I’ve been taking 3 classes a week at The Edge, and it’s honestly one of the best parts of my routine. The energy in the studio is always electric, and the motivation from our coach makes every class fly by (even when you’re dripping in sweat!). It’s the perfect mix of challenge and encouragement — you leave feeling stronger every time. The community vibe here is so welcoming too. Whether you're new to cycling or a regular rider, The Edge helps you push past your limits in the best way. Highly recommend!

I take three classes a week at The Edge and my flawless form and tireless effort have become a beacon of hope for the rest of the class. While others are gasping for air, I heroically manage to turn my resistance knob an eighth of a turn. The instructor somehow convinced me to pedal like I’m being chased by a cheetah while also smiling like I’m on vacation. The playlists are so good I forget I’m sweating enough to fill an olympic sized swimming pool. If you’re looking for a place where you can burn calories, question your life choices, and then walk out feeling like a champion — this is it. Highly recommend.

The Edge is more than a gym. It is a community. Most of the members have been with Heather and Mike for over a decade which is unheard. Why?….it is a direct reflection of their dedication to their members health and longevity. Yes, it t can be tough but what doesn’t challenge you won’t change you.

Classes at The Edge are truly next level! Every workout is results-driven, motivating, and constantly evolving, which keeps things fresh and challenging. Cycling at The Edge gives me the perfect blend of cardio and strength, without the injuries I used to get from running. Heather is an exceptional instructor who is highly experienced, respected, and genuinely committed to helping every member reach their goals. Her classes quickly became a part of my lifestyle rather than a dreaded workout.

I've been a member of the Edge for over a decade and regularly come to 5-7 classes a week. I love Heather's Wednesday/Friday/Saturday performance cycle classes. She constantly challenges us to not just show up, but to always strive to get better. She also teaches a Thursday morning TRX/KB class that focuses on strength training. I love Mike's Sunday morning and Tuesday evening classes. They have a little bit of everything: free weights, kettlebells, med balls, core strength, and cardio. Plus, no class is ever the same and they are all a lot of fun. The community at this studio is top notch! The instructors and members all support each other. I have found it to be a great place to work out and form friendships. I would highly recommend The Edge to anyone looking for a gym run by a family passionate about fitness who will work with you to help you meet your health goals!
