Boxercise is a safe, effective and fun form of exercise designed to help you lose weight and build confidence. Suitable for all ages and levels of ability, these exercises include crossfit-like routines mixed with the fundamentals of boxing techniques on a low- to- high-intensity level for group and personal training. Boxercise focuses on cardio with intense combination punching, but ties in agility for quick reaction, hand- and- eye-coordination for faster response, balance, strength, flexibility, mental focus, timing, self-confidence.

My first workout with Zach was 30 minutes and I couldn't run up 8 steps!! I eventually ran 2 miles!! I live in another state now and can't find a gym I like. Because Zach isn't there! I became someone who loved to work out. Here's the best part, I was in my 50's.

In March of 2023, I was on a flight home from a cruise, scrolling through photos from an awesome vacation. But as I looked at all the pictures, I started to get a pit in my stomach. I did not like how I looked. Though I have never been “cut” or “built,” I had been in shape and healthy. Looking at those pictures, I knew I wasn’t taking care of myself the way I deserved. It was time to make a change.
That’s when I found Boxercise with The Cincinnati Trainer. In less than a year, Zach helped me regain my health and my confidence. His workouts are always fun and engaging. Zach does a great job of meeting me where I’m at but also pushing me when I can go further. He has helped me find strength I didn’t know I had.
Not only does Zach provide great workouts, but he also works with my crazy schedule. Whenever I have to adjust one of our sessions, he understands and works with me to reschedule.

He’s always fun to be around but immediately gets focused when it’s time to work. He tailors his workouts based on my feedback, and I leave each session satisfied. I have trained with Zach in both one-on-one and group sessions and could not be happier with the experience! He is an uplifting, supportive trainer who will encourage you to push yourself a little more with each session. His training involves boxing, calisthenics, weightlifting, cardio and conditioning. He is always working to provide new experiences for his clients to better themselves. Most recently, I joined his women’s boxercise boot camp on Sunday mornings and it has truly become the thing I look forward to every week. Ladies of all different ages and levels come together to support one another in training and in life. This was the number one thing that helped to pull me out of my postpartum darkness after having my daughter. I really cannot say enough good things about training with Zach!
