The number one reason I keep coming...Expertise of the coaches (Scott and Safwan!) it is too easy for me to get hurt. The coaches help me stay in good form, access the right muscles. I am very pleased with my results. I have been coming to this studio for 4 years. It is the first time I have ever actually seen results...and I have worked with personal coaches before. This is the strongest I have ever been and functionally, my upper body strength is pretty solid. I can lift heavy luggage into the upper bin of an airplane with ease AND, watch men try to help to realize they can't do it! I am 57 years old and have never had such definition in my arms.
Other things that keep me coming back, easy to schedule session, 20-min is always doable, the coaches always challenge me to do more than I would on my own, can adapt in the moment if I feel a "twinge" or have an issue that interferes due to a pinched neck nerve. Also...the "bio hack" aspect of the machines to work both the push and the pull with muscles is effective and I love being able to see just how much weight I can move now vs previous workouts and can always see where I am today vs where I started. Seeing the effect of my work inspires me to keep working!!

I joined Exercise Coach a little over a year ago. During that time I have been working on improving bone health and muscle strength. I am able to lift more weight (carrying dog food bags, moving furniture, etc) now and have noticed an increase in endurance and balance. Scott and Safwan are extremely positive and cheer me on to the next goal! I’m hoping my continued efforts will become evident in my next dexascan.

They have strength training down to a science and you have a personal coach every session. Safwan was my personal coach and I only had to go two times per week for 20 minutes each time. The Exercise Coach in West Chester is amazing. Safwan and Billy are always extremely motivating and push you during your workouts to become better and stronger. I absolutely love the workouts due to the workouts being challenging, push you to become better and I am able to complete the workouts in 20 minutes. My strength training at Exercise Coach has improved my pilates and OrangeTheory workouts. Definately give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve been working out at the Exercise Coach for three years now and it’s been a great experience. It packs a challenging workout into 20 fast pace minutes twice a week which is great for my busy schedule. I like the one on one coaching with the professional and personable staff as well. They are knowledgeable about the workouts and also very encouraging. The workouts move at your pace and change according to your goals. Great place for anyone just starting out on their workout journey or for someone trying to incorporate weight training/cardio into your current workout regimen. I like the atmosphere much better than going to a big gym.

I am a little over one year in now, and my results are unbelievable. I was so skeptical about the 20 minute workouts only twice a week. Now I understand how important that timing is for targeting fast twitch muscle fiber and recovery. I was also skeptical initially about the machines—which are so very different than weight machines and utilize hydraulics and some interesting new technologies with machine learning. They are designed to help you improve, so it is highly personalized for you-against-you only. With all the data available, I can see concrete insights about my progress conditioning each workout and over time. All of coaches are excellent. Some have a favorite coach, and mine is Safwan—a highly educated and motivating trainer who has helped me, even through some injuries and health issues, become the strongest and healthiest version of myself. I have never been or felt stronger, and I appreciate all of you at Exercise Coach!

I've been going here for over two years now, and the results are huge. I'm the strongest I've ever been, and that strength has been built in two 20 minute sessions per week, on a consistent basis. It's the most consistent I've ever been with any exercise regime, especially weight lifting. But aside from the results, the other reason I have kept up is the trainers here; every one of them has been a pleasure to work with, and has kept me motivated in different ways.

If you’re on the fence, please just try it with their 2 free passes! Nothing to lose, but so much to gain. Once you discover what this type of workout is, you’ll be hooked! At 63, I never thought I’d be saying “I have a personal trainer”, but I do and I love it! I feel in better shape than I have in years. I’ve lost weight, and have gotten much stronger. I’ve been able to come off some of my medications since I started this program almost a year ago. The studio is clean, private and all the trainers are certified and so knowledgeable! They are all excellent, friendly and extremely supportive! For just 20 min twice a week you surely get a lot in return. I am always challenged, but never asked to do something that is beyond my capabilities (at this age).lol The trainers want you to reach your goals and are extremely positive and motivating. Scheduling is simple and flexible, online or in person. Also, I never worry about injuring myself…they got you!
