Welcome to The Cheer Institute!
A cheerleading and tumbling training Facility for novice and seasoned athletes. Ran by Erika Gullick, her cheer journey spans every level, from little league to competitive all star, collegiate and professional. After cheering at The Ohio State University for four years as an undergraduate, she joined the coaching staff at North Carolina State as the first non-alumni assistant coach and eventually went on to cheer professionally for the Columbus Destroyers before opening The Cheer Institute in 2015.
We are located in the plaza with Zaftig Brewery which is a nice accommodation for families. We are unit C near the back across from Boiler Tech.

Worst cheer gym ever they kick people of the team for no reason,very bad organization,only goes have 3 levels of cheer teams so you can’t have a lot of growth,very small gym.

This is my daughter’s first year cheer. TCI has done some amazing things with her and for her. The owner, staff and coaches deserve there flowers for being so patient with so many personalities and the ups and downs of other people’s children.

Moving from Florida back home to Ohio was hard enough, but worrying about the girls finding a gym that they loved and that loved them as much was really big for me. We have felt so welcomed into the gym since the beginning and couldn't be any happier with the way things are going. Definitely recommend for all ages and levels, they take their time with each athlete!

My daughter has been a member of The Cheer Institute for 3 years now. The owner and coaches are great. My daughter went from not having any cheering skills to being a flyer, learning many tumbling skills, learning to be disciplined, and trusting teammates all while have fun.
