The Exercise Coach is a science-based strength training program. Through 2 - 20 minute coach-led workouts a week, we leverage data to build the results that truly matter, muscle quality. Our program can fit everyone from teens to seniors. It is safe, effective, and efficient. Our coaches customize every workout to fit your capability in a positive, clean, and safe environment.

This place is outstanding. I highly recommend it. I had major mobility issues and walked with a cane. I now rarely use cane and soon wonβt need it at all.

The Exercise Coach has helped me to get and stay fit. I'm not a "gym" person so the 20 minute workouts are perfect for me. I'm surprised the difference in my strength with 2 times a week for 20 minute workouts. The system works. The staff is friendly yet challenging. I have been a member for over 3 years and love it. I highly suggest giving it a try.

The PERFECT workout. I never miss a session because the length (20 min) is perfect, the scheduling is very flexible. They rotate so youβre on off machines without having to wait for someone else. Best of all are the staff. They are engaged, fun and very supportive. They are very knowledgeable and help me get the most out of my workouts. I can feel the difference in my strength and balance. I will keep doing this for a long time!

All the staff are very helpful and work to customize a workout that suits any individual. I wouldn't have started exercising without trying the 2 free trial workouts. It got me started, keeps me going and the best part is I'm done in 20 minutes! That helped me incorporate the 20 minute mentality into additional workouts at home. I lost 50 pounds in 3 months. Thanks for giving me the kickstart I needed!

I just realized that I have been a member of the Exercise Coach for over a year. This has been the best workout program for me. I'm not a gym person so the 20 minute workouts are perfect. The coaches have a plan for me that keep me motivated and on track. They also are great at celebrating my successses. I look forward to going (mostly!).
At first I wondered how this could really work with 20 minute workouts. It does! My results have been steady and very significant. I am stronger and feel great.

I love being back at The Exercise Coach - Montgomery! I feel stronger than ever and my 3D-Fit scans prove it. I was a true "optimistic skeptic" after my 2 free sessions as to whether or not the 20-minute workouts would produce the results I wanted, but they absolutely did. The knowledgable and encouraging staff are great to work with . I encourage everyone to try it out with an open mind. As someone who loves HIIT workouts and yoga, I like to think of this as a missing piece I didn't know I wanted or needed.

The Excercise Coach is probably the best thing to happen to fitness in 20 years. It is an awesome resistance based workout that also gives immediate feedback. It takes a person to muscle failure quickly without overworking your muscles. I was a real skeptic. I didn't think 2, 20 minute workouts a week would be enough. I was wrong. Really wrong.
