Great coaches give encouragement and note progress you have made. I didn’t think 20 minutes twice a week would make a difference— too good to be true, because I don’t like to exercise and failed at many other gym memberships. But I can stick with this, 2 1/2 years so far, starting at perrysburg. I stay with it because I have noticed so many positive improvements in my body, things I can do now that I didn’t realize I lost over the years as I was losing strength.
