely improved since joining the camp. I was 2lbs shy of making the 20lb challenge. It's a lot of money to lose but since I did lose as much as I did, I was offered a $190 credit towards a year membership, which I took. My advice to anyone that has less than 20lbs until they're at their "ideal" weight (as set by the camp), be weary of accepting the challenge. I was 18lbs from my "ideal" weight and it's a lot harder to drop the pounds if you don't have a ton to lose. Also expect that a lot of the pounds lost are just from dropped water weight. If you have to do the tilapigus plan at the end, you'll gain 5-10 pounds right back after final weigh out. When people ask how much I lost total, I say 13 "real" pounds since 5 was just water since asparagus is a natural diuretic. Also, be aware that you'll take in less than 1200 calories a day for women, which most health professionals say is unhealthy. When I brought it up to the director, I was told that counting calories was not allowed or "following the dang directions". Just be aware that you really have to ease back into a normal diet afterwards because your body will go into starvation mode with less than 1200 calories a day, so if you don't gradually increase, you'll gain a ton back right away. I love the camp and I'm so glad I signed up. I just want to spread the knowledge I've learned so others can make more informed decisions. The trainers really try their hardest to be supportive and informative and they really want you to succeed! It's not a scam to just make you lose your deposit.

I felt like they were truly trying to make you a better you, however asking $497, to be exact, right off the bat is truly insane. This is a pyramid scheme. Manage your calories with healthy foods and use a regimented programs like the app bodybuilders or something and you will get the same results. The main thing you need is determination and drive. They say it's "$497 is only to drive you to the gym and if you don't make the program we keep your money" I'm sorry but for me it doesn't take that much money for me to want to better myself. Nice try. Don't even bother going to the "orientation."
